This is a spacious and clean restaurant. The seating area is divided into sections that nicely provide a private dining experience. We were here for a quick lunch and of course ice cream. Food was delivered to the table promptly and the ice cream was delicious, as always.

Great memories of Dairy Queen growing up in WI. Had to have a chocolate shake with my meal. I was not disappointed. It also made me smile seeing a grandmother with her grandson as he immediately tipped over his Blizzard when it was delivered to their table. There was also a mother laughing a little too loud ... if that's possible. Forgot how enjoyable ice cream can be.

We have been using the app to order for around a year. Almost every single time they forget an item. I am tired of having to go back in for items they forget. Everyone who works there seems nice (except one of the leads/supervisors) and it's nothing personal. Also recently the food is a sloppy mess (more than usual). It tastes good, though. Fast food work is hard and they deserve respect. But consistent issues and decline in service quality shows a problem in management at this location. Try a better run franchise if you can.

Slowest workers in Awahtukee. I waited 10 minutes for my order and no one was in front of me in the drive-thu. I told the guy at the window they were too slow and he laughed. I thought McDonald's across the street was bad this place is worse

Our go-to place for blizzards and ice creams and the occasional snacks. The staff is very friendly, clean and a nice place to spend some time with kids.

Avoid unless you enjoy rude & inconsiderate staffing! Andy's is across the street and staff is always a joy to do business with. Ordered dinner + 2 cones. Received 1 cone as we drove up. Waiting an additional 5+ minutes, ended up needing to pay cash, then continued waiting. I asked the drive thru attendant why they would give me 1 of the 2 cones before anything else was even close to being ready? She asked if I wanted them to put it in the freezer ... it's currently 92° in the desert and this cone had started melting quite awhile ago. I told her I would like one once the food came out. I was then told I didn't need to be nasty. Since when is asking a question bring nasty? Order was canceled! Much better service at Andy's! Avoid unless you enjoy coddling whiny staff with zero customer service skills.

My child has allergies so I just wanted a meat Patty. At McDonald's and Burger King you can order the bag or small meat Patty by itself. Because of this one child a whole family's order was canceled. You may want to catch up to McDonald's and Burger King.

Very convenient location. The mini hot chocolate blizzard is so good. Service is phenomenal in the drive thru.
