Truly awful, service was mediocre. I was told that they”didn’t have any receipts”, I don’t know how a restaurant could run out of receipts but ok. My soda was completely flat, replacing it marginally helped. My food appeared to have been dropped onto the floor before being given to me.

Went through the drive thru and it was very fast, fries fresh and hot and food taste just like any other good McDonald’s place.

Since when do they charge for sauce ? Its not even extra sauce I order. I asked for sauce and they said they charge 30 cents for each. If it was extra ok I understand but I didn't even get any at all and on the mc Donald app it says its free . Food was salty, fries were undercook. First and last time coming here.

I liked the food. However,I was just standing outside by my bike in the front of the place while waiting on my food and out from around the corner comes this Spanish like lady telling me how I needed to leave the property because her drive-thru customers need to not be bothered asking for change. She assumed that I was standing there waiting to beg for money when I myself was a paying customer who was just waiting on his meal to be ready. For that I was very affended by her accusations since I was a man of color. I know homeless people do hangout sometimes,but she doesn't necessarily need to get ugly with people who are not her color. She can be sued or worse. Be kind to people and act professional is all that's needed. Thank you. God bless also.

I was stuck on the streets of phoenix for 4 days in june, this Mcdonalds has absolutley the BEST mchickens!!! Always fresh and crisp. The kind kid behind the counter with glasses always gave me a cup of water when i needed it to beat the desert heat. Best mcdonalds ive been to. There are some homeless there, but thats phoenixs fault, their really cool people

I placed my order for one item, and a gentleman who placed his order 12 minutes after me, got his full order without a hassle. A total of 15 minutes and half my lunch pissed away, I left. Drive thru was empty when I left, but 6 deep when I pulled in. Happy I didn't pay for my order. It's one of the slower fast food locations I've been to. This is one reason why I barely get takeaway away anymore. I won't argue with anyone over who was here 1st, who ordered second or WHY AN ONE ITEM ORDER TOOK OVER 15 MINUTES TO SERVE, IF EVER... I will just write a review. This location sucks! That's my review. 1 other... If you handed someone's food to someone else, don't take it to the people who ordered it without making that food over. You don't know what that other person has done to it. Yes, that happened while I was waiting.

I wouldn't even give one star, that's how bad the service is here! I hardly even go to McDonald's, but when I do go to this location, they always get my order wrong!!! I even repeat myself 2 to 3 time just to let them know what I'm asking for. Sure enough, they don't listen 🙄

The McDonald's on 125 N 24th Ave. Food is disgusting there food is either overly cooked or under cook. There sweet tea taste like coffee and tea mixed together with lots of sugar. And they don't give you the right amount of fries, when I spoke with the manger about the sweet tea, she stated that they probably don't clean the machine. Both products are made in the same container. Fish sandwich was supposed to be fresh, they had me pull to the front. In which I waited for over 10 mins which means it should've been fresh; but when I got it it was overly cooked/ burned. Got a chicken sandwich from them that's was undone went to turn it and was told I could not. 9/8/23 That will be my last time visiting that McDonald's.
