If
only
zero
was
an
option.
Horrible
property
with
inept
staff
āmanagingā
it.
It
started
with
the
welcome
letter
having
incorrect
monthly
cost
in
it,
then
progressed
to
them
sending
the
lease
an
hour
before
we
were
to
pick
up
keys.
I
ended
up
having
to
read
and
sign
an
80
page
document
from
my
phone.
Upon
getting
keys
the
unit
was
in
poor
shape.
Dozens
of
paint
drops
on
the
floor,
hole
in
the
wall,
no
towel
racks,
doors
that
didnāt
close,
cabinets
in
poor
shape
with
a
poorly
applied
paint
job
making
doors
not
close
correctly,
blinds
missing
in
a
room,
stains
in
cabinets,
extremely
dirty
patios
and
the
worst
being
a
window
that
did
not
latch
and
was
literally
falling
out
of
the
track.
The
kicker
is
on
the
move
in
checklist
they
had
marked
everything
as
good
condition
(even
items
that
were
missing).
We
brought
it
to
their
attention
and
they
supposedly
fixed
everything
so
we
went
back
2
days
later.
Part
of
the
list
was
addressed
but
the
window
was
still
broken
and
could
not
lock.
The
response
was
there
is
nothing
they
can
do
about
it
as
the
fix
would
be
a
new
window
which
they
arenāt
prepared
to
do.
We
canceled
the
lease
as
that
response
speaks
volumes
about
how
poorly
run
the
property
is
and
how
little
they
care
about
residents
safety
and
belongings.
On
this
return
visit
there
was
a
dead
cockroach
in
the
middle
of
the
kitchen
and
2ā
of
water
in
the
exterior
entrance
because
a
drain
was
not
working
properly.
We
visited
the
āgated
propertyā
several
times
and
the
gates
were
never
in
operation
(open
all
the
time).
Steer
away
from
this
property.
I
do
property
condition
assessment
for
a
living
across
the
Country
(over
100
buildings
in
the
last
year)
and
this
one
is
one
of
the
worst,
with
THE
most
inept
staff.
So
glad
I
didnāt
stay
as
we
would
have
been
counting
down
the
days
until
a
one
year
lease
was
up.
