We have had a great experience so far. Since our move in at the end of September, we have had no issues. The community is up kept very well, it is quiet, there’s nice amenities, and the apartments are good quality. It’s worth the money, especially the stand alone 2 bedroom. There is a lot of great features that you get in the apartment. We would definitely recommend.

The office staff is wonderful. Jenny, Celeste and Sara made our move in a very smooth process! The office team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment complex. :) Excellent amenities!

I've lived her for just about 6 months now and I absolutely love it here! The community is well kept and quiet, the amenities are great (includes a car wash station) and the staff has been really helpful. Anytime I have a question or need anything Jenny or Kingsley are always on it! Anytime a request is put in for maintenance, Mario is super fast and responsive at getting it done! By far the best place I've lived in the last few years.

I’ve lived here since March, and I love it. The process of applying was easy. Kingsley was very nice and helpful before I applied and when I was first moving in. Jenny kept me informed concerning everything before my move. Any issue I’ve had, Mario was very helpful with with getting it taken care of promptly. Everyone is really nice. I love my place and look forward to being here for a while.

Loving it so far! I’ve lived here about 2 weeks and am loving the amenities (gym, pool, and dog park). The unit itself has all new appliances, tall ceilings which I love, and a HUGE master closet/bathroom. The backyard is great too, just enough space to be private and manageable! My favorite part has to be no shared walls and no stairs to get it, essentially apartment living but no down sides of an apartment. All of the staff are super helpful for all of my needs and are usually prompt with answering the phone! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a pet friendly community!

We moved into the back section and we were all alone. Now more people have moved in and it’s still quiet and calm. Beautiful homes. Great amenities, have only used the dog park which is huge. Staff is great. Maintenance is fantastic.

This property is amazing. The staff is great. All amenities (pool,clubhouse, dog park, gym) is well taken care of. Being a single mom it’s hard having time to take out the trash so having trash pick up at my door is a major plus. The staff communication is very prompt. Big shout out to Mario for being prompt with anything I need fixed or help with!

I moved in just days ago and I am very pleased. The staff has been wonderful. The amount of space is perfect! I am very pleased with the island and the color of the cabinets and flooring. The biggest plus is the doggie door. My pup is loving it. She doesn’t have to wait for me to let her out. Rose Sheldon
