We waited for over a half hour for our food and it never came to the table. It actually went cold. I looked over and saw a bag sitting on top of the counter and the workers were just looking at us. We didn't know if it was ours. Store was not busy at all. Eventually, I had to ask them to remake it. The place has lots of homeless people outside.

Get to the speaker aug 19,2023 12:08am kid takes forever to get the the intercome just to give me 1000 and one excuses that he can't take nothing but cash tell him I have an order paid for already then oh all of a sudden where not doing mobile order. Worked late picked my son up from the sitter we were hungry thought we were going to get food for it not to happen I'm honestly disappointed at the fact that McDonald's here in Phoenix oh and jack in the box never wanna cook or do there job at night show up 1 in the morning our system is updating come earlier the next day oh my system needs to update. Sad how customer service is out the window. I gotta start messing more with the 24-hour mexican restaurants and stop messing around. By the way, the place is not suitable to bring a family. Rough area

Called to check when they stopped serving breakfast and only had five minutes left and wouldn't make it there in time. The manager took out five person order that we were paying cash for right there over the phone. We got our food still hot and had a great day!

The food is great, the staff mainly let you go about your business. It's kept clean, there WiFi works. The play area for children is back in business, only downside is they took out the outlets. Where are the travelers gonna charge necessary equipment or the the person trying to find a charge before his/her phone dies as there talking to children or loved ones.

This McDonald's isn't very good. I will not be going back again for lunch. I work right down the street from this McDonald's so I've been going here frequently and it's probably one of the worst McDonald's. It's in a bad part of town so I guess that's probably why but still I will not be back. Should have made my $3 hamburger better😔

Got a large ice CARAMEL coffee when the girl brought it to me I drove off after I took a sip it was regular ice coffee no caramel. I don’t understand if it say in the cup I’ve caramel coffee and they miss the main ingredient.

Got my order all wrong got home and looked nothing was right and I should have looked the wrong order was given to me I am not door dash and when I called the manager said no problemjust let us know and we will get it right so now they just don't answer phone and needless to say I just wanted what my family paid for its been almost 3 weeks still nothing .. eating out is expensive to make it wrong then promise to make right and not deliver leaves a mcpoop taste in my mouth ..bad experience..

They did their job in a timely manner and the food was good .
