    WORST MCDONALDS EVER!! i used to be a manager at mcdonald’s and i would NEVER serve fries like this obviously managers at this location don’t think the same. we got two orders of medium fries and BOTH came like this cold, obviously old, & BARLEY HALF WAY FILLED LIKE IS THIS A JOKE??? and my boyfriend said his 10 piece was cold and my big mac had sauce all over the box including theOUTSIDE of the box.

    I paid for the wrong order, the girl at drive thru only said a price so I didn't realize until I looked at the receipt once I got to the second window so I told the nice guy at pick up window what had happened and handed his receipt and change so he proceeded to tell the supervisor who was gone for several minutes came back with the exact same change and told him to give it to me. poor guy said I'm just doing what he asked me to, super confused myself I told him my issue was I only got two happy meals that I had not pay for and I got a free happy meal with my points. Therefore I got a total of three happy meals but only had to pay for two. I had to pay around $19 for two happy meals and the supervisor thought that that was average payment I guess but I told him my issue was I should have paid at least six dollars less so then he goes away again the supervisor and comes back with an extra dollar and some change and a receipt that wasn't mine but three made up happy meal orders I had told him before that I used my points that are now gone, 6000 of them for the free happy meal but obviously he didn't hear me or didn't care to resolve it correctly and make me look like the crazy lady who wanted a dollar more when indeed I should have gotten at least 7 back unfortunately I just decided to just leave because I already held up the line for a good 10 minutes. Super ridiculous. Would not recommend past 6 o'clock. Why have a points system if you won't honor them because your too lazy to look up the last order I'm assuming the guy behind me or ahead of me got three whole adult meals and got lucky and paid my two happy price, just mind blowing. Should have paid 12 max and paid 18. Thanks guy 👏🏼

    I never go to this one because it isn’t close to me but I took my 1 year old there. They were all super nice, one girl even saw I was holding my kid in my arms and offered to get my drink for me. Super sweet…I’ll probably go to this one when I’m in the area from now on!

    Ordered in store for me and my kids, my sandwich was wrong. Bring it up to the counter for help, was ignored until I said something. Waited almost 10 minutes, being ignored the whole time, and had to interrupt the staff again to find out what was going on. They give me my corrected order except it's so not right and now I'm upset because we were trying to leave at that point and I didn't want up wait again so I just took the incorrect sandwich and left. On top of that, our stomachs have been messed up since last night and that's the only food all of us ate as a group that day. The staff is so rude here...they just keep their backs to you the entire time. When I made my original order 2 people were standing at registers and looking my direction, neither of them acknowledged I was there and I had to ask for assistance. I'm always let down by this location's customer service and their food quality. I realize it's a bunch of kids working back there but that's no excuse. Very upset with this location.

    The big Mac was flavorless ( this may be a blessing). I had never tried the mac-rib before, and I will never try it again. MacDonald needs to cherish their employees because they are troopers. The service was great, but they have no control over the quality of the food

    Came early in the morning around 6 am to grab a bite. I rode my bike to work that morning so I was tired. Employees were awesome got the food to me quick and checked twice to make sure I was OK and if the food was good.

    It is a great place for the kids to hang out; it is a large indoor playground. The kids did not want to leave. The service person was very nice and helpful, and although they have the order kiosks, they also offered to personally take my order. Now that's customer service!

    Stopped for a quick snack. I gave 3 stars because I asked for no cheese and they still put cheese on my burger. Otherwise everything else was good. The staff was friendly.
