Great job on the ice cream cake!! My brother enjoyed it as well as my family. The cashier was super friendly and I had a nice conversation with her. All other staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. Thanks again for the great delicious cake!!! 🤩

I don't know if the employees at this location aren't trained or just incompetent. I went to this location on 11/09/2023 and ordered a medium drink and a medium fry. I used my points to pay for the fries but was charged $2.50 plus tax for the soda. I later found out that a medium drink is $2.19 plus tax. I went back to this location on 11/11/2023 only to find out the lobby was closed due to employee shortages. They had a delivery driver there and he asked them if they could help me, the manager looked at me and said, "no" even though I'm disabled in a wheelchair. Eventually the lobby did open up after 5 pm and I first wanted to resolve my overcharge from the other day. The manager first tried telling me that I still have to pay tax on free items and then I ordered wrong, trying to put the blame on me for their mistake. Eventually he did pay me back the difference, I believe it was $.35 or so but by that time I was really frustrated. I seriously doubt that I'll be going back to that location ever again.

The manager here returned both my husbands phone and wallet with all the cash still in it untouched when he left it in a booth last night 10/6. Someone with that kind of good ethics obviously has good ethics through and through. I’m so grateful, I’ve creams were lovely as well, I’ll be back. What a good person.

I went to this DQ as I have gone many times before at this location, but this time I took the light rail with my niece and nephew. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that lobby was closed due to staff shortages but that you could order with DQ APP and if you needed help, To please knock. I downloaded app, placed an order and when I went to pay I got an error message stating that this location did not accept credit cards. So I followed instructions and I knocked, about 5 or six people inside with headsets so I assumed they couldn’t hear me. I knocked a little harder, 3 of them turned around and one young girl signaled what I assumed was, “give me a moment”. I gave them 10 minutes knocked again and was ignored. Therefore, I decided to go around to the drive thru window, asking the driver if he would give me a moment so I could do it safely. When I get to the window the young man’s reaction was “bro what are you doing?!?!” In a condescending tone. I let them know my situation and what I had experienced, all of them stared at me with no response or an attempt to make things right. So if you go, make sure you drive. I’m no saying I won’t go back, management should be aware of the APP issue and train their kids a little better

well there is reasonably price eateries in phoenix still. I got a chicken strip dinner a drink and a desert in the firm of a strawberry sunday . and super courteous cashier. on a side note gad a French accent and was out of this world pretty❤️

I go there because they are the only place in town who will make a coffee shake for me. They're the only place that figured out that they could use their coffee shot into the vanilla and make a coffee shake. They are willing except, one in Phoenix, to work with the client to get them what they want at a fast food joint. They can't be beat for service.

Stop by here on central and get the 2 for $5 cheeseburgers. I love this mini DQ it reminds me of the old days for sure. Love the blizzards and staff here. Great location speedy service delicious food!!!

The best DQ in the Valley! Been going here for 44 years! Their malts, flurries and chocolate dipped cones are the best! Staff is aways pleasant and thoughtful. About the only time I have not been happy is when a napkin is not used to hand me my cone but that has been rare. Most employees have been conscientious of hygiene in touching food. Much appreciate that level of awareness!
