Fast food, good food Got the box combo. Decent meal for decent price

Here in Phoenix Arizona wanting to try a new place. Raising Cane's only serve chicken tenders and fries. With that in mind you would think they would master it....NOPE not at all. The fries were cold. I had to go back to get a replacement. Service was very nice but the second fries were Luke warm. More Luke than warm. Star for the tenders they were nice and hot but just average, another star for Cane’s sauce. It was different. Half a star for the tea and another half for the bread equals 1. Not sure what the hype is for this place. I had better tenders and fries just last night at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ for just about the same price. Sorry it’s a will not return for me.

I was very impressed with the food and service provided by the amazing staff. We ordered a basket of 25 chicken fingers and a basket of fries. It fed a family of 7 for under $70 plus drinks. Affordable and worth the price and wait.

Waited 30 minutes to get my food because they were taken priority with their drive-through. Usually I enjoy canes food but this time instead of chicken tenders I got chicken nuggets. They also missed took my order charging me more instead of substituting. Highly unsatisfied.

Ordered delivery. Didn’t get half our order after waiting over an hour for it to get here. And the canes sauce was really really dark and strange. I didn’t even attempt to eat it. Was so excited for this. Now I’m broker and disappointed. 🥺

Best chicken strips from a chain restaurant I've had .. and the roasted bread makes it that much better

Very poor service. I went last week in the afternoon, and ordered for The Box Combo and asked if the fries can be made crispier. I was told yes and said it will take few more minutes. I never knew the few more minutes means never. They never called me, while they kept calling others who came later than me. I patiently waited, thinking maybe they are making fresh for me but when none of the customers remained, I finally went to the Manager asking for my order, and he was surprised. He went and looked at the paperwork order which he found it, and then asked one of his employees to handle it. That employee then asks me, 'Oh you wanted crispy fries - right? Anything else you need". I didn't know how to react. I was literally very upset, as I have been waiting for 15 mins, and I was getting late for my work, and with no apology no courtesy or compensation or offers, he simply comes to me to confirm my order. I simply said, yes please and he brought my order within 1 minutes and surprisingly the fries were not at all crispy. The chicken was also not crispy and not properly breaded. The employee handed it to me and left, while offering nothing for the inconvenience. Usually, the staff and Managers at Raising Canes are very nice, but not sure what happened this day, when neither the manager nor the staff handled my poor experience properly.

Quick and efficient drive thru service. Staff were waiting outside to take orders from cars to help speed up the line that had formed. Friendly and courteous staff. The wait time although it seemed long was very minimal.
