    Absolutely horrible experience. We bought Chris Stapleton tickets 2yrs ago, show gets canceled cause of Covid, randomly get hard copy tickets sent to us two nights before the event, drive from Coolidge az to be told we need a vaccine card or get tested on site and they’re charging people $40 a head for a free test! Just a disappointment to see someone try to capitalize off of a pandemic and not even give us our refund back! We ended up just giving our tickets to two girls that lost their emailed tickets and that was probably the best part of the night to at least see someone get into the venue. This wasn’t about keeping people safe for this money pit, it was only about $$ and that’s absolutely terrible

    Worst Customer service! I spoke to a Ruby on Live Chat and wanted a refund or resell my tickets and she could not help me or give me a refund!!! Told me to call Ticketmaster and see if they can help me!! So after venting I called Ticketmaster and I got a refund and customer service was top notch hassle free and fast service!

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SITE!!!! SO MAD AND SAD about how they screwed me over and refuse to do anything for me. I was on there the minute tickets went on sale for a concert I have been looking forward to for months and the website wouldn't let me buy tickets, instead when I clicked buy tickets it would take me to there advertisement for a citi credit card. I tried numerous times with the same thing happening, eventually I called customer service and I had a nice guy who kindly redirected me to the supervisor, all I wanted was the tickets for the pit section I was trying to get into but their site failed me. After 5 different reconnections of "supervisors" telling me they can't do anything the tickets are sold out one finally told me they would contact the concert promoter and ask for them to release any extra tickets for me and it would take 3-5 business days to here a response. within 5hours I had a call back from the website saying the concert promoter does not have any tickets left for the pit. I was beyond furious at this point. this website failed to let me buy the tickets I wanted and then "couldn't" do anything to get me those tickets. the best they could do was the farthest section away....That's not what I want, I want the ones I tried to buy from their site but it decided to give me advertisement instead of tickets. There is no way the concert promoter has absolutely no tickets left. This is the websites fault and the website should be accommodating to their paying customers that they let down. I will never use this site again and I am absolutely mortified at their horrible customer service. They can easily get these tickets for me and they refuse to do anything about it except let down their customer and apologize. Apologies don't get me in the pit of the concert I have been waiting on for months.

    When medical was needed they were no where to be found. After asking multiple event staff they pointed us toward security….. security then simply said they are down there and pointed towards the food court area. We had to go to guest services just to get in touch with medical. Had that been an absolute emergency we would have been screwed. The lack of communication between staff sucked as well. Pretty disappointed

    VIP membership makes the show PERFECT. Any request and assistance. They know exactly what you want and accommodated my nieces every request and she felt like a ROCKSTAR! Great staff

    Why is there still no season lawn passes? Last year we never got the option and every time I email asking about it I keep getting told next month next month next month. After getting into June I gave up. I was hoping thar this year would be different based on the amount of shows that they had last year. Why not offer season lawn passes like you have been the last several years? Why do I have to keep emailing asking about these passes when they should be offered? When are they going to be offered?

    Would being nice if they would answer the phone or allow power wheelchair users to purchase tickets online. Took me 2 months to reach someone to purchase wheelchair accessible seats for dancing with the Stars at Arizona Federal theater.

    Omg we got third row seats from them and they were so amazing. KISS put on such a great show and I am so thankful to Live Nation for the best seats ever.
