I love living at Proxy!! Moving from a different state, I had to sign a lease without ever seeing the place. Management was so kind and stayed on the phone with me for hours, answering all my questions. Tim, the current property manager, always makes time to help me out or answer any questions. For example, I had to leave for a period of time earlier this year and he made sure to check on my apartment and make sure nothing was wrong while I was gone. The rest of the staff are also super nice and helpful! Super recommend living at Proxy if you are looking to live in downtown Phoenix!

On Wednesday 11/23 the day before Thanksgiving I called Proxy333 to find an apartment to rent. I was unable to go on the tour and explicitly mentioned this to Roberto. He took his time answering all of my questions and held my hand throughout the entire process. I maybe called Roberto 5x this day just to ask more questions and he continued to be patient with me throughout the entire thing. He was able to provide me with a new home in record time and I could not thank him enough. The apartment is beautiful, secure and clean as can be! He even pulled some strings to make sure it was cleaned on time even with the Holiday. Props to Mr. Roberto & the amazing customer service the staff at Proxy 333 provides.

I've lived at Proxy for almost two years now and we're only leaving because we're moving out of state. Everything about our apartment and this complex is amazing! We love all of the staff, enjoy the events that are hosted online and in person, and have awesome neighbors. The community is also super dog friendly- they love our two giant labs! There are lots of apartment options in the area but we chose Proxy because of its size. Living in a smaller building means that the pool and gym are never crowded and our neighbors are very quiet. I would choose to live here again and again and will miss our Phoenix home!

I loved my three years at Proxy! It's in the perfect location to really enjoy everything that Downtown Phoenix & the Roosevelt Row neighborhood have to offer. The studio was perfect when I was single and always on the go, and the 1 bedroom + den transition was perfect for having a puppy and a work-from-home space. My friends and I have so many great memories at the pool + entertainment area, having birthday barbeques and watching football games. Tim and Darrell, the cleaning staff, and the maintenance staff were the best - I couldn't have asked for a better downtown Phoenix experience and highly recommend this community to anyone searching in the area!

I've been living at Proxy for almost a year before I moved out. It’s a beautiful community with fantastic staffs. I rented a studio and it was much larger than comparable units elsewhere. Tim at the front office has been amazing, fast to respond and super friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend this community.

I've had a great experience during my time at Proxy 333. I am six months into my first one-year lease and I have no complaints. Rent and utilities are reasonably priced and Tim, the Property Manager, and Darrell, the Leasing Consultant, made the rental and move-in process easy and worry free and have been attentive to my needs ever since. The building offers a downtown Phoenix location, just off Roosevelt Row, and convenient amenities such as a rooftop deck with a pool, recreation area, outdoor kitchen and televisions, onsite parking (rental) storage lockers (rental), 24-hour fitness center, 24/7 package lockers, and more. My studio apartment layout (Edge 4 floor plan, 476 sq. ft.) is well thought out and offers great amenities (central air conditioning with programable thermostat, balcony with sliding glass panel door and solar window shade, dual tone kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closet, full-size, stacked, front load washer and dryer) and stylish finishes (quartz counter tops, subway tile backsplash, wood-look plank flooring). All in all, I highly recommend Proxy 333.

It was an absolute pleasure getting to live in this community for 3 years and live in their ground level lofts. It was the best experience leasing an apartment. Sadly, my time has come to an end. Everything about this complex is spectacular; from management, maintenance, space, and location. Tim, thank you for being awesome man!

I had an amazing tour with proxy and really hope they have availability for my move in a few months. The staff was so friendly, the location is perfect, and the amenities were STUNNING. Definitely recommend this property!
