It’s unfortunate that after 4 years of living here and ongoing complaints this last year, it’s not responded to. 6 days a week you are woken up by leaf blowers at 7am sharp blowing things around, however nothing ever gets wiped down and the cushion covers are disgusting, half the TVs in luxurious amenity areas don’t work, gates constantly not working, The list goes on, with inflation I had no choice but to resign my lease and I do love my apartment, but the lack of attention to continuous complaints by many residents shows this property managements lack of care.

Over time I've met some of my neighbors, overall nice people. However, when asked to renew their lease, their rent is hiked super high, which causes them to move. Then when they're unable to rent the unit they reduce the price to same price the prior tenant had. So there's a lot of needless turnover in the building caused just by management greed. The property managers in particular Sam is very nice when you interested in moving in, but not so much after you a tenant, at which point now you're a problem. I guess they must be on a lucrative bonus structure because of the unit turn over and the fake personalities when you first move in. Also, sometimes I work late and 3 times a week I have to shut the front gate because its propped open, sometimes the internal doors are left open by using a rock or a trash can, late at night. So the complex security is very lacking. The landscape is also on its last legs, with drip irrigators working on bare ground. This is the type of complex where they're just squeezing out every dollar they can with little reinvestment into the property. The only nice thing about this place is the maintenance crew is polite, nice, and efficient. If you're looking to move in know you'll only be here 1 year, cause the gals need their bonus money.

Highly recommend not living here. The property manager Brandi is extremely unprofessional and does not have the residents best interested. No wonder other staff act unprofessional, because they see the “lead” act in this manner. The front desk girl sam, is beyond unprofessional, passive aggressive and condescending. She is more concerned about giving fines out than taking care of the issues at the property and concerns of the residents. She told me as of 5/10/2023 the spa was working, however no email was sent out to the residents that it was fixed and the signs all around the complex were still up (even 5 days later). I am not sure how much “work” she does around the complex. The hours state the office is open until 5:30-6:00 PM, however the property manager is gone by 4:30 PM and Sam is gone between 4:45-5:00 which makes it very hard for people who work and have a commute to get to the office before they leave their shift early. The other front desk Kyle, has been great however I feel bad he is stuck working in such a hostile environment. I really wish corporate cared about the way their property is being ran because Brandi and Sam will be the reason residents do not resign. Corporate, if you see this, please reach out to me as I have left many voicemails and would like to discuss many other concerns as to the way this building is being managed

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please listen to all the other reviews when they say Brandy is the WORST apartment manger EVER. She is rude, non-responsive, hostile, slanderous & a gaslighter. I have never been treated so poorly as a resident simply because, I had concerns about the trash pile up, gates being constantly broken, the doors into the building being broken & not wanting others to park in my parking spot. I’m so happy I moved out of this place to somewhere MUCH better (even though Brandy tried to stop that which is VERY weird behavior)! This places only saving grace is their maintenance team. They do not care about their residents and care more about the pools rules than anything. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere nicer, way cheaper and not managed by Banner Apartments.

As I am writing this review, I am still standing outside 21 minutes later at 4:31 on a Monday. There’s a post-it on the door that says “on break BRB”. How are guests supposed to get inside this building if the resident is unavailable by phone? Absolutely bonkers that there’s no code or key to get inside. Technology lost here guys. Find a way to let others inside the building (securely). Or code your phone number to the gate so if there’s a need or god forbid an emergency, someone can get in.

Really nice apartments, but parking is a hassle - if you have visitors good luck trying to find a spot. They tow at anytime of the day, and then tell you to park in the street if you’re visiting but don’t specify where. Garbage service is great but they don’t allow you to throw anything big or else they charge. Front office staff never has a clear or consistent answer - management doesn’t seem to help front office ever and they charge you for an excessive amount for pool bracelets.

My family and I've lived here for over 5 years now. Since day 1 Audere has been great. The manager of the leasing office and the maintenance staff are super nice and friendly - always willing to help when needed. I have seem myself how our leasing manager walks around the property making sure things are clean and properly working. Can't say that about other places I have lived before Audere. The pool is super nice and for the most part always quiet, so it's great for a lazy weekend when you just want to go read a book or grill out. The hallways and the outside areas are always well kept and clean. We have two dogs and it's great to see baggies always available so it's very rare when you see any messes outside. The location is great, you are 5 minutes away from the Biltmore, 10 from downtown and maybe 3 from Trader Joe, Whole Foods and Fry's. Also same distance from great restaurants and a movie theater. Finally overall the place have always felt safe for us. This was very important as we started to grow our family. The only reason we are moving out is because we are relocating to a different state if not we would have renewed our lease and stayed here a couple more years.

I recently renewed , it's my 7th year living in and I have had the greatest experience! It feels good living somewhere that management actually cares about you. The apartments are beautiful and a delight to call home. The staff that works in the building from the management to maintenance, could not be more kind and helpful. Whatever problem I come across, whether I have a question with the amenities or I need help, they are more than happy to assist! They are friendly and knowledgable. The staff at Audere always go above and beyond to try and make our living here the best experience possible. Let me tell you... Brandy , the property manager is the best EVER!!!
