This place is the worst! The owner/manager does not care for their tenants at all, they are provided with old stoves and refrigerators and are told that they will provide a new one later. But once there all moved in they asked the ppl in the office when their gonna provide them with the new appliances? Their response is if they meet the City code that's all there getting. By then what can these poor ppl do they don't have the money to move out cause there paying their rent, that's another thing there constantly raising the rent! And if that isn't enough they also charge them 10..00 dollars for each vane the vertical blinds need, u know u don't notice those things if there broken or just hanking on a wire when u first move in. They can't even enjoy the back patio cause there is no kind of privacy and the rude owner doesn't want to add any type of fencing around them nor does he allow the tenants to add privacy blinds so they could enjoy their cook out's or even just to sit out there!...SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!...

Worst apartments ever if I had the money to move I would the staff is so rude and mean my husband has been living here for 12 years! my ac has been out for 2 days and when I call for help they dont make any effort and dont care i have a newborn and two toddlers and its 85 degrees in my apartment when i call the manager all he can tell me is “i dont know we gotta see” !! WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD

Horrible place to live bed bugs the same day I loved in I was moved to a new apartment that had Roaches just very disappointed , management very rude and disrespectful when asked to fix or spray etc . I would never rent again and don't recommend this place at all

I give this 3-Star only because the apartment wasn't completely ready. Although we werew able to look at one, to get an idea what the floorplan looked like. Honestly, for $770.00 monthly is a deal. The manager was understandable, professional, and knew what we're looking for. She helped us out a great deal (prior eviction). When I move in, it'll be our own "Home Sweet Home". The latest for move-in is NEXT WEEK MONDAY. If anything, applicants before don't pass then we can move in ASAP.

This place. Do not move here. Please don't. Heavily bug infestations. They won't fix the floor that are peeling like banana. Shootings nearby, no even safe to live. It's not good for stress either. Update after 2 yrs. Floor never fixed. Said will come over to see the floor. They will Do ANYTHING to keep your deposit!

Bad bug infestation, worst mold in bathroom. Requested for maintenance. They did absolutely nothing. I have picture to proof it. They promised to come to look for our floors TWO MONTHS AGO. Never again.

They charged me $ 5,000 to move into a small 2 bdrm the apartment was infested with bugs you could pretty much see into the apartment from outside because there was a gap in the door frame my back porch was conjoined wit the neighbors so our sliding door was nailed shut the only reason for 2 stars is that the manager was really nice
