If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. My husband, his friend, and myself moved in last July. The tour made it seem like there were no problems and we would be getting a perfect place to live. We were so excited to move in but the chaos started on move in day. First, we did not receive our keys until 4:30pm. Then we could not even enter the apartment until the cleaning company finished cleaning- Which was after the office closed. At this point, we were tired and had lots of help waiting around all day so we quickly moved everything in so all of our help could return home that night. We turned on the oven to make some pizza for dinner that night and as soon as it started to heat up… ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE! It was absolutely nasty. We killed whatever we saw with lots of Raid. We moved in and we didn’t see too many while unpacking. Well then we settled in and a few days in, they started coming out all hours of the day. They would be coming from the ac vents, electrical outlets, and any crack or crevice they could find. We called the office and they said they were working on treating the problem. One night in the middle of the night, I woke up and there were 2 roaches in our bed. I had it and enough was enough. We went to go stay with some friends and the office said they were fixing the problem. We tried getting out of our lease but they(the office) said we were not able to because they were working on a solution. So legally we could not get out of our lease unless we broke it. Later to find out after talking with multiple people about this problem, we could have pursued legal action for it not being a habitable place to live. We stayed with our friends for 20 days. During this time, my husband went through the entire unit and found HUNDREDS of roaches. We also had to unpack and repack every cupboard in the kitchen 3 times for treatment. When winter came, the roaches went away with the cold. We would see one or two here and there but nothing like before. As soon as it started to warm up though, they all came out again. There was never a resolution to this problem. When our lease FINALLY ended we were so relieved. They called multiple times to see if there was anything they could do to make us stay, but never in a million years would I love there again. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone that I know.

If your looking to move in here READ THIS FIRST! Are you looking for a disgusting living situation? Do you like living with roaches? Do you like pest control not controlling the pest? Do you calling maintenance and never getting anything fixed correctly? Do you like being charged an extra 150-300$ per rent period for random stuff? Do you like theft and tweakers in the parking lot with no security in sight? Do you like taking your dog to a dog park always filled with waste? Does not having air conditioning for a week sound "cool" to you? Do you like having your packages stolen from your front door? Do you like being charged for "amenities" you can't even use? Do you love loud music being blasted in the parking lot all night long while management does nothing about it ? Do you like having a Landlord who does not care about anything you say? If you answered yes to any of these questions then look no further because you found it. The absolute worst living situation I have ever had absolute garbage DO NOT MOVE HERE. Entire front office staff is a joke. Also don't fall for the scam of the refer a friend program they never pay you. RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION

We have been living here for three years, just signed up for another. New management has been fantastic! Especially Lisa, Michelle, and Irene, who has been here since the beginning. Having found such great friends and made lovely memories we are happy to call Heritage at Deer Valley our home. The entire staff and maintenance crew work so hard to provide us with a beautiful community. Thank you for all that you do, we appreciate you!

My son and i have lived here for 3-4 years now over at the phase 2 area of the complex, (this place is HUGE btw)- we continue to stay and renew our lease each year because it’s such a safe and great apartment complex inside and out. To top it all off, they also hold seasonal events!! My son and i are attending their Christmas 2023 event with a special visit from Mickey and Minnie! We also got to meet the wonderful staff at Heritage including: Michelle, Lisa, Cheryl, Jennifer, Irene, Kate, and Sophia, (deeply apologize if names are not spelt correctly), we absolutely can’t wait for more events with this great community and appreciate everything they do to keep our homes safe and beautiful!!

I love the management and maintenance at this complex. They did such a great job getting the apartment ready. Irene, Jennifer, Michelle, Allyiha thank you for your never ending kindness and being so helpful. I also want to give a shout out to Miguel Ada’s who did a tremendously great job with my bathroom flooring. I am truly blessed to have such a great Management and Maintenance team. This is definitely worth looking into, you will be so happy to rent here. Even the neighbors are very gracious and friendly.

If I could rate 10 stars ✨ I would. The leasing agent Irene G has been always the best in welcoming me and my family to our home and the entire community. I will referral all my friends and family, please ask for her when you stop by to view the apartments. Thank you again Irene you are the very best and your maintenance staff, Javier, Juan and of course your property manager Michelle, and a AAA Lisa, Jennifer, Sophia, and more.

My boyfriend and I loved our first apartment here we decided to transfer to another larger unit after our lease was over. Irene at the front office was there to help from our first apartment to our second one, she is the absolute best and made our move so much less stressful! Very clean and safe area, and it is a perfect location.

Community has big play area for kids and adults. Gym room is quite spacious but, need more maintenance in gym area. Some machines are working and some are under repair for a year. It has 3 big swimming pools. Restrooms are closed near pools.
