This location knows how to be consistent with their quality. I lost count how many times I had undercooked bread sticks,and pizza. In addition, I have had negative experiences across different states while ordering Little Caesars. I can happily proclaim this L. Ceasers location is incredible. I have ordered several times, and the quality of the Pizza, and, bread sticks is perfect Everytime. The bread sticks are never sought;the product consistency is always fantastic. This is the location you want to order from if you're located in Phoenix .

It was not a very good experience. The pizzas were good. However, I had a 5 man moving crew that has not eaten all day and we could not get a quick order. I do understand running out but they were rude and putout that they had to make pizzas. It was so packed with customers in the lobby had to go outside and wait for 45 min. Got the food pizzas were good but low long it and the atmosphere could have been better.

ordered online waited over an hour for pizza. Left before getting my pizza. Lobby was full of ppl waiting no employee interaction. My order was complete and was not able to an employees attention to get my order.

Got my order out in 20 min after them being attacked by 10+ orders in the same time period. The team thats here is the best by far in last 2 years. I could tell they love to succeed.

Came here just for some crazy cheesy bread. My gf had to wait over 30 mins just for bread. Once we received it we found it had little to no cheese and no seasoning on top. Very disappointing

Service was whatever and unprofessional and pizza was cut all uneven, had once slice that was 1/4 of the pizza. Couldn’t tell if the guy making the pizza was wearing gloves or being sanitary but now my stomach is hurting and my toddler is throwing up.

These two new kids were working. They let me know when I walked in "we are only doing peps, nothing else". Upon clarification, I found out they were the only two working therefore were telling me they refused to do anything but make basic hot n ready pepperoni pizza because "it's just the two of them". I wanted a fresh made supreme pizza, I had money out to pay. They couldn't be bothered. (There was nobody in front of me or behind me) I ordered at 827 pm they tell me 843 pm. I came back at 845pm. It takes until 857 while they stand around talking. It was well before closing and they had nothing but time to do their jobs - making pizza. No rush, No line, Just time to do the job they get paid for. The problem is people not doing their jobs properly or with pride, not the place.

This is the worst location anyone could come to. Pizza tasted stale as if it had been sitting out for hours. Ordered multiple sauces to go with crazy bread and never received it. Customer service was awful as well as the wait time. Definitely would not recommend anyone come here.

Literally go to any other Little Ceasars. If you can actually get a pizza, the food itself isn't the problem... the service on the other hand I would give zero stars. The little bearded, short, unkempt looking dude that is always the cashier is always on his phone, eating or just walking around swinging his arms in a daze. I doordash so I'm sent here a lot unfortunately and constantly see people upset, even turned away. I've heard him tell people to go to the other store a few miles away, or that its going to take an hour for a Hot N Ready, or people that ordered ahead of time still not have their pizza ready after come well after pick up time. I dread having to come to this location for deliveries.

Went there tonight and got 2 regular pepp pizzas. Ordered online mind you. Now the app has a time stamp to let you know when it's cooking and gne be ready. Get there by the ready time and the guy at the counter said they hadn't even started it. I said why he said he don't know. I'm like well can you see what the hold up is? He just said it's weird they haven't started it ND went to help the next person, who by the way also had their order screwed up. It was so many ppl in there that was waiting on online orders or orders that was not put in but they had paid. My thing is what the hell is going on ND why dude had the worst customer service i ever seen in my life! Like mann, I had to get on here ND say something cause this was just crazy. You literally had to be there to see the unprofessionalism.
