I love this park! Sort of hidden away, it’s in the middle of a nice neighborhood. It’s big enough to do a few good laps and get some good walking in. And the two ponds help with the reflection from the mountains! Definitely worth an hour of your time on a nice day.

I definitely stumbled upon a gem here. Great views and atmosphere at this park. It's definitely nice to see the community out and about getting some sun. Everybody is definitely doing their part to distance as well. Grounds are very well kept and the amenities are plenty. I am always pleased to be able to stop and enjoy a brief moment near a lake or pond whenever I can. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

This is my favorite park. It's so beautiful and extremely peaceful. We always have such a good time. It never really gets packed or anything cause it's kind of hidden. Most people don't know about it. My husband found it on accident when he got lost. It's a special hidden gem. I love that I don't have to worry about cars driving by or my son running into the street. The only problem I have is that lots of people bring their dogs here and lots of them don't have leashes on. I don't care how "well behaved" your dog is, if you're at a public park you should have a leash on your dog. My son has gotten scared because a big dog ran up to him really fast. I hate to see him worry about that stuff, especially at a park where he's supposed to be having fun. Anywho, we highly recommend this park to anyone looking to have fun or just have some quiet time. There's plenty of room and it's never loud, no matter how many people are there. Oh, and it's ALWAYS clean and pretty. The lakes add a nice views and make for amazing pictures. There are plenty of trees to hang out under to get out of the sun.

Yes yes!!! Happy people this is one of my fav’s. Especially when you have family in town. Why you ask? Well the view and the birds. Best in early am throw one piece of bread in the air, listen for the signal from the pigeons and a whoosh at least 70 to 80 birds blanket the sky coming straight at ya.

Serene park with calm energy. Some things I saw during our visit... kids playing at the park, off leash dogs playing fetch, guys playing football, people walking on paths, couple having a picnic, man fishing in the pond, birds and ducks, mountains in the background. Simply lovely.

My wifey & I moved to Phoenix from Minnesota & our 75lb lap dog has made this Park her stomping grounds. Clean, quiet, plus, the resident ducks & pigeons haven't pooped on me yet. Fantastic park!

Great spot to accompany family, alone or with your canine. Despite the fact that there is no closed in canine Dad there are regions where individuals let their polite canines off rope to run and play get. There are a couple of lakes and my canine likes to get in there. He cherishes it. They additionally have fishing, outdoor tables and in general all around kept park. Notice a play ground for youngsters.

The park is absolutely beautiful at sunset. The grounds are well maintained, however the picnic table we sat at was broken on both benches. It could easily be fixed with some bolts. The lake seemed in good condition also however we caught no fish! 2 turtles though!

This is a great Park! Great Views! This Park has two small lakes. A soccer field, a kids play area, walking paths, lots of benches and sitting areas and lots of open space. This is a great park to bring a family, a date, or just to relax. There is a botanical garden with lots of cactuses and trails. Be aware of the wild animals while in this park!

Took my 2 year old here in the morning and it was a beautiful experience tons of friendly families with respectful children. My daughter was able to interact with other kids in a safe environment. Everyone is watching out for each others little ones and it felt really safe and secure. The park itself is beautiful with two duck ponds a playground for toddlers and older kids and some hiking trails up the mountain. My daughter loved the turtles in the duck pond.

Always a great peaceful hidden gem in the middle of Phoenix. Beautiful scenery. Lots of room for people so you're never crowded in on one another. There is not a lot of shade offerings so heads up on that.

Good place to come with family, alone or with your dog. Although there is no fenced in dog PA there are areas where people let their well behaved dogs off leash to run and play fetch. There are a few ponds and my dog likes to get in there. He loves it. They also have fishing, picnic tables and overall well kept park. Notice a play ground for kids.

Such a lovely hidden gem in Phoenix! We’re still in the city so of course there were some nuisances like off-leash dogs (friendly) and loud music - but so long as you aren’t a Karen, it’s hard not to absolutely love this spot! Nice place to walk my dog as well since he has massive anxiety and freaks out a bit around other animals. But the loop was nearly empty and by the looks of his smile, Mr. Beowulf loved watching the sunset here just as much as I did :)

Excellent park with two beautiful lakes and four tennis courts. Park is pretty secluded and has great views on downtown Phoenix and mountains to the north. The bathrooms were pretty clean, as were the picnic tables. Would recommend.

  • 4/5 Amanda 4 years ago on Google
Really love this park. Has a fun playground and wide open fields for flying kites or playing catch. It also has a great pond filled with lots of ducks looking for something yummy duck food from you. My only two complaints are that the bathrooms aren’t closer to the playground for the little ones and that the shade over the playground is lacking.

Smaller park but cute for a picnic and the views were great. We had a birthday lunch under a shady tree and the picnic table was perfect for us. Camelback mountain was very much visible and the grass was very green. Some construction going on nearby but it was worth the stop.

Nice park, lots of open space. Obviously popular, but never too crowded to find space to enjoy. Only downside is the state of the restrooms. Try to use the bathroom before you get here, as they smell awful and were obviously filthy the few times I have used them.

It was very serene and lots of space to move about with l2 separate Lakes with big fish and different types of unique birds in trees, overlooking terrain of hills in background for those who enjoy hiking also great place for the whole family. K-9 friendly, with a very peaceful community surrounding. I give it a 9 only cause I did not see any picnic tables or grills for family gatherings. Not too sure if their may have been one. Me T

Absolutely amazing! A great place to just relax and spend time with your family.

  • 5/5 Joe s. 5 years ago on Google
Isolated Park with 2 ponds. The area is nice with nice homes as well. A big mountain near by and a couple of small trails to see a litle desert. There are some other ways to get around the area and not really noticeable by car. I like to feed the ducks they are accompanied by brave pigeons. If you want to bring your kids, the play area is definitely ready to be used. Keep it clean as these parks are appreciated through the city.

Lots of space for walking but not great on parking spots, two different ponds where there are birds and ducks that you can feed bread. Has bathrooms but super dirty and stinky. A small playground with 6 swings 2 for infants 2 for smaller kids and 2 for bigger kids. The only thing missing is a basketball court.

This is a very large and lovely park! There is a duck pond as well and a toy area for kids to play on. It was not crowded at all. Public restrooms are open and they do a nice job with the cleanliness. There is a sidewalk that goes all around the park so you can roller skate, bike, stroller, or skateboard easily. There are trees when you want shade and big open areas in between so bring a picnic and have fun!
