Paws down this is our dog's favorite park. All of the dogs are really friendly and like to play. The owners are very good about picking up after their dogs and other dogs as well just in case someone didn't see their dog doing their business. There's lots of shade and a kiddie pool people add water to for those hot afternoons.

I've been coming to this park for about 6months now and believe me it's one of the biggest in phoenix and I have gone to an insane amount of different parks. The people there are friendly they also help maintain park by picking up other Peoples dog messes. On the 4th of July they even had a pool and ice party hosted for the pups.

I love this dog park, it's my go-to place to take my boys. I have not had any incidents of any owner not watching their dog and by far the cleanest dog park I've encountered so far in the valley. This is also the largest even when it's busy, I have found that there is enough space for everyone and their pup. It also has ample lighting which is nice when you're forced to go at night during the hot months of living here on the sun. This dog park also is the only one that I know of that provides water buckets all year round and a kiddie pool when it gets hot. There is also a water faucet and a small hose. I go here even though it's a further drive and I pass two other dog parks.

It's a very nice dog park. The community there seems to really take care of the park. Fresh water buckets everywhere and grass.

maintenance and space are amazing, I wish the small dog park would specify for dogs under 20lbs, some people bring large dogs to the area and there is no sign preventing it

The lights don't turn on until about 635 p.m. long after dark. There's a particular group of people who sit and watch their dogs be malicious to other dogs without batting an eyelash. Not one word. Don't move an inch out of their lawn chairs. Their dogs do play. But they get out of hand. No discipline. Had my dogs throat in their mouths. Snapped at me when i grabbed my dog. Scary for both dogs and humans. Something will happen eventually, since they are regulars. I'm going to find a new park with responsible dog owners. Actual park is nice. Big. Most everyone is friendly. Water avail. If they could set the lights on earlier in that not so great neighborhood, it would be better.

Most of time it's quite nice. The grass is dead right now as they don't water in the winter. Not all people pick up after their dog but others go around and clean up. Which is nice. Last time a bulldog attacked my dog, which I understand he has done to other dogs. I wish he could be banned from the park. So watch your dog. In general my dog loves to go there

This was a great dog park! Large, clean, fresh water and everyone was respectful about cleaning up behind their dog. Plenty of trees to find shade under and chair that can be moved around. The large and small dog areas are both spacious which can be unusual. I will defiantly visit this park again!

Huge off leash dog park. There was a lot of poop, but a guy was walking around picking it up. The park is unfortunately over watered, and mud puddles are abundant. Seems to have a regular crowd and super friendly pups. The grass was a welcome site. There are a couple of smaller fenced parks for smaller dogs or not dog friendly pups. Chairs are available, and some bring their own.

Large park, drinking fountain for dogs and people, some chairs and one picnic table. Best part is the hose to rinse your dogs off after they roll/sit/run through the one mud puddle in the park, AND towels hung by the gate to dry them off.

This is a really lovely dog park! I prefer it over Steele Indian School dog park. There are lots of chairs and picnic tables. And lots of shade. There are a couple stations for dogs and their owners to get water. There are plastic bags, shovels, and poop-scoopers available to clean up after your pets. There is a large and small dog park. It seems like groups of neighbors from nearby get together here with their pets. It is a great resource. Thank you to the local neighborhood for keeping this place so safe and nice!

Grand Canyon National Park, in Arizona, is home to much of the immense Grand Canyon, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. Viewpoints include Mather Point, Yavapai Observation Station and architect Mary Colter’s Lookout Studio and her Desert View Watchtower. Lipan Point, with wide views of the canyon and Colorado River, is a popular, especially at sunrise and sunset.

Nice dog park, sectioned into two parts for small and big dogs. Pretty well taken care of (clean up after yourself and your pup!) And lots of nice people who frequent this dog park.

Our 8 mo pitbull loves going here. There is plenty of space for running. The big dogs are usually mixed with the small dogs but there is a separate space for smaller dogs. Water is available for thirsty pooches. Outside of the dog area is a park with the usual amenities (bathroom, large fields big parking lots).

Its a nice location to bring your dog..I wish people would adhere to the sign...pick up your dog poop, if your dog is acting in an aggressive manner leash them, dogs should be neutered/spayed....I dont blame the small dogs I blame the owners they rather sit around chatting not watching their dogs...but I do like the park I go.to the small dog area. I would just say keep an eye on your dog so they can have an enjoyable experience

  • 5/5 Nicola H. 3 years ago on Google

We have a 1yr old spayed female Dalmatian we adopted last year in June. She was 9 wks old and was fixed , examined and given all shots. So now why in the world would this 1 male dog start trying to mount her! And he wouldn't stop! My poor girl snapped at him, sat down on her fanny and finally climed the picnic table with us. I spent the time shooing him away with my purse til I got her back in the truck! So where were the dogs humans at...doing NOTHING! She had the nerve to eyeball me for her dogs bad behavior. We usually go to CA once a month to dog beach. People there watch their dogs. Rude, Rude , Rude! Arizona dog park needs a dog guard there!

  • 4/5 Lisa L. 1 year ago on Google
This is a great dog park! They have a very large big dog area with lots of nice green grass. The small dog area is large as well. There are lots of chairs spread out for people to sit. Most of the people that come here are friendly and really watch their dogs and are quick to break up any fights. I feel safer for my female dog who just turned a year and is only about 40lbs. at this park that at the Rose Moffit park. The only drawback for this park is that they irrigate the dog park area every few weeks and then this part of the park is closed. They do post the irrigation schedule on the dog park gate.

The park is always nice. Lot's of people with their pets and families. The park is clean considering the amount of homeless, which is really nice. Couple of playgrounds for kids. The dog park looks big and everyone was respectful. There are also BBQ grills, picnic ramadas. There was one drawback and it is a City of Phoenix issue. The cities lack of a comprehensive homeless solution is starting to affect the quality of life and ameneties. When you are at the park with your Kidd, how long before they need to go to the bathroom. The port-a-potty's were filthy and no hand Sanitizer. Needless to say, we cut our visit short.

  • 4/5 Amy D. 1 year ago on Google
Nice park for the dogs. A bit of a walk though if you want to use the small dog side and you have multiple dogs to take over which is why I gave it 4 stars. Plenty of chairs to sit on, some shade. Little dog yard seemed to have more than the big dog side. Was pretty mellow when we visited.

  • 4/5 Benjamin P. 1 year ago on Google

Loved taking my Cane Corso Hidalgo here, so glad it was recommended to me. Hidalgo had so much fun running lose and playing with all the other dogs both big and small. I highly recommend this park to anyone with a dog. There's 2 separate areas for big dogs and smaller dogs and they have water areas and shovels and trash bins for the poop. We'll definitely go back as Hidalgo met so many good dogs that are great off the leash like him

This is the BEST dog park in town! Much clean water for the pups, many chairs for the peeps. All donated and maintained by Petsmart. They even provide lots of scoopers and plenty of water buckets & a separate area for small dogs. Fair warning: there's lots of rescue dogs that are in various mental states so your dog might get into a scrap but that's part of owning a dog.

  • 1/5 Holly C T. 4 months ago on Google
For the small dog park no parking unless it's in the school zone which you're not supposed to park but what do you do when you're handicap and want your babies to play. I went to the big dog park not knowing about the little dog park. No signs nothing owners of their dogs not making them behave bullying other dogs. Can't stand dog owners not being responsible for their dogs behavior, making excuses for them. Getting in a confrontation with a owner after finally knowing where the little dog park was that owner of the big breed was causing trouble and almost got into a fight, owner didn't do or say anything just watched. He has zero control of his dog.

Good space and rather clean. We did see someone driving a buggy through the park and a Nissan trying to do donuts in the parking lot. When she parked we saw that the Nissan driver was both drinking and smoking weed
