Don't
trust
them
because
they're
so
inconsistent.
This
is
the
first
bad
review
I've
made
in
my
life.
I
would
like
to
give
this
place
0
star
if
I
can.
I
chose
to
sign
up
for
3
month
membership
in
Apr,
2018
with
Niki.
At
that
time,
there
were
options
like
month
to
month,
3
months,
12
months,
etc,
and
I
clearly
said
3
month
only.
They
didn't
send
my
the
electrical
or
paper
copy
of
the
contract.
After
3
months,
I
was
continuously
charged
for
two
more
months
in
July
and
August.
I
went
to
the
store
and
talked
with
Niki
in
person
about
the
issue.
She
agreed
to
canceled
the
pending
charge
in
Aug
and
told
me
it
should
be
removed
from
my
account
the
next
day.
She
also
told
me
that
she
will
send
me
an
email
which
I
need
to
sign
and
reply
back
for
cancellation.
When
I
asked
her
about
the
July
charge,
she
said
she
could
not
change
that
in
their
system,
so
I
called
my
credit
card
company
to
dispute
the
July
charge
as
I
only
authorized
them
to
charge
my
card
for
3
months.
The
next
day,
the
pending
charge
for
Aug
still
got
posted
in
my
bank
account,
then
I
called
CC
to
dispute
Aug
charge
as
well.
One
week
later,
I
didn't
receive
the
email
from
Niki
for
cancellation
as
promised,
instead,
I
got
an
notification
that
my
9round
account
is
passed
due
with
$276
outstanding
balance
plus
a
voice
mail
from
collection.
I
emailed
the
owner
immediately
that
I
need
to
cancel
the
account
ASAP.
The
owner,
Brad
told
me
my
contract
says
it's
a
month
to
month
membership
which
I
need
to
give
them
a
written
notice
30
days
in
advance
for
cancellation,
and
because
I
disputed
the
charge,
I
my
account
is
passed
due
for
38
days,
and
they
cannot
cancel
any
policy
in
collections
or
being
disputed.
He
asked
me
to
pay
otherwise
my
account
will
stay
in
default
and
turned
over
to
an
agency
after
90
days.
Until
now,
my
account
is
still
not
canceled
and
I
think
they'll
keep
adding
the
bill
to
my
account
forever.
