👍👍 I gotta make sure I shout out ITS. This place is saving lives everyday. I appreciate them more than you know. The service has been reliable and consistent. Especially when it comes to Luis my counselor. He’s been there for me no matter what. Like family. If I needed anything done he was on it. And I... People often mention staff, work, great, people, time, talk, counselors, life, amazing, clinic,

I gotta make sure I shout out ITS. This place is saving lives everyday. I appreciate them more than you know. The service has been reliable and consistent. Especially when it comes to Luis my counselor. He’s been there for me no matter what. Like family. If I needed anything done he was on it. And I mean anything if it stressed me out he handled it. It’s was really nice having him as a first counselor he’s leaving today to open Mesa and we will miss him. Thanks Luis and the whole staff at ITS. From the drivers like Ricky and Tony to Luis this place is awesome. Thanks for the great service. If you need help recovering from opiates you should not hesitate to contact ITS.

I would like to talk about my counselorJanae she’s one of the best counselors there or the best. She’s respectful very understanding if she say she’s going to do something it gets done you don’t have to ask twice she also has no problem advocating for a client May I also say she is very easy on the eyes it may not mean anything to anyone else but if your getting some bad news at least it goes down a little easier coming from such a beautiful person yup all around beauty

if I could give a zero star I would, This place is very Irresponsible and unreliable. The staff treats everybody with disrespect the numerous people that have said the nurses that give us the methadone are very rude and talk very rudely about us clients even while we’re around. it’s very childish there, there are a few good counselors including wayln and ronald other than that everybody else is very rude and unkind. I was verbally spoke about inappropriately by one of the counselors and all that the consequence was was moving him to p.m. and even then I’ve had to have encounters with him still.

I’m happy I started getting treatment and the people at ITS are really nice. Frank is one the best counselors he goes out of his way to make sure I’m doing well and how my recovery is going. The staff are engaging and the wait times are never too long

I used to think the world of this clinic and the staff. Well two days ago my opinion got changed because after almost three yrs of going here and two yrs totally clean with no dirtys no missed appts I missed a diversion call. Well I tried to call right back no answer and I tried three more times still no answer. I tried the next morning busy and then no answer. Now mind you I was out of town a spur of the moment thing. But if I would of known at all that that's why they were calling I would have been there. So my point in all of this is now I'm back to dailys and I was at almost twice a month. I think this is a unfair punishment because the clinic didn't answer the phone. This wasn't the first time they haven't answered either. I think they should have someone to do just that only. So I'm upset and disappointed in this clinic and staff. I feel as though I should of only lost one privelege not all. Now to even make me even more upset the phones have been busy everytime I've tried to call the last two days. Now if it was the days I was called I'd be in trouble again. They ARE NOT TREATING US FAIRLY!!! They should take part of the blame

If you need help please do not come here! This place is not only completely under employed but all the people that work here genuinely don't care. From the intake counselors, nurses and doctors. ITS only cares about the money that they get from people and their insurance. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. I would give it zero stars but I'm not able to.

This is a dangerous place for recovery.short staffed . Only 1 person dosing and most of the time not opened on time. People who work and tend to stay sober is hard when there's 50min waits just to get a dose. Would not recommend. There's a nurse there that doses early a.m who is so rude and unprofessional

This clinic is a literal life saver. No ride? No problem!! Jaziel will make sure you make it to the clinic to dose and make it home safely. Very professional but still very friendly!! The nursing staff is friendly and efficient, so are the counselors. All the staff members do a great job of reminding you that you ARE important and that you CAN recover. I would recommend and I often DO recommend ITS.

I've been coming to ITS since the end of October of 2020 and have recovered pretty successfully with the help of not only the clinical team of ITS but also with the wonderful great help of peer support Mr. Frank Redmond He has helped me so much through out my recovery by assisting me with great support when I need someone to talk to he is never to busy and happy to help out!! But the greatest thing he did for me was helping me get my resume together and posting it on Indeed.com with me and within a week I found a Job as a BHT where I work today. I appreciate Frank extremely for this if it wasn't for him and his kindness patience and support I wouldn't be where I am working today I couldn't of done it with you Buddy, Thanks 😊 Thanks ITS for having great Peer support like Frank and your wonderful staff as well!

Great place to go for treatment. All of the staff are kind and all really do want to assist you in recovery. I worked with Derric Webb who was a really down to earth and understanding guy, He assisted me with signing up for the program and also helped me sign up for insurance and food stamps which has really helped me! I recommend this place for anybody.

This morning staff is incredible! Daysha is extra Amazing! She pushes those corporate office ppl off they’re a**es to get the job done! I wasn’t getting my extra privilege day for more than the 3 months I was supposed to get it on but, as soon as Daysha showed up, everything turned around! I’m very greatful for these people that come in everyday no matter what they have going on in their personal lives, they’re willing to help all of us that need our medicine to get it. Thank and God bless them!

Marissa and Obidia rock! ITS over CMS. I like a place that tailors recovery around the individual. They don’t just sell you on what the company makes money on. Not a fan of Methadone, never have been, nor will I ever be. Too much room for abuse. Personal opinion… if it works for you, I’m happy for you, however it never worked for me and was painfully slow going up or down in dosage, took suboxone for a month here and have been on vivitrol ever since. (Once a month injection, no cravings, no use) If you want help, I highly recommend ITS, awesome staff! They care and are always working to hold you accountable, keep you safe, and help you reach your goals. #Sobriety #ITS

Jamielynn is my councilor and she is amazing, I’ve been going to this clinic for over two years and she is the first Councilor I’ve had that has been very attentive to my needs. I really appreciate her kindness and how she’s always there for me. Thank you so much for your hard work and your dedication.

I don't normally write reviews but I want to take the time to show my appreciation for this place and especially Brandi. I have been attending IOP class for the past couple months and I am proud to say I have over 60 days sober and never felt better. I have been to a few other outpatient treatment centers and this one is by far the best in the valley. Thanks to Brandi I have never felt so happy and content with being sober. THANK YOU ITS

The nurse at the counter is amazing. She always has a smile and works hard to manage a large volume of people, not to mention she must work over 70 hours a week because no matter the time or day, she is always there. Wonderful person... it's hard to find workers like her these days! Keep up the good work, nurse.

I attend IOP 3 days a week at ITS Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday with Ms. Brandi & she has made a HUGE difference in my life & in my sobriety. She really focuses on each individual & their needs & the way she teaches the class isn't like any other IOP class. She really focuses on each of our needs & asks us if we need to talk about anything specific or if we need to get anything off our mind & she really cares about our mental health & sobriety. There is no judgment in our class & everyone knows they are open to talk about anything & be honest & open about everything. There is 100% no judgment from any of the other members or from Ms. Brandi & that's what makes it a safe place for everyone. I look foreword to class every week & it's a place when I feel safe & open to talk about things going on in my life. Brandi is such an amazing & honest facilitator who makes us all feel welcome & heard. Thank you Brandi, & thank you ITS for allowing her to have this class for us!

I've been to ITS oñ 7th ave and Coolidge there main office and now I'm going to the 75th ave and Indian school location. this company does not care about anything other than there paper work. they want you to be accountable for your actions but will not accept accountability for there mistakes.both locations are not very nice areas. exspect long waits, and a different problem every day.the nurses are nice and the only good thing about this place..

This place works if you put in the time and effort. The people are very nice and friendly. The girls that work in the front are great, especially Dee, Michelle, and Cindy. And my counselor Rita is the best. She goes above and beyond to help everyone. Rita should be in charge of the whole place.
