Should have paid attention to the reviews I've stayed at a whole lot of $50/night motels around the country, but this has to be one of my worst experiences, especially considering I paid $87 a night. Despite asking for a non-smoking room, the room (and the whole property) smelled of cigarettes. Both bed covers had burn holes in them, and there was a blood stain on one of the sheets. One bed also has a wire poking out of the mattress. The main lamp controlled by the switch by the door had no bulb, and the sink/mirror light never turned on. We were unable to get any towels until our second night, after 5 separate attempts to request them from both the front desk and the laundry room. The bathroom was decently clean, if not sparse. Edit: I saw roaches the morning I was leaving

I stayed at this hotel on 2/18/2022. In the 3 days I booked this room for, 2 days of it I could not even get into my room. The front desk issued me door keys that did not work, and continuing to get a new keys with no success of getting into the room. I was promised that someone would come to fix the lock, which never happened. I ended up having to sleep in my truck with no help from this hotel. When I spoke to the Manager about a refund, he told me it was my problem that I couldn't get a key that worked, and that he will not refund any money even though they personally could not get into the room. So basically this hotel rented me a room that they can't access themselves stole my money, while I had to sleep I'm my truck. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We booked a 2 night stay, but the owner told us to leave after 1 night. He said we did not pay, but we had a confirmation email. He called the police on us, but the police told him since we paid we would have to stay. Also the room was stinky, and had roaches. There were holes in the bed sheets, and no towels whatsoever. My brother just died, and my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. So I definitely did not need all this stress.

Possibly the worst stay I’ve ever had. Smelled like sewage the entire time, the faucet dripped the entire time too. Dirty towels even after asking for fresh towels. Torn bed. Dirty sheets. Dirty floors. The door wouldn’t even open with the key. On top of it all, we had to check out early due to cars coming by our cars, scoping them out, and driving off multiple times. We attempted to get a refund after such a bad stay, but the manager refuses to talk to us and we were refused a refund. Beware.

Worst hotel/motel I have ever experienced. Roaches, roaches, roaches. After leaving I had to literally dump out every single bag I brought into the room to make sure nothing was coming home with me. There were no blankets on the bed, not a single towel or washcloth, no trashcan, and no toilet paper. Not even a square. If I had been brave enough to take a shower in this place, I wouldn't have even been able to because the water wouldn't come on.

PLEASE, DO NOT STAY HERE. Will be sleeping in my car, very tempted to drive hours home. All the guests, my kids, and I within this building have been victims of false advertising. Will be demanding refund in morning, already know they will refuse, so I will be reporting this location to the city of Phoenix. Roaches everywhere!!!!! Disgusting lampshades, no working bulbs in room, disgusting beds, disgusting curtains, disgusting shower, everything is filthy in room, desk and TV stand are broken, etc. Not safe nor a healthy environment for children! Please, spend the extra money on a nice hotel. Will be reporting because everyone turns in their keys as soon as they see the room and have to lose out on their spent money. I wasted $168 on a room I can't even shower, sleep, nor eat in. This place is a scam.

This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I've had better hotels for $50 a night yet they are charging $80+ a night. No wifi at all although they advertise free wifi and the excuse was it must not be reaching my room. That is ridiculous front desk did offer a small refund for that, but I didn't take it as a few dollars does nothing. The faucet was not even attached, the water went from hot to cool to warm then back hot again. The shower curtain, towels, and floor were were stained. There was hair in the tub. I had to do a channel search to get any channels on TV. The bedding did seem pretty clean, but had cigarette burns in it. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren't that great. There was no cover on the heater/ac. I did not see any bugs during my time there. No room telephone, not even an ashtray in a smoking room. I will never book this hotel again.

I was in the Phoenix AZ area for the nights of August 16 & 17 August 2022 and needed a place to stay. I found this motel through a Google search. But after looking through the reviews by previous customers, I said I wouldn't even try. Why lead yourself into a ditch with your eyes wide open? The most disturbing part is that the motel seems to respond to each negative review with a similar, predictable response. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Customer service is our priority. We take your comments very seriously. We have forwarded them to management for appropriate action. What? Are they even being sarcastic and cynical or what?

It was the worst motel experience of my life and I even stayed at a motel that had bed bugs! When you book online you see a pretty picture of the rooms but they look nothing like the pictures. 1st I had to wait in line in the heat for almost an hour waiting to check in. My room had no fridge so I had to buy an ice chest and ice. The key cards didn't work so I went back up to the "lobby" which had a line and was not air conditioned. Got another set of keys cards that would work, maybe if you slid it 50 times. So one of us had to stay in the room at all times. There was alot of something on the floor that looked like blood. There was a fist sized hole in the bathroom wall. The toilet tank was broken in half. There was no remote for the tv. I stood on line again in the heat for a remote control. It didn't work. Waited on line again in the heat for another remote. It also didn't work. Stood on line again in the heat and was told they have no remotes for the tv in my room and I would have to install an app on my phone. The problem is you can't pair the phone as a remote to the tv unless its turned on. Can't turn it on without the remote. Then I was charged two nights. was so horrible, didn't stay either night. No refund. They charged me a $40 deposit which 3 weeks later I still have not received back. I supposed I will be charged for the damage and missing items from the room. Any of the good reviews are junkies (who enjoyed staying there) or just plain liars. Don't stay there! You will regret it.

Don't stay here if you not on dope .. there was dope head in the lobby chilling whn i walked in .On everything I love I was there 5 mins n somebody knocked on the door looking for Carlos .. n another dope head obviously looking to score stopped us n asked us about a neighbor . Quiet during the day but the freaks come out at night .the maids was rude didnt want to switch out my towels . The room stanked .. I went through 2 candles because I had to have them lit the entire stay . The sink was broke the TV barley worked no wifi and only one put of 3 lamps had a light bulb . We had to go buy shower shoes because the bathroom was dirty as hell the microwave didn't work we had to go to the corner store to warm up our food and we bought blankets cause the sheets were dirty and had stains on them . Do not stay here if u not on dope . It was cheap but not worth it . If I would've known the area better I wouldn't have booked . If I wasn't broke already I wouldn't have stayed. Do not recommend.

This is not a 1 star motel, its filthy and not safe for any children travelling due to the number of intoxicated people milling about that may or may not be guest staying there. Trash is piled in parking lot, the rooms are not clean, nothing works in the room and the smell is really bad and clung to my clothes. The original room booked on Priceline was not available at 7pm check in though a more expensive was, bait and switch is the business model here. You would feel better sleeping in your car after trying to sleep in a room that smells as bad as these. Don't get scammed by these people, this place is an overpriced homeless shelter, not a 2 star motel.

If there was any way to leave a negative star I would. You have homeless people ripping apart the trash throwing it everywhere. I walked into the room every single sheet was dirty and had multiple holes in them. I was there for about 25 maybe 30 minutes walked straight back down and asked for a refund because I didn't feel safe staying there with my personal belongings. And what do you know they wouldn't give me a refund. The fat lady at the front desk told me I need to call Gator her boss in the morning. I'm sure gator is a class act just like everybody that hangs around the hotel easily the biggest s*** stain in Arizona.

My Grandson tried to checked in to his room, paid for by me with a valid credit card, and was told that he would have to give them a $40 deposit because it was a third-party booking. He doesn't have a credit card which is why I booked his room on my credit card. The clerk wouldn't take my credit card for the deposit. He was supposed to give them cash. It was a very bad problem and could have been avoided easily by giving me notice of the policy when I booked the room. No consideration was given to either my Grandson or me. No accommodation was offered. It was very poor customer service. I do not recommend the facility at all.

Hands down one of the WORST hotels I've ever been to. Before I get out of my car I'm already getting bad vibes from this place. At 11:00PM there is TONS of foot traffic in the parking lot and the area is dimly lit at best. The check in building looked very worn out and not taken care of. Finally get into the room and first impressions are not great. The room smelt AWFUL and looked clean on the surface but again not very well kept at all. Bathtub had stains, a random smoke detector was chilling on the microwave, door was black in touch areas from dirt, and carpet was stained. The biggest issue however was the AC. It was missing part of the cover and wouldn't turn on. Taking a closer look the AC had mold on it. We went to the front desk and despite the circumstances the guy was very friendly and helpful. we got a refund and went someplace else. The low price may be tempting but It's not worth it.

Do not. Seriously, just do not stay here. My wife and I are not even remotely prissy about hotels and motels--we always just pick whatever costs the least since all we need is a bed and a shower. We lasted about five minutes in our room. Urine-stained sheets, disgusting shower, ceiling falling in, broken AC, smoke detectors removed, bugs, you name it. When we went to check out about 5 minutes after check in, not only were they not surprised, but there was a line about 40 minutes long of other families doing the same thing. While we were all waiting, we were continuously harassed and it became apparent that this hotel is likely where people come to buy and use drugs. One couple was leaving because some men had tried to break into their room during the night. This is a bad place. You will end up leaving, and they will fight you on the refund. Avoid at all costs.

Roach cruising across bathroom floor. TV remote didn't work so had to do manually. Then picture is all snowy, every channel. Got 1 bath mat & 2 towels (1 was really stained). Bathroom door was taped together & kept getting stuck. Room door had been broken into before. Then, you have to stand in line in the morning to get your deposit back. Won't go back there.

I've been staying here for almost a week. It's not terrible, but it's not perfect either. Some rooms have a fridge and TV, some don't, I've had one room with a fridge, and the room I'm in now doesn't, but it has a TV. Although the TV doesn't work, but I'm not really looking to watch TV here. Its an okay place to lay your head, the room I'm in now doesn't have any live roaches, all the ones I've seen have been dead. So, I do believe they are trying to get this problem under control. Some of the sheets have burn wholes in them from cigarettes, but they seem clean, I haven't dealt with any bed bugs, thankfully. It's an older building, so it's not the prettiest, but if you're looking for a nights sleep, that's not too loud. This would be it.

This is the worst hotel in the history of hotels or hoteldom. It should be downgraded to a sleezy motel status, with an even sleazier staff. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and they treat everyone like they were idiots. They purposefully work at a snail's pace because they simply DGAF about any type of efficiency yet there is no customer service whatsoever. They lie about the deposit, insistently citing that you must for whatever their maniacal reasoning may be, to wait in line or advise verbally before checking out. That you must physically and verbally tell them you are checking out, or else kiss your $40 deposit goodbye, because "it's how the hotel business works!" This according to the rude, mean, yet nasty attitude female who yelled at me over the phone. I only answered that no hotel in the industry does this, so she must be confused as to how to do the job professiinally with any shred of integrity. Point being, the staff justifies keeping your deposit since you're too stupid to know any better, hence because they're right and the customer is very wrong. Point being, I'll never go to this hotel ever again, and be warned, please never stay here. If I can give this place half or a quarter star, I would. Also the hotel has no pride in identity, as there is dog poop spread all over the facility. And if by any chance you do get to stay here, you're gonna need a tetanus shot after you leave as this place is extremely poorly maintained. In the event you do have to stay here for necessity, be forewarned as you might need a Tetanus, Hep or penicillin injection after staying here. It was bad enough the facility was awful, yet the staff was more than awful. STAY AWAY!!!

The state of the room was SICKENING. I’ve stayed in a lot of places all over the country but this was the by far the worst. The lady was nice and gave us water but that was about it. Hair on and in the sheets, cigarette burns everywhere, flies, I would pay good money to NEVER stay in a place like this again I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Waited in line with about 5 other people for over 2 hours. One woman and her son were given a key to a room a bunch of men were already in. Somebody came down asking if anybody had narcan. Most people were trying to get refunds for gross rooms or cards that were charged without any reservation actually being booked. The room I was going to stay in (I decided to leave) had blood on the curtains, a shoe on the floor, and smelled of mildew. Do not stay here! (Putting this same review for the roadway inn since they share a lot and are equally repulsive).

If I could give zero stars I would. The room had no tv, no fridge, no bedding, no towels and the phone didn’t work. We went back and got a different room that had the same things- no tv, no fridge, no working phone, and the smoke detector was off the wall with wires pulled out of it. We decided we would not be staying there and went back to check out. We went back down to the lobby and the was a note up on the office saying they were doing a sift change and would be back shortly. There were already 3 people there with complaints similar to ours and some people said the water was turned off in their rooms. 40 minutes later an employee got back. When it was finally our turn, we were told we could not have the $10 fee they charged for early check in back. It took the employee another 30 minutes to check us out. I have never experienced anything like this. The whole place should be condemned. Also, many drug users on the property and it felt really unsafe.

The worst experience of my entire life. This should not be on any third-party’s website not kid friendly at all. I don’t even know anything about a jail but might as well be. DID NOT FEEL SAFE. Smells horrible almost like a hazard. There’s also some shady scamming things going on here so be careful. felt like a war zone. I won’t recommend my worst enemy to stay at this place. To whom it may concern.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The most horrific customer service imaginable, and the room was extremely under whelming in what you would expect from a hotel room. Customer service made me wait for an hour to check in and another hour to complain about the AC that never got fixed. My five night stay was not refundable nor was I given any other options in other rooms. I had no other choice but to stay in the room I was assigned. Amenities worked from time to time, but could not be controlled from the room though local controls seemed to manage the locally. The AC kicked on and off on its own regardless of its settings, the sound of the TV was all treble, the remote controls did not work and appeared broken. The refrigerator and microwave worked as expected. The bathroom exhaust fan was unmounted and hanging off the ceiling. The electrical outlets worked but appeared to have been maintained poorly with plaster. No major visible signs of mold build up. This hotel is most likely next to go under if they keep this business style.

We couldn't stay there and I need to dispute the charge. We wen't there as agreed at 3:00PM. They told us the rooms wasn't ready for 10 more minutes. we waited for an hour in a half then and I could hear the staff laughing about it as 30 people were lined up waiting outside the motel. I went to the cleaning lady and she said she has 5 more rooms to clean and would take extra two hours to finish. they would be done at 7 by the time people check in. Oh BTW it's near by a methadone clinic so if you like street zombies walking around have fun. The place is straight ghetto.

Don't book here if u r alone or especially with family and kids, filled with people drug dealers, drug addicts, hookers, every type of criminal. The front desk attendant herself looked like she was high. My both room had no door, no towels. I asked for non smoking, which would be a miracle considering the condition and its residents. They take deposit and don't return. Bedsheets have cigarette burns.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This is BY FAR the worst hotel room over ever stayed at in my life and I’ve stayed at lots of places. There was no fridge like the amenities said, there were no towels no wash cloths and no handset towels. The sink faucet was leaky to where water fell onto the floor, so here was also no trash cans anywhere! And on top of that the front desk lady gave my room to someone else while I was still in there and people kept trying to get into my room! I also felt highly unsafe because of that! Even a security got into my room while I was trying to sleep! Plus the front desk took forever every time I needed something! This place needs to be shut down and I strongly advise everyone not to ever stay here in this dump!

It is a older hotel. But the rooms are very clean. Staff is awesome. And they are under new management that seems to be taking care of the property. I would stay again. You can see they try very hard to accommodate the guests

PLACE PAY A LITTLE MORE DONT SATY AT THE ECONO LODGE ITS NOT SAFE….. Not kid friendly not an environment for vulnerable people. There’s definitely some health issues going on here We need OSHA we need to be BB and every other big company to come in here and find out what’s happening. Stay safe. Also, they’re scamming people when you arrive there. They’re saying that it’s overbooked and if you book through a third-party they’re going to call and say that you were a no-show and that they are many rooms available which is a complete lie. Please go elsewhere. Don’t go through what I went through it other people. We the people do not deserve that.

When I checked in last night, a young lady by the name of, Cece, handled check ins as if she has been doing this job for the last 50 years. Not only did she have to tell customers to go back cancel and rebook their reservation, she had a line out the door waiting to check in. She handled it with such Grace I didn't mind canceling my reservation and re-booking it. Everyone should take a page and watch this young lady at work. She truly defines what customer service is all about. Diobel Rivas rm#212 *I have to add that this morning I had the pleasure to meet Kara. I had clothes drying in the dryer and she came from checking in or checking out customers to helping me out. Had a great personality and truly second my opinion that econo Lodge has great customer.

This is the only hotel I will stay at in the North Mountain area. They are understanding they have been there for me countless times and you are not just another person coming to stay. With the owner and staff you become family and the more you show respect for the business because they are a business first. Then the more like family they become I personally have been staying with them almost 5 months and it's like home to me and my Mrs. Giving my felony background over a DUI has been hectic trying to find adequate housing has been a challenge so I can only imagine how others are doing in that area with worse things on their record. If you are interested in a small tight community with a frequency of new neighbors and things to see and experience I definitely recommend it because you are the change and home no matter how long is what you make it. So please come visit and help turn my home back into the glorious place it is don't listen to the ones who stay here but then say that it is bad because they are not allowed to do what they want and have become bitter. Take it from a nice guy like me that I have pride and I display it by keeping my home and everything around it clean and neat including my shoes and clothes. Everything is better when you take care of it. Not wreck it and then talk down about a place u used to run in the ground before I came and showed you that cleanliness and pride in your neighborhood says a lot about those who are living there. Character is developed over time we never stop learning how to do better than yesterday and my home and the Econo Lodge and it's staff have been doing exactly what I and everyone else who stops in and visits Respect for each other, pride in the property and the neighborhood. Im grateful for the Owner and His property Manager for everything they have done for me I consider them family and you should too.

False advertising! Worst dump I’ve ever seen. We couldn’t stay there and I’m fighting with Choice Hotels to get my money back. So far no luck. The shower/bath had no diverter to turn water on. The bed was broken, cigarette holes in the blankets, no fridge or coffee maker. The door was broken and didn’t close all the way. It was filthy and had peeling paint. Wish I could give this zero stars.

I purchased the reservation through hotels.com and showed up at the hotel and took me about 30 minutes to get checked in. Second the attendant older lady was really rude and stated as she was helping me "it's going to be one of those days" which I had no idea what she was talking about. Well I soon found out there were too many problems. Third as we walked to our room you can smell an awkward smell. Fourth we turned on the ac and it hardly blew any air from it and the room was very hot. Fifth as I put my suitcase down still giving the benefit of doubt I looked around and saw 2 roaches crawling on the wall. Well I could probably have found more stuff maybe even bed bugs but I wasn't to take the chance of staying another minute. I did pay through hotels.com and I called hotels.com to get a refund and explain what had happen which in turn tried to get a hold of the attendant on duty but no luck and I driven away already. Well I ended getting charged anyhow because they couldn't get a hold of the attendant. Yes I am very upset because they dump shouldn't even be opened and I will be calling whoever else I need to put the complain and show pictures as proof. The pictures on their web site are nothing to what they really look like at all.

This is got to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. For starters they gave us the wrong room, the TV didn't have a remote that worked with it and there were no buttons like the office said there would be, there wasn't even a phone in the room! The bathroom door couldn't close and toilet clogged the first time it was used and there wasn't any toilet paper. Our wash clothes were dirty and the room was infested with roaches the AC stopped working and this is ARIZONA!!!! In the middle of the night we were woken up by a nice couple who sadly were told that our room was there so when they tried there key it didn't work but was still unacceptable. The next day when we were waiting to check out we were baffled at the size of the line and how long it took for us to get checked out as we had to be checked out by 11:00 or they wouldn't give us our deposit back. we left the room at 10:00 we didn't get checked out till 11:55 because of the line and and they attempted to hold onto our deposit because we could not get checked out by 11:00. This place is utterly awful, there are cheaper and better places to stay.

DO NOT stay here! I literally paid for 4 nights and walked into my room and had to leave! The door had to be jolted open, the headboard was missing, there were holes in the walls, the curtains had stains, there was a big hole in the blanket, the toilet had a roach, someone’s hair and stains. The hand towels were dirty and there was tissue paper in the hole in the wall. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and I can’t get a refund. I only gave one star because there wasn’t an option for negative stars! It is unsanitary and unsafe!

I beg anyone! Do NOT stay at this Hotel! The room and bedding are NASTY and OLD! There are roaches here that could get in your bags or shoes unless in an extremely safe place! Reports of Bed Bugs too! For months these problems have been reported and yet neglected by the owners of this HORRENDOUS Hotel! The Air Conditioner system is just FILTHY and MOLDY! Health Hazard!!! There are no security hatches or whatever on the door! The secured hatch is broken as if someone broke in! To add to that! There are LOTS of sketchy homeless people around the building that sleep outside! And loud, as if someone could break in! Rooms seem to have never been cleaned, mopped, or swept! The restroom is OLD, FILTHY, and BROKEN! TV doesn't work! This place is EXTREMELY neglected! Some people never even got their security deposits back! Like they were SCAMMED! Management LIES, saying they'll take care of everything! But NOPE, only looking for cash! UNSAFE! NEGLECTED! INFESTED! I beg anyone, DO NOT STAY HERE, EVER!!!! The housekeeper too, she just walks in on us with the master key as if we knew her!!! THE ONLY THING GOOD WAS US LEAVING!

We went to EconoLodge for a one night getaway. The room was filthy. A hole in the bathroom door. Couldn’t even close the bathroom door. Walls and doors filthy. Bathtub filthy and bugs in the bathroom sink. There were spray painted gang markings inside the dresser doors. Bed sheets were stained and dirty. Don’t go there. It’s horrible! We did not stay and they wouldn’t refund our money.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures are fraud. My room and 3 other of my friend's rooms where full of holes and damage. I had no phone and my friends TV didn't work. My shower device was held together with zip ties. The smoke detector was laying on top of the table. Checking in and out took 30 minutes. It is zero stars!!

  • 1/5 Ken W. 1 year ago on Google
This should be zero stars. I waited 18 min to check in. No one was at the front desk. I rang the service bell 3 times and called the front desk phone number twice, which should have been forwarded to someones cell phone, if thy're not going to be within earshot for an extended period of time. There was no response to all 5 attempts to get checked in. Fortunately for me during that 18 min wait, I looked around. ALL the trash cans (in the main office foyer and around the property) were overflowing. There was even a bag of trash sitting on the second level walkway. Someone must have been tired of waiting for the trash cans to be emptied. A pile of trash (empty snacks and soda boxes) was sitting on the floor, in front of the vending machines, in the foyer. A gentleman walked past the overflowing trash cans and took the empty boxes and never returned to empty the trash cans or pick up the bag of trash, in the time I was there. The hardware of the ice machine was gutted, so it wasn't working. The lobby area, where (I'm guessing) the free b'fast was to be offered, was a hot mess. Some kind of work being done, so possibly no free b'fast as advertised. There were 2 large fans and 2 large a/c units plugged into 1 wall outlet. I'm not an electrician, but that looked like a potentiontial fire hazard. There were old mattresses outside, piled against the main office building, up to the roof. There was a 2 foot high pile of trash along the length of the back fence of the parking lot. I took pictures and will attach them to this review if possible. After seeing all of that, I was not going to pay for whatever condition the room might be in. I called Choice Hotels customer service. The rep. also called the front desk and got no response. I described to him the condition of the property and he canceled my reservation. Dealing with him on getting a reservation at a different hotel was another nightmare for a review of Choice Hotels' customer service.

The room smelled like bleach. So I thought it was clean. Bed bug bites showed up on my skin after I stayed there. A lot of people walking around at nite. Did not feel safe. I chose this place because I was looking for something a little cheaper. Never again. When I got there the room was not ready. Got told to come back at 3. Then I still waited an hour or so. Not good.

We were told that there was a microwave, and it's a smoking room when we made the reservations. None of those amenities available here. If you have children. DON'T COME HERE!! What was lacking in the room: NO: trash receptacles Bath mat Microwave Extra towels Soap NO ONE IN THE OFFICE *The towels that we did have had black stain all over. *The tub had black stains around the drain *The ceiling above the shower was falling * It looked like a gremlin ate parts of the walls. * At about 11pm our tweaker neighbor will pound on your door to use our INVISIBLE microwave.

I think they are the best deal when it comes to cheapest hotel! The staff here are honestly super super nice and helpful! Tho the room I've been staying at, the lock doesn't work and the AC is leaky so I have to dump the water bucket every so often but again no complaints. They are willing to work with you and I did run into some issues on paying but again they were super understanding and let me have a little.bit extra time to pay! There are quite a few homeless people that roam around but it's PHX, it's expected! They also allow dogs as well and again I would choose to stay here over Budget Lodge!

It was POOR because of the short ol lady with the drawn on eyebrows who didn't have the decency to speak to me like a normal human being when I tried to understand the hotel check in policy as they had a hand written note saying check in wasn't until 4pm. I booked thru choice hotels app as a "platinum member" (which apparently doesn't actually mean much...) and I wanted to ask questions to clearly understand the hotel policy vs the choice hotels policy because they are not in alignment but she wouldn't stand at the window to speak to me long enough and kept throwing attitude trying to scurry off to the back. I left right away and let the poor Native lady (who was outside and having the same experience as I), know that she should NOT stay there. I would NEVERRRR do business with or associate myself or my company with this place. I would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here unless you don't mind being treating like trash. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I can only imagine what kind of nastiness or creepiness is actually in those rooms. Don't do it....

Just checked in just don't come here it is not worth it i feel like i would of rather had a safer and better time aleeping in my car My Room was absolutely disgusting. The towels were gross the bed sheets and the beds in general were probably slept on in the 70s and they just never changed them it is the worst place ever.

This is the absolute worst possible place you could stay. When we got to our room it was infested with roaches, there were burn holes in the top cover, the sheets had yellow stains, the room hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the AC unit didn’t work at all. We immediately left to go get our deposit back and didn’t even stay. The person at the front desk said they refunded us but DID NOT. The worst part is their phone line doesn’t work and is just a dial tone so you can’t even try to call to get your money back. This place deserves worse than 1 star. Will be reporting it to the health department.

It took several tries to find an acceptable room(3). However, once I was settled the room was clean and comfortable. The air was cold and kept the room at a nice temperature. Staff was willing to help even if it was begrudgingly. I didn't see a single bug of any kind. The pool was down, but the property looked clean and cared for. Met a very interesting girl while I was there.
