The
staff
and
nurses
were
excellent,
and
I'd
give
them
5*
if
I
were
rating
just
them,
but
the
rest
of
my
experience
there
was
awful.
I
was
1000
miles
away
from
home
and
came
in
with
a
destroyed
knee
and
dislocated
shoulder
(same
side)
from
the
kind
of
martial
arts
accident
you
can't
watch
without
cringing.
The
doctor
just
seemed
disinterested.
I
can
put
no
weight
on
my
leg.
He
gave
me
crutches
I
can't
use
because
of
my
shoulder,
but
made
me
try
anyway
(and
I
think
that
may
have
done
more
damage
to
my
shoulder
because
the
pain
was
even
worse
after),
and
although
he
acknowledged
the
crutches
wouldn't
work,
just
shrugged
when
I
asked
several
times
what
on
earth
I
was
supposed
to
do
to
get
around.
The
only
knee
immobilizer
they
had
was
too
small
to
put
on
me.
They
don't
prescribe
pain
medication.
They
don't
give
handicap
parking
placards.
I
didn't
get
any
instructions
about
icing/elevating/wrapping
my
injured
parts,
or
what
I
might
do
to
find
what
I
need
to
be
mobile
enough
to
get
by
until
I
can
get
home.
He
just
left
me
in
a
ton
of
pain,
no
mobility,
no
instructions,
and
no
solutions.
The
worst
of
it
is
I
left
there
with
a
huge
predicament.
I
had
no
way
to
get
from
our
car
to
our
hotel
room.
I'm
6'4
and
235,
so
my
wife
can't
carry
me,
and
it
was
117°
in
Phoenix,
so
sleeping
in
the
car
was
not
an
option
(plus
what
about
using
the
bathroom?).
We
drove
all
over
Phoenix,
and,
thankfully,
we
ended
up
finding
a
place
where
we
could
buy
a
wheelchair.
This
was
a
Friday
afternoon,
and
I
don't
know
what
I
would
have
done
if
we
hadn't
found
that
place
before
they
closed
for
the
weekend.
Could
have
turned
what
was
already
a
nightmare
situation
into
something
much
worse.
Again,
the
staff
and
nurses
were
great,
but
I
cannot
recommend
this
place
anyway
because
of
the
doctor's
lack
of
concern
and
at
least
in
my
case,
they
just
weren't
able
to
do
anything
to
help.
