😠 Worse experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. My appointment was scheduled for 3 o clock. I got there no later than 305 and the front office told me I had to reschedule because the doctor was running behind. I don't think they know customer service and I don't think they care.     Was a "new patient". Was scheduled for only 15 minutes though. Although I did tell them in advance I needed referrals and medications, but Dr. Schneider was trying to get out the door before everything was dealt with. He only sat down again to address everything fully because I spoke up. New patient....and was only scheduled for only 15 minutes ? Part of the time his laptop computer was stalled. I guess that was part of my 15 minutes. Overall degrading,upsetting experience, lack of compassion. Passive -aggressive, snarky ,condescending doctor. Spoke to me as if I were stupid. Changed details on my medications without even discussing it {found out as I was leaving and he'd already left}. Doctor declined to give refills, declined to provide any necessary anti-nausea medication for migraines. Office manager wasn't much help, was insincere and from what she said I knew she was only half-listening to me. They never called with my referrals and didn't give me my blood test order that I was told I'd get, {realized that after I got home, the whole experience was so negative that's just the way it went}. Since I wouldn't ever go back there anyway, the referrals and blood test order don't really matter, but it goes to show what a mess they are.

    Worse experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. My appointment was scheduled for 3 o clock. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! GO somewhere else it will save you the time and the trouble. I made the appointment on Tuesday had I known they would of cancelled my appointment I would of scheduled my appointment elsewhere. Don't waste your time coming here!!!!!!

    Worst doctor office ever!!! Got billed for a prescription refill visit full balance and they billed my ins wrong and now I am responsible for a $200 bill for a simple visit when I have ins and paid my deductible. They wont help or try to fix it either, basically they tell you to lawyer up.

    I was a patient here for several years. I was very upset when I learned that the practice had been bought by Banner. Suddenly I was unable to get into see my doctor in a timely manner. In fact once Banner took over I saw my primary doctor only once. I could only get "timely" appointments with an NP or an alternate physician. One of the last times I visited I had to take time off from work as I had been waiting over 2 weeks for my appointment (with an NP) and it was soonest available. I had been experiencing significant back pain for nearly a month at that point and sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour before I was called back. I was then put in an exam room, told to put on a thin paper gown and then sit up on the table and wait. There was a cold air vent above blowing on me and I was freezing. I waited and waited and finally after an hour sitting there and listening to laughing and visiting going on at the desk outside the room I couldn't take it anymore. I got dressed and left in tears. I am so glad that my doctor has left the practice. I will be leaving with her. What a horrible ordeal this has been.

    I requested a referral to a podiatrist last Tuesday. Today is Monday and I haven't heard back. I called and was told it takes up to 72 hours to "start the process". Not to get the referral, but to start. I asked to leave a message to speed things up and was told it would take up to 72 hours "just to get the message to them". My goodness, this is the standard of service in 2022? Regardless of the volume, hearing back on a simple referral should not take more than a week. Thank goodness it's not an urgent matter. How do we hold Banner responsible for this type of service? It's not as though I can just willy-nilly change my PCP (the doc is great, btw). I have no recourse but to simply wait until they get around to notify me. Based on today's call with them, there is no way to know when that might be. Horrible service.

    Horrible location, horrible front desk service. Save yourself trouble and pick a different banner location. This place is a joke.

    I now see Dr Herrera. She is great. Knowledgeable and compassionate. Her MA is ok too. I don’t like calling to make an appointment because you have to go through a call center, but if you use the patient online portal they call back fairly quickly.

    I've visited 3 different doctors at this location for the past few years and the TLC provided has been consistent and empathic. My health concerns are heard and the admin staff have been jolly and helpful each time. Dr. Kasara is my primary doctor and I love how he remembers my family, me and our stories. Thank you Dr. Kasara and team!

    Do not go to this facility. After waiting 4 hours for a new perscription to be called in, I still have not gotten the perscription called in. They gave me the run around that they'll pass my message on. I asked to speak to the nurse practitioner's assistant because the nurse practitioner had already left for the day, and she said this was the first she had heard of my request for the perscription to be filled. I called all afternoon leaving messages. Five o'clock rolls around and the assistant says she must have forgotten. She'll send her the message and the practitioner can fill it at her earliest convenience. These people are inept.

    William J.B. Mattingly & his staff are complete trash!! Absolutely careless and act nothing but like a mechanic who’s working with a lifeless car or changing some oil for “ANOTHER” car. I took an appointment the day before because I am having a condition thats v concerning for the first time and dont know the cause, i took an appointment at 7 am the following morning. I get to the plaza, drive around for a few minutes to find the suite nbr bcz THEY ARE NOT clear. Found it, parked went in exactly at 7:10!!! Afterthe front desk checked me in she went inside asked the dr & his staff and they said she cant come in anymore its past the threshold time. Mind you it was 7:13 at that time which THEY NEVER EVEN told me its a 10 mn grace period when i called to schedule. The front office lady that was communicating with me acted extremely Carlos and dismissive at best. Again, just another one for them and who cares!! I told her am not able to come in another time and i was here within the grace period and I wasn’t told the grace period when i called. She said, ahhh i don’t know how they do, but they wont see you today. SUPER DEHUMANIZING experience. You are disgusting for treating less than a human

    Our appt was set up at 830am and we didn't see the PA until 8:55am. Without reason. It's quite annoying when they are just shooting the breeze at the nurses desk and you literally have to walk out to ask what the hold up and when will the Dr be coming in. I need to charge the Dr for a late fee.

    Find a different practice folks! Besides Susan at the front desk. Everyone here is so unprofessional and truly unkind. Also note you may think your calling their office but your calling a call center full of inexperienced people with poor communication skills. They will tell you they are sending the Dr a message with certain details and in fact they are not. If you speak to Vanessa ask for another representative.

    This is one of the most incompetent medical facilities I’ve ever experienced. All the way from making an appointment, DR who just sits and listens with no guidance, incomplete lab orders to requesting records to move on elsewhere.

    Dr. Feudale was great~ Dr. Kohrind too. I really do not like going to the doctor, especially for the unpleasant pap smear appointment. Dr. Inderpreet Feudale was probably the best pap appointment I have had. It was fast and painless. Dr. Feudale seemed young, knowledgeable, and personable. I also saw Dr. Kohind for an injury, I also liked him.

    I was given a patient information form sheet that gives all false information. I’ve came twice for an appointment and they sent me home because THEIR hours differed from the form I was given. If it says to not call nor need to schedule an appointment in advance then why have that information on the form sheet. The front office people are lazy and don’t do their job correctly.

    Dr. Anne Donos and her staff are 5 star quality, from checking in with the staff they greet you with smiles and you feel welcomed, Seeing the Dr. is like talking with a family member, she genuinely cares for her patience. The best Dr. I have ever had and hope to have for the rest of my days. And just to clarify, Dr, Donos, I do not smoke cigars anymore so ignore my profile pic.

    Dr Martinelli was very helpful! This was my 1st visit to her. She listened & addressed all my concerns. She has a very pleasant bedside manner. Her staff were also pleasant & professional. They were on time. I was very pleased overall!

    Dr. Donos and staff are 5 star quality.. they had welcome me with smiles and very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Donos is very easy to talk to and I was treated like a family. I highly recommend this office.

    Dr. Martinelli is an excellent physician. I feel so lucky to be in her care. The staff is very personable and accommodating. Only downfall is that it can be a matter of weeks or even months to get an appointment.

    Amazing experience every time I go in. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Everyone communicates well and go above and beyond. I had a specific form I needed filled out for insurance and the dr’s assistant made sure they printed the form and had it filled out for me. Ignore the nasty reviews. Blows my mind that people are rude to our healthcare professionals who have been through so much in the last few years! Dr. Tavlarides is amazing and I highly recommend.

    Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, on top of great care! Check in was simple and fast, with detailed info from the staff to make it super easy. Dr. Martinelli is an excellent doctor! A++ for this location

    I’m surprised by all of the negative reviews. I actually followed Dr. Tavlarides to this location a few years ago. She has been my Primary Care physician for years. I’ve recommended her to family and friends. She is an amazing doctor. I have never felt rushed, and she listens to me with such patience. She is proactive with my health, and I genuinely believe she cares and wants me to be my most healthy self. The office staff could not be more friendly. They are professional and courteous, and they go out of their way to be helpful with a smile. Please don’t let these negative reviews cloud your judgment on this office. It is filled with an amazing, supportive staff who actually cares. I highly recommend Dr. Tavlarides and this Banner Health Clinic.

    Dr. Moran has been my primary care doctor for well over a decade, closer to 15 years; same location, same good service, same dedication. Obviously when your doctors are in-demand, they try to see everyone who asks. Dr. Moran also listens to everything I say, but I'm sure some people might discuss things a little longer than others so I would say be patient and be a good patient. A good doctor never shirks their responsibility but that might have cause a delay or two. I trust Dr. Moran and Banner.

    The office staff were thoroughly professional. When I checked in they noted I had an outstanding balance. They checked on their system to provide more information and when they could not provided me the number of the Banner billing office to get the problem sorted out. The physician I saw (Dr Kohring) listens well and is an excellent primary care practitioner. I have 30 years positive experience with Dr Kohring from the time when he ran his own practice.

    Used to go here before Banner took it over. My family care practitioner left the practice and I have not been able to get my medical records from Banner despite making multiple requests in the last year.

    Excellent care regardless of which Doctor or Nurse I have seen over the last two years. Feel very confident I am receiving best care and guidance for optimal health.
