    I love it! This circuit workout is all about you and your own drive to succeed. Having the colored workout zones really keeps me accountable for how hard I want and am working. I needed Orange Theory to get me back on track to actually be in the gym burning fat and getting an all around workout. The instructors are there to make you feel good and check in the entire way. Its like having a personal trainer/motivator in a group setting.

    Absolutely love the staff, the facility, and the style of workout. I am super analytical so having all that data at my fingertips literally really makes it easy to push myself.

    Like all OTFs you’ll get a great work-out here; however, the staff at this one is incredibly amazing. I love taking classes from all of the coaches, but this orange theory is especially lucky to have Coach Marshall. Marshall is seriously awesome. He really pays attention to every member no matter the size of the class. I feel like he must be sick of correcting my bad form, but every class he helps me to be better. Even things I wouldn’t know to pay attention to, like where to stand on the treadmill and making sure my knees are in a soft bend during exercises, he will make sure are correct. You can tell he has a passion for his work and for helping people reach their goals. My roommate and I are constantly changing our schedules to attend his classes. Thank you to everyone at this OTF, but especially thank you Coach Marshall!

    The only Orange Theory where the lighting/ceiling fan combo will trigger vertigo or motion sickness (if you get motion sick). It’s a shame because it has great coaches and is in a great location. But they need to fix how the lights shine in the fans!

    I've been to several OTF's and this one is hands down the best one. My instructor, Jenny, was super upbeat, positive, and fun to work with. I loved her tips and she was very helpful and inviting!

    Working out is not really my thing..it’s not my happy place. I will say that the workouts at OTF have made a huge difference in how I look and feel about myself. The coach’s are fantastic, the workouts are different all the time so it never gets old. Jenny, Marshall, and Holly have helped me push myself to have more effective workouts and motivated me to come back again and again. All of this can’t happen though without a dedicated and great front desk staff. They make it easy to check in, get you scheduled for up coming classes and anything else that you might need. Blake and Lauren always make me feel welcome and are really helpful. Overall OTF Midtown is pretty amazing!

    This is my first Orangetheory studio I have been to and I love it! I have been a member since April 2019 and not only enjoy the structure of the classes but also like all of the staff at this location. Orangetheory keeps me motivated to actually go to the gym and the trainers push me to make the most of the workout. I also really like all of the stats that OT provides you with at the end of each class. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get fit and stay motivated!

    This was nothing I thought it would be like. I’ve researched the process, methodology, and predicted results. I knew I would have to put in the work to obtain my goals, but the actual experience is better than I thought. Although the intensity begins almost immediately and continues the entire time, it’s not as painful as my other experiences. Your real time performance is also on a screen for you to be aware of how well you are doing throughout the entire workout. Because of the high energy, and the design of the session, the time passed by so fast, I didn’t feel as if I needed to stop. When I read the “beat report” giving me my overall performance data, I couldn’t believe how many calories I burned, my average heart rate etc.. there’s nothing better than getting a good workout in, without it feeling like time is moving slow, and you feel like collapsing. I can hardly wait until I start seeing the results.

    I absolutely love OTF. I am able to get in an awesome workout without having to figure out what I will work on or doing the same repetitive exercises. This is a coach led 1 hour fitness work out that engages very part of your muscle groups. You will walk out of here with a sweat for sure. AWESOME music and great coaches is what keeps bringing me back in.

    Staff allowed a shady nonmember loiter in the lobby and use the bathroom as a cover to steal 2 wallets. I feel unsafe here.

    Edit: OTF is still billing me, despite the fact that I cancelled my membership months ago. I was double charged when I went to update my card information. I was told that I had a decline back in September of 2022. I'm not showing that on any of my bank records and I was not given the option of a refund. Definitely taking my business elsewhere, so shady.

    Very supportive and helpful staff. You get a warm welcome when you enter and the coaches give individualized attention and instruction as needed. The equipment is all in great working order. The facility is very clean. Orange Theory is a very efficient way to get a complete workout done in 60 minutes. I'd get half as much done in a gym by myself and 2 sessions of personal training at most gyms is way more than a month of unlimited classes at OTF. It really is a great deal in a great atmosphere with great people.

    I guess they have a policy to not tell you what the membership costs until you take a class and then sit with a sales rep. I personally just want to know up front what the cost is. To me not being up front has a bit of an uncomfortable car lot sales vibe, but that is just my opinion and it likely cost them my business. I generally do all my research up front and have pretty much made my mind up before I walk in weather I'm going to buy or not. Too bad for me I suppose.

    My one year anniversary with Orange Theory is quickly approaching; what’s kept me coming back are the coaches, the different challenges (Everest, Hell Week, benchmarks) and the music/atmosphere! I’ve shaved almost two minutes off my mile run time in less than a year.

    I started at orange theory midtown 2 months ago and the staff is so friendly and dedicated to your health and wellness. Coach Alysha is so kind, caring and knowledgable. Coach Monica has the best music, is so friendly and pushes you to the best you can be. Coach Marshall is amazing at correcting form, providing guidance, and giving individualized attention. I’ve only had experiences with these three, but I know all of the other coaches are just as amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and the front desk employees get to know your name quickly so you feel like a part of the family. I’m so so so glad I joined OTF midtown and look forward to staying here for as long as possible!!

    Definitely the best workout there is! The classes are organized and flow seemlessly. The otf staff are knowledgeable about each of the resistance training lifts and make sure proper form is used to prevent injury. There are also variations to each part of the class for medical conditions (I do the Eliptical machine due to missing 1/4 of my medial knee meniscus instead of the treadmill). The trx bands are a nice assist when needed. Thank you otf!

    OTF is the only workout I have been able to stick with consistently. I tried gym memberships and group fitness classes but nothing was as fun, versatile or effective. I love my location at 7th Ave and Osborn.

    Incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff. I was visiting from out of town and the staff did everything to accommodate me and my friend. The workout with Zach was great and was very motivating. Facility was also very clean. Would recommend!

    Midtown is such a welcoming atmosphere. The non-trainer employees learn your name and ask questions that are relevant to your day/past conversations. The trainers work with you to ensure you are getting the best workout for your body, regardless of your restrictions. The trainers really work with you, even if it means hopping on the rower next to you to show you how to do it. The workout is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) with treadmills, rowers and a weight floor. For the treadmills they give you a few options based on your skill level. You can be a power walker, jogger or runner with the “ranges” posted in front of you on the state of the art treadmill (that is low impact and even has a personal fan to help keep you cool when you are pushing it!). The workout is based on zone training which is explained to you in almost every class so you don’t have to overthink it. It’s definitely an addictive workout and is something that members constantly talk about. Highly recommend and hope you join the community!

    MIDtown is by far the best location I've been too. The trainers are so engaged and motivating. They promote a lot of the challenges and events which keeps members excited for what's to come. I had to move and I'm now going to a different location and it's just not the same. Monica, Amy, Tara, and Brooke you ladies are amazing, I miss Midtown!

    I love Midtown OTF!! The coaches are all seriously so amazing! They take the effort to know your name, hype you up, give advice on form, & are just so friendly. They are all very genuine and caring, and I really loved my time at this OTF location. I have tried several others, but the coaches & staff seriously do not compare to the ones here. & as for the workout, I love OTF because you can really adjust the workout to your own abilities & just push yourself to do your personal best. Highly recommend checking them out.

    I joined OTF in March and currently about to hit my 1 month mark! There are not many workouts I can say I enjoy but I've thoroughly enjoyed each and every class so far. The coaches are motivating, they push you to do more in a positive way, and have taken the time to build rapport and make accommodations when needed. If you're thinking about it...DO IT! You will enjoy it! Shout out to Amy, Shelby, and Monica for always being energetic and helpful!

    I absolutely love the workout here, it’s so much fun! They provide a clean environment. All the coach’s are very will knowledgeable and ready to assist. My favorite classes are the 90min classes on Saturday mornings and the 45min Total Body workout offered throughout the week. Workouts rang from beginning to advanced so there is something for everyone.

    Everyone was so welcoming to me even though it was 5:30 in the morning. The class was fun and upbeat and the instructor, Amy checked in with me often. I accidentally signed up for a 90 minute class but I don’t regret a thing. Definitely going back to this location!

    I absolutely love midtown. The coaches are so motivating. I am back to working out after several months. It was as if I had never left. Everyone is so welcoming and gracious. I moved to Phoenix in 2020 and found a new home at Midtown. I can’t stress how much I love this location.

    Just took my first OTF class and had the best experience here! The manager Monica was so welcoming and gave a very thorough explanation of how the class worked. The coach Amy was motivating, the staff was friendly, and the studio was very clean! It was such a fun yet challenging workout and I will definitely be back!

    Orange Theory has been great for establishing a work out routine without having to think to hard. The classes are varied and there are challenges to keep you motivated. It's a little pricey but I spend more on dinners each month so it's a good investment in my health so I can keep eating those dinners.

    Great environment, coaches, workouts, music - I am always in and out of the work out mood but if I step foot in a class I know I’ll burn at least 300 calories. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a group setting with individual attention.

    I just love this gym so much. It truly has been life changing for me lately. I have always struggled with working out; not particularly because I hate it, but because I haven't had the tools or education. OTF has given me strength, knowledge, accountability, as well as motivation. You can't put a price on it, and on top of the actual classes, the staff is amazing. All of the coaches are stellar, but I want to shout out Amy and Jonelle specifically. They always give me support and take the time to engage with myself and everyone in the class one on one. They are so motivational and bring such a positive light and energy to the class that always motivates me even if I come to class feeling a little sluggish. 10/10 recommend.

    I just tried a class for the first time today. It was a benchmark class where they record everyone's distance/ time for a measurement to look back on and improve from. It was intimidating and I was told most classes aren't like that, but it was fun. I got a good work out and was able to push myself. The coach and everyone else around me was super nice and helpful. I'm still deciding on if I want to go with a membership but the good reviews you see here aren't for nothing. It's a great choice and the best rate algorithm is a great way to focus on making sure you get the benefits of exercise.

    Hands down the best OrangeTheory. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and the coaches are fantastic. I was hesitant to join back in April and now I have an unlimited membership and drive from Tempe to take classes here.     I really enjoy working out here. The staff make it a point to knows everyone that comes in and they welcome you. No judgement either, you can go hard or just keep up at your own pace. Group fitness is a good way to push yourself hard. the coaches have great music and they going around making sure your form is good trying to keep you save! You’ll have a great workout and you will sweat fo sure!! With the splat point system you burn fat even after your workout 🏋🏾‍♀️ If you get 12 splat points. And that’s not even difficult, If I go hard I usually burn anywhere between 20 to 40 points, so as long as you try you’ll definitely get there. Believe me it’s a great environment everybody’s super nice and I have fun every time.

    Quick. Structured yet loose, meaning it is at your own pace. A variety of levels is offered so you never feel like you can’t keep up with the person next to you. Loud, motivating music and coaches make OT fabulous!

    I love everything about the workout! Marshall is our favorite coach! My biggest issue is the toilets not being cleaned consistently throughout the day. Otherwise, everything is pretty good!

    This was my first OT class ever so I was feeling very intimidated before going in but the coach Monica made me feel so comfortable and at ease! She gave great instruction and guidance throughout the class. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I immediately signed up and am so excited to see what else OT has to offer.

    I had no idea I would love OTF this much. From the first time I walked in they were welcoming and made me feel like family. After the first class I was hooked. It's so awesome to not have to think about anything and have something new each day. Every class I feel like I leave stronger, and it's the best start to the day. I love the perfect balance of strength/power/endurance, and how there is always a new challenge. I also love that I never really feel like I am competing with anyone but myself. It makes it more exciting and has a way of pushing you naturally out of your comfort zones while simultaneously pushing you into greater depths of mental awareness and confidence. The coaches are amazing, and so are the members. It's refreshing to always being a room full of people from every fitness level and age group. Highly recommend OTF to EVERYONE.

    Feedback about my heart rate helps me keep pushing myself. Music is fun, coaches are inspiring, and the workout is fantastic. It might be 8x the cost of a regular monthly gym membership, but I easily get 10x more value out of it.

    This place is amazing. I see the results definitely. I enjoyed more then a traditional gym. of course is up to you how much effort you put in to it. The only negative i see is the fee for not showing and as a business owner sometimes that will a problem for me personally but i stiil give them a 5 star 🌟.
