    I take class here every Tuesday/Thursday with Brooke. Absolutely love it. I get a mix of light impact weight lifting and Pilates. Also the classes are designed well where anyone can do them

    I felt comfortable in tricore every one was welcomed and the equipments are enough I recommend anyone who wants to have a body goal to go to tricore the price is reasonable

    Such a great gym with fun and awesome trainers/staff. Anyone looking to get in shape or lose some weight should check Tricore out! Great for all fitness levels.

    Love it! I'm an ex-collegiate athlete, and I wish there would have been a program like Tricore during my playing days because it addresses areas of the body that get neglected, but are pivotal to mobility, strength and endurance success. In just 2+ weeks, I've seen a noticeable difference in my energy levels and improvements in my body. It's personal training in a small group environment. There is no intimidation at all. The fitness community at Tricore is inviting and friendly. You compete with yourself, not with others. Great location: The 51 and Indian School.

    This is one of the best gyms in the valley. They have a good variety of equipment. The facility is clean and tidy. All the employees are awesome too! Highly recommend checking it out.

    I was looking for a boutique personal training (PT) gym with a trainer that would challenge me. I found that in Steffanie, the owner. We scheduled a time to talk about my personal fitness goals and then she offered a complimentary PT session. I left my complimentary session feeling a rush of endorphins, challenged and sore, but in a good way! I scheduled weeks of PT and we agreed on days and times conducive to both our schedules. Each session, she offered new ways to build muscle and push me to my limits. I left each workout feeling revitalized and excited about my next session. I also left each session feeling sore, confirming my muscles were being challenged. I never repeated the same exercise in any session. She was always innovative and listened to my needs to build muscle and get my body more toned! Steffanie is an awesome PT and I highly recommend her and TriCore Fitness!

    I felt so comfortable even walking into TriCore. Everyone was so welcoming and you could feel the sense of community. I would highly recommend to anyone! The pricing is completely reasonable and there are tons of classes and times available.

    This is wonderful and amazing Tricore Fitness is the best training gym ever visited in my life time, the gym teacher is very friendly to all costumers, not only that the prices of there regeneration is very good for everyone else.

    Been going here since January 2022 after hating the gym for years and now I am obsessed. The staff are super friendly and helpful and I always look forward to coming to the gym which is something i never thought would happen😂

    I've been to 2 classes and have really enjoyed them both. It's like having your own personal trainer. The pilates class is a great workout not too strenuous and the trainer made me feel very comfortable. Today I did the fire class, which was constant activity and weights, pretty intense. The good thing is that you go at your own pace and just do what you can do. The trainers are great I was just happy that the second half of that class was pilates 😊💪

    It took me six months to find TriCore, my new Pilates studio, after I moved into the area. I thought I was in good shape, but both my mind and body have gone to the next level with the expert, and diverse instruction from the entire teaching team. If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcome, with total mind/body care, TriCore is the place.

    I love everything about this gym! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, the space is beautiful and clean, and the community is made up of the absolute best people. They have classes for all fitness levels, and the instructors are always able to give great modifications based on your abilities. I've been a client since day one and can't imagine working out anywhere else. So grateful to be a part of such a wonderful space!

    TriCore makes fitness fun! This is my first time doing reformer Pilates and I'm hooked. Not just on the workout (which is great) but on the instructors. I've been going 3 times a week for a year and I still haven't done the same workout! They keep it fresh, fun, and really easy to understand and follow. The atmosphere is so approachable and welcoming. I'm amazed at how my core strength has improved and feel like my whole body improves more with each class. Highly recommend this gem of a gym!

    Started coming here about a month ago after driving by daily on my way to and from work. I was looking for somewhere to workout that had an inviting community. I'd been to gyms before where people keep to themselves and don't even say hi or smile when you walk in and that was something I didn't want again. Tricore staff was immediately welcoming. Even the other group participants smile and talk with you before class and give encouraging words throughout the workouts. Definitely the place to go. And the workouts are amazing! They are right when they said they are for every body, meaning in each class you see people of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. I can see myself being a longtime member!

    I started taking classes a few weeks ago and have loved it so much! I have already noticed a difference in my mobility and have gained a greater sense of control over my movements when I work out. The classes are a good size, filled with good energy, and Brooke is an amazing instructor!

    I LOVE Tricore. I was a little bashful about going in and checking them out, but when they held an anniversary workout open to the public I jumped in and have been a member ever since. The workouts are different every time and really truly open to all experience levels. The coaches give great advice to those who might have previous injuries or are currently recovering to really personalize the experience and to make sure everyone is doing what's right for their body. And the reformer pilates is especially fantastic for the recovery portion of the workouts. All of the coaches are amazing and I feel they really care about every individual and that person's skill-level.

    TriCore is a fixture in my life. The space is supportive to all levels and body types, and the community they’ve built here over the years feels safe and inclusive. TriCore also challenges me to define what physical wellness means for me and MY body - not an external concept of fitness. As a result, mind body connection is stronger than ever, and i feel so at home in my body 🤗

    I have taken two pilates classes at TriCore Fitness, both were incredible experiences! The classes I attended were well-structured and engaging. I loved the emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The classes were challenging yet enjoyable, leaving me feeling energized and accomplished. An amazing workout and definitely feeling it the next day! The instructors are top-notch. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and I felt that they are truly passionate about pilates. They create a supportive environment where everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience, feels comfortable and encouraged to challenge themselves. I will most definitely be back!

    TriCore is the perfect combination of weight training and pilates. The workouts are uniquely built and I've never done the same one twice. The trainers are knowledgeable and personable. Brooke M has become one of my favorite people!

    Such a great atmosphere and friendly well educated pilates instructor. It's so great that your facility allows free trails, I was able to experience my first pilates and I loved it so much. I wish I lived closed so I could enjoy the class on a regular basis.

    This place is amazing! Great workout throughout the entire hour. Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something new, which turned out to be a great decision. Trainers are knowledgable and very friendly, they make you feel part of the family. If you get a chance, give them a try.

    Its my 1st week @ Tricore and it has been a great one. ALL of the staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable, great instructors, and you'll get a great workout every time. The gym is a very fun environment. It'll make you want to come back. Thank you all for your help for a fun fitness journey!

    I had a great first-time experience. TriCore is a very welcoming atmosphere with easy to talk with trainers. I like how the classes are broken up with 30 minutes of cross-training and 30 minutes of Pilates. It certainly helped to keep things interesting. One of the classes I took was real good and at a good intensity level. Check them out!

    Amazing experience thus far. You have one-on-one training which the trainer helps you along the way with your form and creating motivation. I was so nervous getting back into the gym after two years but the staff was so friendly and welcoming and I appreciate them for that! You have a variety of classes to choose from online and when you arrive. I took a fundamentals class thinking it was going to be a breeze LOL and I thought wrong. It was so good though and the trainer jokes around with you and helps you with your form and proper breathing so it made the time go by fast. The facility is so clean and has an open flow concept with different stations and machinery for your workout. There are fresh complimentary towels and private rooms to change and freshen up in. Also they had healthy snacks for you as you were leaving. Does it get any better than that?!?

    I had an amazing first class. The Pilates workout was challenging with still manageable. I know they modify if you aren't as familiar with some of the exercises. My instructor, in addition to leading a great class, was super personable and engaging.

    Stephanie and the rest of the team are super inspirational and nonjudgmental. Very happy to be able to have a place where you can be confident in who you are. The end results they help you achieve are fantastic. Strongly recommend!

    I have been with TriCore about a year and I LOVE it. Their trainers are amazing and the environment is welcoming regardless of your level. The classes are a great mix; they are fun but they push you to challenge yourself. I had never really done Pilates until I started coming here and I cannot tell you how amazing it has been for my body. My core strength, stability and posture have all seen major improvements. Although it is technically a gym, there is so much more there. It is a place that I want to come back to and I want to be a part of. If you have never done pilates before or think its not enough of a workout; I challenge you to try this gym! They have first time specials; I promise you will be hooked!

    I agree with Paula’s review! TriCore has a wonderful, friendly, and constructive energy where you don’t feel you have to show off or keep up with others. There’s encouragement to push combined with a sense of compassion. The equipment and trainers are top notch! There is a clear message of the importance of “being you” “being strong” and “being healthy.” This community is truly lucky to have Tri Core.

    I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes to get healthier, and I’m so glad I started with TriCore. Instructors were great, but more than that, the other people in class really created a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I loved it!

    The only thing that truly differentiates one gym from another is ENERGY. The ladies at TriCore Fit are unparalleled when it comes to creating the optimum environment in which to meet your fitness goals. Fun, supportive, and physically challenging. At 50, my body has never looked or felt better and my workout at TriCore is the highlight of my day!

    Wow! I called before going to ask what each class entailed, they took time with me over the phone to thoroughly describe each class so I could make the best choice. I went to the foundation class because I’ve never done Pilates before and this was the better option for beginners. The facility was clean, easy to find and had plenty of parking. The class and trainer were SO friendly and welcoming, I really felt comfortable there. I had a baby recently and they made modifications to the workouts for me so I could participate without hurting myself. Very impressed!

    Stephanie is a real rockstar! Her pilates class is great, she has a great knowledge and experience base, helpful and patient, upbeat and positive I have bilateral hip replacements and bone on bone osteoarthritis in both knees. Likely torn meniscus in left knee..pilates helps to strengthen core, abs, hips, psoas, lumbar muscles and more so can walk better with less pain

    TriCore is an asking place to workout! Their classes are really unique and combine HIIT with Pilates. It's nice that you can get both fast paced fitness and flexibility with recovery in one location with one membership. I highly recommend checking it out!

    TriCore offers a unique exercise that combines weight training, TRX, cardio, and Pilates. Dedicating an hour to TriCore will reward you with a great workout, a very friendly group, and helpful teachers. Their "simply Pilates" class is fantastic in its own right. It aligns well with the principles of Pilates (reformer), while offering a whole body focus. If you're new to fitness, have specific goals, or are in a fitness rut, I highly recommend giving TriCore a try!

    What a great class I had at TriCoreFit! Their TriCore foundation class worked me out the first half hour with various warm ups and conditioning workouts while the final half I got to try pilates! Teresa was a great teacher and easy to workout alongside and learn from. I highly recommend this fitness studio to anyone in central Phoenix, Arcadia area. And heck, if you know me and my love for pups....the owner has her chihuahua there and that’s a #winwin cause who doesn’t love dogs!? And man, I was tired the next day....but it was a good tired! I must have worked muscles and areas I do not normally use and I must admit, I want more! Super awesome and great location.
