I hav been taking aerial yoga classes with Elevate for 5 years now and have grown with the studio. The owners go above and beyond to listen to what their community needs, and change accordingly. They've offered so many fun workshops, events and programs over the years so I never get bored! Everyone is so nice and I appreciate that it's a place where everyBODY is welcome.

The most amazing place ever! From the moment you step foot in the studio, you will know you made the right decision. Everyone is friendly, helpful and eager to get to know you. The teacher's are encouraging and hands on (if you want) to assist as you learn. Everyone in the classroom is genuinely excited when you get a new shape for the first time. So, grab your mat and get over there! Oh- First Friday glow nites are the best!

I have been a member with Elevate for a little under 2 years, and can say this has been one of the best decisions of my life. I never practiced mat yoga, let alone aerial yoga, before coming here, and was very intimidated when I first signed up. From day one, the teachers, owners, and other members have been so welcoming and supportive, and tailor each experience to your own level. I leave each class feeling rejuvenated and accomplished. If you’re looking for a great workout with a fantastic local community, this is it!

I just hit my 40th class here, and I absolutely love this place! I am not someone who is comfortable with working out in front of others, but this studio was worth the risk. They do not judge you for your size, or anything else for that matter-- they truly live out their value of building commUNITY. This is a safe place to learn new skills, practice, and grow. I love the aerial yoga classes (I find them more fun than mat yoga, but less intimidating than aerial silks). I was hooked from class #1 (giggling like a 5 year-old while flipping out of the hammock sealed the deal). If you have been wanting to try aerial yoga, I cannot recommend a better place to start.

A piece of my heart lives in this studio. You won't find a more welcoming and empowering environment. So much love for the Owners, the teachers and the entire community!

Celebrated my birthday with a Glow Aerial Yoga class + 30 minute Sound Bath Meditation with my Besties here. Our instructor Grecia taught us Arial Yoga techniques and we learned rather quickly! My favorite part was when Grecia included powerful intentions that were inspirational and empowering during our yoga experience. Thank you, Ladies! 🧘🏽‍♀️

Elevate is my home away from home! It's perfect for times when I want to hone in on my aerial practice, need time to chat with friends, or a combination of both! 10/10 recommend Elevate to any- and everyone ❤️

I absolutely love this studio. I've been wanting to practice aerial yoga for years so I had to try this studio as it's right by my apartment, and I was not disappointed. I paid for the introductory classes so I was able to build the foundation. They have a lot of classes at different levels to develop your skills and they also engage in fun social activities. I love this studio and I'm so excited to continue to improve.

It is not a regular yoga place. It is a community where you can feel safe, be yourself and grow!! These ladies are awesome. Funny, kind, friendly… You will feel like home since you will be surrounded by nice and supportive people. Love the place&people and highly highly recommended.

I have been going to Elevate for a few months now and I have to agree, it really is a community! I have not been to a class where the instructor is not warm, welcoming, and truly seems to have a an interest in our general well-being. They have added some new floor classes which I have not tried, but the aerial yoga and aerial silks classes are challenging and interesting. Somethings I would like to see are more morning (6 am) classes, more “workshop” classes where there’s a focus on specific elements or skills (such as inversions, breath work, particular poses, etc), open workshops with an instructor on-hand but where we can work on our own skills. Parking is ample and easy in the parking structure. They have several packages available and it’s not cheap but relatively competitive to other yoga studios for what they offer.

100% recommend for aerial yoga and silks! The studio will soon be offering mat yoga as well, but the focus is aerial. You can find a variety of aerial classes with a level specific to you. They offer fun workshops and community events monthly. I have been attending this studio for 3 years now and enjoy being in the Elevate community!

Just finished their four class foundation series and I loved it! I was super impressed with what me and my classmates were able to accomplish in such a short time, and Paige was an amazing teacher. Community building is important to Elevate, and I felt like a part of their community very quickly! A very welcoming studio that meets you where you’re at.

I had the opportunity to teach a workshop at this amazing studio and I can’t say enough good things about it. The owners Amber and Brandi are so welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable in a wide variety of subjects. Awesome place and people!

I was in the First Friday Glow With the Flow class and it was SUCH a disappointment. It was NOT as advertised. I was expecting a high energy, party type atmosphere. It wasn’t. There was no aerial and there was no yoga. The instructor, Paige talked through THE ENTIRE class. And it wasn’t even about yoga. It was about her day. The music was good, but she talked through and over every song!! My heart rate never got elevated even a little. I felt that I knew more and could do way more than she did. One girl in class was an INSTRUCTOR, and she was taking pics of me and my 2 girl friends because she was so impressed by what we could do. At the end, we asked if she could keep the curtains closed for photos, she said yes, but still opened them and was rushing everyone out. It was the worst class I’ve ever taken in my life and I want a refund. It was NOT aerial or yoga. It was NOT what was advertised. This was false advertising and it was NOT worth $34.00.

The Aerial Photo Shoot was a blast — Des (the photographer) made it fun with encouragement and guidance to the individual(s) creating shapes and helpers (Brandi and Amber) to get the best shots! Not to mention, we got community time with others to show off what skills we wanted photographed and solicit feedback. Altogether, an event that I would definitely recommend to other members or non-members who may want to attend in the future!

I love practicing yoga at Elevate. The teachers are all really wonderful and encouraging. The classes are fun and accessible. I have found aerial yoga to be easy to love — lots of fun and crazy shapes, upside down or in the air, but also lots of ways to add variety to stretches you’d find in a mat yoga class. (Also aerial is much easier on my wrists than mat yoga!) I have practiced yoga on and off for years but Elevate is the first place that’s made it easy for me to be consistent. I have never had a bad class & I really enjoy all the instructors but I especially love Charley’s classes and boot camps.

Sarah's restorative yoga class flows effortlessly from one shape to another. She always gets around to each person at least once but often a couple of times to offer to position a bolster or inquire if you'd like a blanket or block for additional support while in a shape. She radiates peace and happiness. Wonderful crystal bowls mini session during shavasana leaves one feeling refreshed and relaxed.

This is the BEST place to do Aerial Yoga! Great vibes, teachers are all welcoming, kind and encouraging. It is a safe and relaxing space where you can work on yourself ! My body & soul are great since I joined here! So happy to be a member of this studio!

Elevate is by far my favorite place to practice yoga! Amber and Brandie are amazing and have created an awesome community. All of the teachers and classes are fun, relaxing, and challenge you to move your body in unique ways using the aerial hammock as a tool to help guide your practice. I would recommend Elevate to anyone!

I had been following Brandi & Amber from their first aerial yoga pop-ups at the Mon-Orchard, but had not gotten to fully immerse myself in their new studio until I was invited by a friend to try the silks class offering. I loved the energy of Jessica and the instruction and soon signed up for a membership. Attending the studio every week introduced me to all of the amazing teachers their and I love their focus on community, not just within the studio, but also for their surrounding businesses and Roosevelt Row around them. Now, I am working through my teacher track and am trying to keep up with all of the awesome events offered each week (Planks & Pie, anyone?!) and flying high with my unlimited membership.

Elevate is an amazing aerial yoga studio and community. Everyone that works there is lovely and really tries to make you feel like you're part of a family. They are very responsive when I've had questions or issues. I am impressed with the way they pivoted during the pandemic to bring all of their classes online and to continue to do so while they transition back to in-studio practice. They have brought unique classes and formats during challenging times and I know they will continue to "elevate" in the future!

Elevate Yoga and Wellness studio and staff are amazing! They are always cheerful, professional, and ready to help! There's a class for everyone, whether you're just learning aerial yoga or you're a seasoned pro! Definitely recommend you check it out. You'll get 'elevated', too! 🧘

This space was exactly what I needed for my event. I held a 15 person yoga class at Elevate Yoga & Wellness in the larger of their 2 studios and it was the perfect amount of space. I could probably fit 25 people the next time I have my class there. The owners of the studio were very response and had very clear details for my rental. They communicated all of the necessary information to ensure that I had everything I needed on the day of my reservation. Additionally, the lighting was perfect. The space the great lighting options: large windows with an abundance of natural light as well as the option to close the curtains and turn on spot lights or full room lighting. Furthermore, they provided 2 bathrooms, props and a water fountain for my guests to use. Overall, this was a great first experience for renting and I plan to rent from them again.

Elevate is truly a yoga community of wonderful people. I have been attending for over a year and have always felt welcome, supported and encouraged. The space is very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the energy is great. I started with a barely there yoga practice and was always met where I was, assistance offered and suggestions and modifications given to help me with my practice. I've never stuck with a yoga studio for very long because it always felt like I was checking in and out and not meeting my body where it was and progressing with my practice. I LOVE Elevate- whether its for a full or part time membership, drop in class or for one of the many wellness workshops they have, it's the best choice!

I have only taken one intro lesson so far but I can tell this place is something special. Very welcoming to all levels and if you haven't tried aerial yoga... You should!! The parking was definitely busier than I expected for a Wednesday night so come early to get yourself sorted.
