In alignment to be kinder to myself - mind, body and spirit, I joined a yoga studio for the first time! I was drawn to one particular studio, feeling a pull each time I would walk past it. I finally listened to that inner voice and went for it! I feel such gratitude for Rebecca Fritz at Sutra Studios, who has a voice of an angel, puts incredible thought into each of her classes and has a gentleness as she teaches her practice choreographed to amazing music! Sutra is a more than a studio, it is a community filled with warmth, peacefulness and acceptance. Rebecca’s classes are more than a class, they are an experience🤍 Cheers to finding my new home!

Sutra Studios became my home yoga studio last year. I have been to many studios over the years. At Sutra I found the consistency in teaching styles and philosophy helpful as I reestablished my practice. I like the Barre class for challenge and fun, the yoga for an inward focus and the other lifestyle classes for rounding out my focus on a healthy me. The foundation and basic classes have helped my understand the correct postures and techniques to the poses. And the music is da' bomb!

Sutra was my very first in studio yoga experience. I had always been intimidated with yoga studios, feeling as if I would be judged or did not belong held me back from having an experience. I found Sutra because a friend insisted I come out for one of their special event goddess circles. I was so taken aback in the most positive ways possible upon my experience. This is a fun and relaxing environment full of acceptance and positivity, a place that encourages growth and personal fulfillment. Not only do you have access to all different levels of yoga classes available, but you also are gifted with availability of meditation work. If you are into it, there are also classes that encorporate magical craft, spell casting and ritual. There really is something for everyone, and the really special thing about it is that no matter where you are at in your journey, you can find yourself right where you need to be within any of the practices offered. There are often special events where there might be a live dj, or special offerings of fresh brewed herbal tea to compliment the energy of the night. There are goddess circles and even full moon events! The business is family owned and operated, mom (Rebecca) is an amazing instructor, dad ( Matt aka DJDiscoNapDad) puts together the music playlists that really bring the flow together, and sometimes the "kids" are around too, running check in and helping to create the warm inviting atmosphere. I have gained SO MUCH from my short time with this studio so far, not only my physical health but i have also utilized tools offered to navigate many other areas of my life. This is a truly special place where you can find a community, no matter who you are or what your goals are. If you are looking for a place where you can belong, look no further, you have arrived.

I just joined this studio a few weeks ago and have never felt more at home. The classes are wonderful because they connect movement with spirituality in a way that can either be challenging or relaxing based on the intention you set for class. Rebecca and Matt are also so kind and talented at what they do. I love that there is so pressure to be something you’re not or to push yourself too far at Sutra. It’s the best investment I’ve made in a long time. I am so grateful I found this place!

This is a Yoga studio like nothing else out there. It is a place where you feel accepted, loved, and fulfilled. The classes are relaxing, stretching, and rejuvenating. I have never taken a yoga class somewhere like Sutra, where I wasn't just another paying client, but a cherished individual that truly mattered to the staff.

Teacher Training Testimonial Yoga teacher training at Sutra Studios was an incredible experience. This is not a cookie cutter 200 hour course, it is a well prepared immersive and transformational training curriculum that will allow you to become a confident teacher and lead your own classes upon graduation. Rebecca is a phenomenal instructor and well versed guide to discovering the true meaning behind yoga and how you too can inspire others down this enlightening path. I am grateful I had the opportunity to learn from this program and highly recommend it without reservation to anyone interested in teaching or even deepening their yoga practice. Goddess Circle Testimonial Goddess Circle is an inspirational and supportive community focused on women empowerment and self reflection in a safe and encouraging environment. Sessions guided by Rebecca Fritz present original material and the stepping stones to find your own sense of self love, potential, and fearlessness. I greatly enjoy these sessions and I have learned so much about myself and others in the process. You will walk away from the Goddess Circle with a new perspective on whatever challenges are present in your life. Cheers, Laura Kueny

Joining the Sutra community was one of the BEST decisions of my life! My journey started with taking classes at the Midtown location and during a period of frustration at work I was looking for an outlet to grow and develop. I joined YTT to deepen my practice and learn more anatomy. I achieved that, but what YTT really gave me was an expanded mind, renewed soul and forever family. I never thought I would teach, but after my transformation I wanted to pay it forward and help everyone unveil their inner badass. It's been four years since I graduated and I'm still using what I learned to help myself and others live their fullest on and off the mat. I challenge you to find a better investment in yourself than Sutra YTT.

I have been searching for a yoga studio to call home since I can remember. Before I discovered Sutra, I had a difficult time connecting with any studio or instructor, I always felt like a newbie that was so out of practice I didn’t belong. From my first class at Sutra this was not the case, Rebecca and her family welcomed me to their studio with open arms and I immediately felt like I belonged. The music, the variety in classes, and the atmosphere are unlike any other. Buying myself the year pass was the greatest gift I could have given myself as this year has been difficult, and I cannot recommend this studio enough to anyone that is seeking a yoga studio that promotes community, self love and strength! So grateful for Sutra❤️

I’ve been here twice, and both times have been amazing. They give you a warm welcome when you come through the door, it’s a family-owned business, and Rebecca and her husband Matt really know how to put on a unique and relaxing yoga class. Rebecca did a really special Full Moon Fluidity class I attended with an intention ceremony at the end, while Matt played a live DJ set. It was an experience I’ll always remember, and I can’t wait to go back for another class. Check this place out for a yoga experience like no other! They really take the time and care to make sure it’s special every time.

I went to the Go To Seed event with my teen daughter and I still think about it! It was a Movement + Mantra + Meditation + Journaling 2 hour event which was not only relaxing, but invigorating as well. You truly are immersed in an art exhibit while doing yoga and meditation. One of my favorite parts was the music! Not your typical yoga music, but just the most perfectly chosen music for each part of the class and I loved how it was loud enough where it truly felt transcendent. My daughter, who is not super confident or trained in yoga, was nervous at first but said that she started to relax because the instructor made her feel so comfortable. I got a 2 month yoga membership and can’t wait to start treating myself better! Truly a local gem and the owners Rebecca and Matt are lovely people.

Sutra is the best yoga experience I've ever had. Rebecca is an amazing teacher and human. The music is incredible - sound therapy. The studio is beautiful and welcoming. Good vibes all around, and a treat to the self, the body, and the soul every. single. class. Highly recommend.

Updating an earlier to review to note my appreciation for how Sutra reached out regarding my membership options. Looking forward to developing my yoga and barre practice through their On Demand library and Live Stream formats -- great to have a local studio offering these platforms!

I was hoping to find a yoga place close to home that I vibed with. The second I signed up for an account to be able to book classes with them, I got bombarded with emails and texts about a crazy sale, $300 for a year of unlimited classes. I should have figured, you get what you pay for! After attending two classes I realized this place is not legit. I hate when places have yoga but they don't actually teach it - meaning correcting you on a pose if you're doing it wrong. Attended a meditation class and the teachers shrieking voice was far from relaxing. I kindly asked them for a refund on the membership, minus the few classes I attended and they declined. So tacky.

I'm so glad that I found Sutra! I had attended a few classes over the years, but there was a great deal on a 1 year membership that I couldn't pass up. I'm SO glad I got this membership! I've been going a few times a week for about 5 months, and each time I leave feeling so grateful for the experience. A few friends also joined at the same time, and we all love it. I'm slowly building strength and releasing tension in my back, which feels great! Can't recommend them enough.
