GREAT
TEAM!
YOU
WILL
NOT
REGRET
TAKING
YOUR
FUR
BABY
HERE.
We
recently
adopted
a
stray
and
named
him
Dracula.
I
took
him
to
the
humane
society
where
they
were
not
able
to
fully
treat
him
due
to
his
severe
under
socialization.
We've
had
him
for
two
months
now
and
in
those
two
months
we
struggled
to
find
any
vet
that
would
take
us
as
new
patients
because
of
our
little
guy's
behavioral
problems.
I
was
completely
defeated
and
ready
to
give
up
but
Fast
forward
to
the
day
I
called
PHX
DC&B
Hospital.
The
very
moment
Stephanie
(up
at
the
front
desk)
picked
up
the
phone,
I
KNEW
we
were
in
good
hands.
First:
Stephanie
is
AMAZING!
She's
warm,
welcoming
and
straight
to
the
point.
She
did
a
great
job
hearing
me
out
about
our
concerns
and
met
every
single
worry
with
total
transparency
and
compassion.
I'm
a
first
time
pet
owner
and
totally
new
to
cats
so
this
reassurance
was
huge.
Fast
forward
to
the
day
of
exam.
Our
Vet
tech
was
Thomas
and
we
were
set
up
with
Dr.
B
as
our
vet.
THOMAS
YOU
ARE
AMAZING
AND
THOROUGH!!!
and
DR
B
YOU
ARE
AMAZING
AND
SO
COMPASSIONATE!!!
They
were
like
sincere
animal
whisperers.
Dracula
was
so
still
and
patient
with
every
single
thing
they
checked
for.
When
I
expressed
amazement
at
this,
Dr.B
joked
that
he
was
just
too
frightened
to
move
but
even
so-
the
way
in
which
they
navigated
caring
for
our
cat
was
amazing
because
he
was
a
totalllllly
different
little
dude
under
their
care.
I
felt
like
they
genuinely
cared
about
him
as
if
he
were
their
own
which
made
all
the
difference.
At
one
point
towards
the
end,
he
did
get
frightened
and
escape
the
carrier.
(THIS
WAS
COMPLETELY
MY
FAULT)
I
felt
horrible
that
we
were
making
things
difficult
for
the
staff
who
had
to
chase
Drac.
I
was
also
embarrassed.
I
never
got
to
meet
the
rest
of
the
staff
but
just
from
what
I
heard
when
they
worked
together
to
wrangle
him
back
into
his
carrier,
I
knew
they
were
also
amazing.
Not
only
were
they
able
to
get
Drac
back
into
his
carrier
they
were
STILL
able
to
calm
him
down
and
treat
him
even
after
all
of
this,
and
thennnnn
they
spent
that
entire
time
after
the
incident,
reassuring
us.
I
can't
tell
you
how
many
times
Dr.
B
made
it
a
point
to
let
us
know
that
she
understands
and
how
often
she
spoke
directly
to
Dracula.
She
empathized
with
us
and
with
him
and
she
consistently
reminded
us
that
rescue
cats
just
need
some
extra
love
and
time
and
that
they've
been
through
a
lot.
I
noticed
somebody
here
had
said
they
drive
5
hours
just
to
see
this
team.
I'm
lucky
enough
to
live
7
minutes
away
but
after
today,
I
know
that
I
would
ALSO
drive
5
hours
to
see
these
docs
again,
in
a
heart
beat.
Thank-you
again
PDCB
Hospital.
Your
team
is
amazing
and
you
truly
have
changed
our
lives.
