Love Human Bean,the staff & drinks. Today I got Blended coffee with White Chocolate & peppermint,it was great. Grace & her coworkers,Katie & Alicia. Cocoa with real marshmallows is great.

I pass 2 other chains to come to this spot. Drinks are never overly sweet and the special menu drinks are always unique and tasty. The service is always friendly.

Way better than the Seattle chain with the stupid long line. Well, unless you like that burnt coffee taste. The included chocolate covered espresso bean is always a plus, unless they are out of them.

That kid with the brown hair and glasses is rude to me (almost DISRESPECTFUL) everytime I stop here. I swear I would stop coming if this was not my favorite coffee and on my way to work. I already don’t tip him when I see his smug little face. Do better Human Bean!

We usually come here once a week. Our usual is sugar-free mocha with cream espresso. Tis quite delicious!

Been a consistent walk-up customer for several years due to the convenience over quality. Staff is friendly and service is always great, which compensated for the below average coffee. Cold brew is watered down or stale tasting. Looked the other way for long enough until new ownership decided to raise prices. $7.76 for a 20oz (bad) cold brew is insanity.

My FAVORITE COFFEE PLACE. I Love their Mexmoca. Very convenient. The 16th Street coffeehouse HAS THE BEST PEOPLE WORKING THERE. The Barista's are always comeing to the walk up window with smiles ready to take my order.

Wow this was one of the tastiest cups of coffee ever! I had the “snowy mocha” (white chocolate mocha and it was delicious! My son had a real fruit smoothie and he loved it! There are so many choices and we would love to go back to try other flavors!

Of all the locations this one is my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly. Never a long wait and always gets my orders right!!!

They'll never be open when you get there. Their hours don't match online. Went there 3 separate times only to be told each time that they're closing 30 minutes earlier. Mornings too. Don't go out of your way to make the drive.

Would be awesome if they fixed their telephone. The phone has been out for a few months, so you can’t call to see if they have things in stock. You just have to show up and hope… FIX THE PHONE !

One of the shinning parts of this business was the fact that when they opened near a Dutch Bros. they became the better company to buy from. The accessibility of not having to wait through the horrible lines of Dutch Bros. and having to play and excessive amount for a drink was the reason I kept coming back. Now under new management the products are pretty much doubled in price and the company doesn’t even hold the same drinks anymore. It’s clear that this new management is looking to jack prices upwards for less product and limited availability. Horrible. No better than Dutch Bros. anymore, three drinks is almost 25$. Ridiculous!

Ordered two different coffees one was the caramel The taste was absolutely delicious and refreshing

This location is the worst out of the four other Human Bean I go to. I love the cold brew and granita but this location Always gives me a watery granita. I hate asking for it to be remade(but I Do ask) because the employee gets upset. The last time I went my granita was bad. I just took it and wasted $7. I'm gonna avoid this place. 😔

I first heard about this place from a friend of mine who lives near this location in particular, so we decided to come here together the other day so I could try this place out! I wasn't too sure what to expect, since I'm not a huge coffee drinker. But I liked how much variety the menu had - especially with their smoothies and granitas! I ended up getting the 20 oz chai smoothie with whip and it was delicious!! I've always been a huge fan of chais, but this definitely hits the spot! I also love that they put a chocolate coffee bean on top of my drink! Additionally, the girl who took our order was super friendly (didn't get her name), and the best surprise of all was finding out that the car in front of us at the drive-thru paid for both mine and my friend's drinks!!! ❣️ I absolutely love when people pay it forward, on top of having a great experience at a new place! This will definitely be one of my favorite coffee spots now (and so much better than Dutch)! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!! 🙌🏻💯❣️

The product is great! But the overall wait time and turn over to make a coffee is way too long. If you’re looking to go and grab a quick coffee before work. This is not the ideal place. Wait times are way longer than they need to be.

The coffee is delicious and the service is good but lately their machine for Granitas has been down or out the past couple weeks when we go. The hand blended version doesn't taste the same, usually weaker coffee taste. Please fix this issue.

I stop here almost every morning for my shots of espresso and I am always met with a cheerful smile. The coffee is wonderful and the people are not fake and try and make small talk like other places. What a score for this place to be in the neighborhood. It says something when the turnover is low and the same people are there.

I don't come here often but when I do the staff is always super friendly and on point. The coffees here are great and love the various muffin tops they offer. I bought some for the house and 1 gal recommend that I toast them first. It was a winner

They give you wrong size and charge you for it. They also don’t give you a receipt, then you check your bank statement when you drive away and discover they tipped themselves $6 after getting your order completely wrong. Why do I stray from Dutch?

I was surprised at how extensive their menu was! Great food offerings for breakfast, lunch or a simple snack along with so many coffee and tea options. The drive through was busy but I was through the line in less than 10 minutes. Great place for a convenient pick-me-up at a reasonable price. I’ll be back.

I called Team Nichole, these two young ladies are a real gurus in the Barista field. I can tell the difference in flavor, amazing presentation and a upstanding customer service. Excellent. The Hershey Granitas are super good. The Hot Chocolate Mint a total winner. Thank you.

Their sweet and salty granita is gross. I don't think I will be going back to them again. I don't want this drink. Blech.

I come here every morning for my hazelnut granita and my sausage croissant. The crew always greet me with a smile and I pass through the drive through less than 5 mins. I love this place.

Very nice selection but unfortunately not strong coffee. It's not quality coffee if that's what you are looking for however lots of options for smoothies, cold and hot drinks whether it has coffee or not. I see alot of teenagers there, I guess they like the smoothie stuff they have and the energy drinks. Staff is friendly and the 5 stars is for them. They explain well and they are very patient with you if that's your first time there. There is minor selection of sugar free syrups and that's what we were interested in. So we chose a hot Latte with sugar free hazelnut, one with Carmel and white chocolate. Honestly Carmel tasted very bitter, so I recommend the others however be mindful it's not very strong coffee or has a significant taste. Nonetheless everyone to their taste buds and what they like however you can't go wrong with a pleasant experience 😊
