    My daughter is a frequent client, she stops there every day because her little one kindergarten is close to there,. So she waits for the time to drop him off, she consumes at the place, so today wasn't the exception, we went there ordered at 9:28 am, and waited at the play place because of the kids, as you can see on the receipt we had a lil big large order, it was around 9:55 am.. still waiting for our order, and the janitor lady told us they were going to close the play area, I told her it wasn't fair that we have been waiting for our food, and the kids were playing, she said because they are going to have a meeting there, I told her we are customers you cannot kick us just like that, you should have closed it earlier and we had gone somewhere else, but we ordered and still waiting, so three other people came in the play space and told us SORRY THE PLAY IS CLOSED, and I told her "there are meeting rooms" or choose another place or wait for the last customer to go, she said we don't have one SORRY with a BIG SMILE you have to get out, so they kicked us out of the play space, how come EMPLOYEES ARE FIRST NO CUSTOMERS, they have that job because the customers no just because, they had a box with uniforms and some new hats, but they were just chilling inside. No really working, so a lady that I think was interviewing for hiring heard me saying that EMPLOYEES ARE FIRST NOT CUSTOMERS, She got up and asked me what was going on, I explained to her she said she was sorry, She saw my receipt and she was going to refund some of the money for the waiting, that was not the point, we are frequent customers, they have to respect us and all customers it is a win win we have a place to relax and the kids play and they have a job. If they needed that place for their meeting they should have closed it earlier so the last customer leave without problems. And not kicking out ppl. Please someone do something about it, they were acting like if they owned the place . Teach them some respect. Thanks.

    If your not Mexican, you’ll be ignored the whole time you’re there. This place is sad. I legit stared at my PICKUP order while it sat there ready, then I received it cold, after being walked pass and ignored several times.

    Order my meal at the Drive Thru not even a minute later and I received my food cold literally from the Big Mac, to the pie, to the nuggets and they gave me the wrong sauce now I realize why I stopped eating here.

    I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order and watched multiple people who got there after me get their orders and drive off. Guy finally walked out to my car high as balls and didn't even know my order. We were missing sauces for the nuggets and a medium French fry. We also asked for no pickles in our big Mac and you're not gonna believe it, we got pickles. They did, however, give us an extra nugget but I'm assuming thats because the staff can't count. I absolutely love paying for fries that I don't get. Stay away from this place. I'll drive a few extra miles next time for my McDonald's. But hey, the sprite was good.

    They park everybody-maybe previous Sonic managers. I just left the wait on your order parking spots. I m already not a big fan of McDonald's. This experience has taught me a lesson. Lastly, why is their bread so stale?

    Young kid at the window right at this time 4:45 , Friday Sept 22 needs to be retrained. Customer are ways right , first thing you learn. Idiot said he couldn't put in an order back there , only when someone is at the speaker. I said speaker took to long wasn't sure if it was working so I pulled up. Oh you have to go around when there was only one other car ? What an idiot

    The people working there were friendly. The store was crazy busy though and the employees were all scrambling to get all the orders completed and handle the customers ordering while keeping everyone happy. Definitely a lot of hard workers there.

    I love getting food from here all the time. They tend to get my order correctly. Except, they always forget the sauce. Like literally every single damn time. They remember the extra ingredients or not to add certain things. But always forget when I ask for sauce. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. They'll just forget about it.

    This location was fine as far as food goes. I was very upset when I forgot my favorite hoodie there. When my husband went back to find it about an hour later, the employee behind the counter actually remembered it and said it was in the back. He went to go get it, but apparently another employee decided to take it because it could not be found.

    Manager zoey I believe did a great job handling the floor even if it was full and handled every situation in a very respectful manner great customer service is what I received from a patient customer! Make ur easy for them we all have jobs and we all know the stress ! Good job zoey !

    My McDonald's is so inconsistent it is incredibly. Never know what you'll get....hot, cold, wrong order, attitude, slow service. You just never know and with what they get paid for a non family raising job I would expect more. Step it up.

    I’ve lived near this location for 3 years and there’s always a problem with the drive-thru. Sometimes they say they’re only accepting cash. This time, I pulled up and was asked if I was using mobile app, I said no, then silence. I said hello three times. Two cars in the other lane ordered, so I decided to pull up to the window. They said they can’t take my order there and I have to go back around even though they made a mistake. I went to XL Burger down the street instead. Support local.

    This macdonald's is our go to for work breaks. The ladies there are immaculate and they offer great service. They always are so kind and nice whenever we see them. Food is as good as it can be for fast food.

    My drive thru experience was one to make me so mad. Customer service here is lacking hard at this McDonald's on 35th avenue and Van Buren. An order of fries that took twenty minutes. Not including me having to get out and go check what happen to my order. Of course they gave it to another car, of course. Bottom line this Mickie D's is one I'll pass in the future. 👎

    I stop here at least once a week after work. Food is always good. Service is hit and miss. The kid at the drive-thru obviously did not want to be there. Attitude. I had to ask for the BBQ sauce twice, and instead of the six piece mcnugget on my receipt, the bag had a four piece. They can do better then this.

    Went to McDonalds to pick up lunch for the office. I personally do not eat at fast food establishments. So, I thought I can have a salad or something along those lines. Weird! I used to eat McDonalds when I was a young man. They had salads wraps an assortment if you didn't want the Ol Big Mac. Not at this Mcdonalds...Burgers & Fries Only. Sad Sad Sad They were also out of Coke. How can a fast-food restaurant be out of the Biggest money maker for them. Whoever does the ordering needs to be re-trained. Everyone at the office was surprised but thought the food was adequate. The worst part about that they Only serve burgers & fries. There were 2 other vehicles in the drive thru...and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food. Again, Sad Sad Sad

    I don't go there anymore even though it's the closest one to me. Times they're out of food, way too many homeless and the parking lot is a nightmare. My car got hit while I was sitting in the line for the drive-through. People are always coming in from the wrong direction and try to squeeze through the parked cars and the people waiting for the drive-through. I would definitely go elsewhere!

    Ordered 3 meals and a Big Mac was missing. When we went back, there was a guy in front of us who was also missing part of his meal. Food tasted good, which is what the extra star is for. Very bad order checking.

    After waiting almost 30mins for my food I asked the person up front whom seemed to be a manager if mobile order will be called out like other orders. She said yes and asked for my mobile order. I told her I don't have one because the app wouldn't give me one. She then proceeded to argue with me about how the app always gives an order number and she can't give out food without one. I told her I don't have it and tried to show her the receipt on the app and she then again said I needed the order number and was rude about the entire thing as if I was trying to scam her into giving me food. A few mins later my order was given to me. I will not return. The manager person was rude and the order took way to long. This place is not worth going to

    This McDonald's is always so bad. They are always claiming that they can't make smoothies or ice cream cause something's down or whatever. They also have posted that the lobby closes at 11 PM yet by 9:45 PM they have all the doors locked to the inside. Most of thier employees are rude and lazy.

    I have a big complaint at this Mc Donald’s. The workers are so “ratchet” “ghetto” and disrespectful. I called today and respectfully asked a question if it was possible at the time if they could make a big mac. And the female employee hung up on me and i got in my truck and went to McDonalds and the store manager was just laughing at me while i was discussing the problem. Not only has this location got multiple orders wrong but some of the workers are so unprofessional that i see some of the store mangers carry the same volume of disrespect as their employees. It’s very alarming how they orchestrate of how they present them selves there. As much as I like and love to go to Mc Donald’s its always sad that I continue to know how poor their customer service skills are at this location.The team of staff they have there are of multiple confusion, horrible communication skills, bad customer service, and so forth of horrible people skills, and just a bad display of jumping loud disrespectful ignorance that can be seen and heard. Some of them look like they are raised in a barn. Im not sure how my food is handled when Im looking at all that. By 11 am on the date of july 21, 2022 the store manager at this location laughs at customers for their employees hanging up on customers for no reason for a customer asks is it possible that if they can be making big macs at that location and time. I didnt know Ronald Mcdonald would ever allow their workers to laugh at customers and hang up phones on them for asking polite questions. What has the world come to when you have a representation of Ronald Mcdonald laughing at you.

    This location is clean considering they have junkies coming in and out. There was a guy sitting at the table in front of us holding a piece of foil and a lighter in his hand. I'm glad he left before I asked him to do so. This is not the situation you want to take your grandkids to see.

    I come here for my lunch break. Inside is always clean and staff is always really kind, it has a really nice atmosphere for what it is. Karyme (I’m sorry if I’m spelling her name wrong) is super patient and sweet.

    Place was busy at 8:17am after a long overnight shift. I luckily was able to use the restroom. Jackie who seemed like a new worker asked to wait before she took my order. Typical McDonalds however I did get my food 2 sausage mcgriddles. Have a good Day.😎
