Really cute and delicious, the slushie was sweet and refreshing, the honey boba was heavenly, and the overall atmosphere was the perfect place to hang out. I will say it was a bit pricey, and despite the name there wasnt actually popping boba, but overall I'd definitely go back another time.

The shop was clean and had a great calming atmosphere. We purchased 2 drinks. The taste was great. However, they needed to be blended a bit more as there were chunks of ice in both smoothies.

It’s a cute shop in between a busy casual dining area. It’s one of my favorite tea spots. Justin was very sweet and crafted my drink well. My favorite is the love potion as pictured. There’s so many great options so it’s hard to choose. Definitely worth checking out.

The ladies in the front were friendly. It was a quiet day. Only person ahead of us and no other customers there. We ordered a taro and an horchata boba. The drinks were pricy and underwhelming in flavor. I have had authentic taro boba before and that’s not it. The horchata was also watered down. I don’t believe this place to be a legit boba spot. The drinks aren’t even sealed. Furthermore, they came out Luke warm. Boba drink are supposed to be cold. I shouldn’t taste a warm drink through my straw. I would not come back here and worth the price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at Pop ‘N Tea Bar. I was greeted, provided information about the history of the place, and enjoyed a fantastic strawberry swirl with 1/2 chocolate dipped, 1/2 white chocolate dipped, with almonds, and chocolate drizzle. My second visit unfortunately, was a complete fail. Me and my husband were the only customers walking in around 7:20pm on 03/22, as two other customers were leaving. The woman working, was childish and rude. To start, I had to repeat my order three times. The first time, she immediately and flirtatiously yells to the back, “I changed your music playlist to Taylor Swift!” She substituted greeting us with “you can order over here!” The second time, I say my order and she repeats, “you can order over here.” For the third time, she finally hears me, and says, “I can not make your type of order because I can not cross contaminate the chocolate!” With a look of disbelief, I asked if the options provided to me during my first visit have changed? She repeated herself, and I reply, why does the INSTRUCTIONS boldly display a perfectly 1/2 and 1/2 dipped ice cream then? She rolls her eyes, and at that moment I did not want to experience a racially motivated transaction. I walked out as I no longer wanted to spend my money, nor go back -n- forth with her as she knows her job better than me ..right? Pictures: First Visit: March 2, 2022

We came in early morning before going to family event really cool setting inside and matcha cream was delicious. My husband doesn’t care for sweet but his strawberry drink he liked a lot.

My recent visit to Pop 'N Tea Bar was a flavorful adventure. Their bubble tea selection is extensive and delicious, with unique toppings and customizable options. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. A perfect spot to satisfy your bubble tea cravings. Can't wait to return!

Great place, good flavors ice cream bars. They could have kept more flavors ice cream bars. A bit over price for the quantity but the quality was really good so worth it.

Cute place and cool vibe. I believe the quality of the drinks could be better though. Parking available in the back.

I am sad to have to come back and revise my review. Originally I gave this establishment five stars, I’m going to have to subtract three stars, because my visit yesterday was simply unpleasant. It appears as though maybe some new people have been hired, and the customer service is lacking. When I tell you I come to this place extremely often, I mean it. I was a huge fan, but yesterday put a yucky taste in my mouth. My husband and I went in yesterday, and we weren’t acknowledged. The gentleman came out of the back and didn’t speak. Just began washing stuff up and then finally he turns around and asks if I had been there before, which was shocking because I’m a regular (but no big deal). I place my order, which is the same thing that I get every single time a passion blossom slush with added strawberry bursting Boba… Make it extra! Once my drink was up, I was pretty disappointed. My husband noticed my facial expression immediately and offered to get a side bursting Boba. Which is awesome, but I’m paying extra money for a good amount of Boba, it’s the entire reason why I come to this place. He barely gave me a handful *sighs*. I don’t mean to sound entitled or spoiled, but I’m used to them hooking me up for real. Yesterday was a letdown and as yummy as the drink is, I will not be returning anymore and I don’t recommend that anyone else goes either.

I had a sudden and intense craving for coffee, and as I was driving I saw a sign for coffee in this area. FORTUNATELY, the store with the sign that grabbed my attention was out of business and a quick Google search told me to go to Pop 'N Tea Bar instead. Tea is also great, so I went there instead of looking for coffee. The interior of the shop is really cute and very clean. I was so excited to try new things, that I ordered way too much. But that's okay because my husband likes when I bring treats home. They offered samples of the gelato, but I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted already. They have vegan flavors too. I love the unique flavors they offer. I ended up getting two bubble teas, two gelatos, and a Croffle. Can I tell you something? I'm pretty picky and in the past, I've never liked gelato. But can I tell you something else? I loved loved loved this gelato!!! I got Pistachio and Ube. If I ever want gelato again, I know where I'm going! The bubble teas were also very good. I got the Taro and a limited special Pumpkin. They were both good, but the Taro was Really good. Exceptionally good, actually... All of the milk teas are vegan, I believe. (Double check me if you're vegan). I don't like waffles, so the Croffle was 100% for my husband. He ate it all and said it was good. Oh, I also want to add that I was so excited about the taste of the gelato that I had my son and his friends try it too. They really liked it as well. It was hard to pick which one was 'mine' and which was for my husband, but I ended up choosing the Ube and he got the Pistachio. They were both great Parking is a little weird. There's a T-Mobile on the corner, and immediately after the T-Mobile, there's a little lot. If that's full, you can pull behind the stores for more parking. I think there might also be street parking in front of the store, but don't quote me on that.

Ube/Taro smoothie with boba is happiness. I prefer the Ube ice cream. I think this location uses the Taro powder. The ice cream is so much better for this type of smoothie and there are places in Phx that mix them with it and it’s amazing. I would probably return, but it would not be my 1st choice as I prefer the Ube ice cream. The boba was really good and the place is super cute and clean. The parking was not the greatest. Overall I’d say 4 ⭐️

I went here with my boyfriend and the place was super pretty inside( really liked it) But I ordered a Thai tea with honey boba which was really good, can never go wrong with Thai tea! But super cool place and drinks. I wish I got to taste the treats tho!

Great tasting teas. The juice and mixes taste so fresh. The little bars they make look really cool and are good. They were playing some good old school hip-hop when we went, which was cool. The prices are on the high side. The place is small. They have a limited drink and ice cream bar menu.

Got a medium tiger milk tea with boba, after tax $7.44. Cute shop! good atmosphere, but the tea wasn’t strong, it tasted kinda watery. Hopefully they can improve the milk tea:)

The place is quaint with limited seating. I tried the Suns Devil tea! Although pricey, it was pleasing to the palate. The staff was pleasant. And there was minimal wait to receive the drink. Parking is available in the rear and on the side of the building.

Super sweet staff, great concept, but the taro smoothie was actually gross. We love taro, for some reason this was not good. I've never had yucky taro before. It was bright purple and gritty.

The employees are so kind and hardworking. They always greet me when I enter and it creates a very welcoming environment. I wish the customers would be more considerate, for when I am hanging out here sometimes with my friends a lot of customers tend to be rude and leave bad reviews on here just because they have "bad" customers service but they are working too and they have matters to attend to which is something customers don't understand. Their waffles are so scrumptious and amazing. Very welcoming to the LGBTQ+ community and safe for people of color!!

I like the vibe there. Its a cozy little place. The drinks were really good. My mom and I enjoyed them. Only thing was the bathroom was a lil stinky and it was a bit hot, but it was good overall. There was a cute girl making the smoothies. Coming back again.

We've been on a quest to find the best taro bubble tea and I think we've found it here. Along with the Love potion (iced lychee and raspberry nitro white tea) that has heart shaped jellies in it! 💜 Pop 'N Tea Bar doesn't offer only bubble tea tho, they also have Diamond Bars, customisable gelato and sorbetto popsicles you can decorate with whatever you feel like having that day and get this, the Diamond Bars are being 3D printed! How cool is that?! So yeah, if that doesn't convince you to stop by, then I don't know what will.

Cool place to chill for a nice boba drink but the plain diamond bar is kinda expensive at 7 dollars. Get one or the other not both.

Thought this place was pretty cool. Best place ever to cool off in the summer. The girl that served us was super helpful and gave us her recommendation for every part of the menu rather than just offering one thing that she thought was great. The place itself was modern and had different types of seating. We had a chocolate popsicle dipped in milk chocolate and topped with almonds. It was amazing and the tea was fresh along with refreshing. Definitely going back

I was _way_ early for my haircut appointment next door, so it was either cross the street for a beer, or slide in here for a tea. Great choice! I’m no “bobba tea” aficionado. I’m more a Boba Fet man. But I digress. I perused the menu and asked the staff member for a slushie recommendation. They didn’t hesitate, and soon I was seated with a cold, sweet, and refreshing drink. Well done! (Though brain-freeze is still a thing, apparently.)

Par customer service. Parking is in the back. Taro smoothie was a bust and disappointment. Classic boba tea was way too sweet, sadly. Cute place for a date but not very good products.

What a cute place filled with delicious ice cream bars and all sorts of coffee. We tried the hazelnut Diamond bar with dark chocolate and pecans - since I don’t like my deserts to be overly sweet, this was perfect! The matcha coffee foam was also DELICIOUS with classic tapioca bobas. We will be going back to some more things off their menu!

I love this place! I work close by and I'm always in there getting a Phoenix Sunset with heart jellies, instead of lychee. It changes color, much like the sunset, depending on how the light hits it. Everyone is always nice and welcoming. I need to try the diamond bars, I hear really good things about them.
