Horrific! The customer service is atrocious! Rude,disrespectful staff! Sam's having a hard time resting in peace knowing what has happened to his stores. Could not find a single employee who spoke decently and wanted to help me. Never again. No wonder they're sales are down. The store is a disgusting mess and so are the staff that work there. Its so bad they have police sitting inside the door. What a tragedy!!!

I'm a local here. I come here for just about any and everything. The last time I came here, I had to return my gaming head phones because they were not loud as I would prefer. So I went to customer service and spoke to the supposed store manager "Joseline". First off I am very humble and respectable. So I explained it to her. Not only was she annoyed and it was very obvious she didn't enjoy her job, but she wasn't wanting to take my return because the serial number didn't match the box serial number. It literally made no sense seeing how I bought them from that specific store. She told me she cannot do anything from here to call the manufacturer. So I went back to the electric part of the store where I had originally purchased it. I saw the guy who actually sold the headset to me. He was more than willing to help me and agreed that it made no sense for the number to match up because, the store doesn't open every item to check if all the serial numbers match up to the box numbers. At the end the store cashier helped me not the actual manager her self. I'm grateful for that cashier. I would hope that store manager "Joseline" can get her attitude in a more calm, understanding, less annoyed, and professional way. At the end it was actually very stressful and unprofessional but I'm very grateful for the cashier's help.

This place is super scary. I stopped by, against my better judgement, but because there isn't much around I took a chance. Not only are there people swarming around in the parking lot, the drivers don't seem to care about pedestrians. This store must have a ton of theft because they have door checkers and employees lurking around every corner. Lots of items are locked behind glass doors. Produce is mediocre, at best. The deli looked semi decent and they were friendly. I spent 10 minutes in this store and felt the need to leave because I did not feel safe! Not a safe place to shop!

Parking lot is bad- needs to be repaved. It will eat up your tires. Also hardly can push your cart on it.

Always busy. Long check out times. Only 2 cashier open during peak time..

As an employee I can say it's hard for us workers because we tend to get a crowd of people that make demands rather than treat us as humans that also need respect. We work very hard and sometimes can't help that we're given order by supervisors that don't understand customer needs like we see them. We try our best. We have a good coach but but that doesn't mean people underneath then make the best of decisions and we get stuck with the anger from customers. Also, if I don't allow a customer to verbally assault me, they can easily call corporate and lie about me to get me fired and unfortunately this happens a lot at this location because people with money tend to make more demands. This never happened at my other store I worked at across town.

This place must be so short staffed that they couldn't even open a register on a Friday night when both self check outs had lines going all the way back into the aisles. I went to buy some ear buds in electronics and the guy (while opening the case for someone) said that he was too busy to help me.

8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning and they can't even get the customers through the checkout lines. They have countless self checkout machines but only a handful of them are operating. If you're going to invest in the technology to to have self checkout instead of hiring real people, then at least have the machines work.

Coach Cherilynn, Valerie, and Armando went way above and beyond with their customer service. We were looking for a Christmas inflatable. Valerie and Cherilynn looked on line. No success. About 5 minutes later Cherilynn finds me and says Armando found one In returns. He’s blowing it up now. We looked at it. It was perfect, just like the service we received.

Can't say enough good things about the Vision Center at this location. Everyone there was nice, very helpful and provided superior service. I am beyond happy with my new glasses. The price was great. Been to several other places for glasses over the years. Did not have a experience close to this. Going back next year for a second pair

Pick up is probably the most organized thing this store has going for them. Other than that. Homeless in the parking lot, men following you to your car. Always feel unsafe. Security is not the best. People steal here and break into cars. If you are not a local then I do not recommend it.

Check every price before check out. Went to check out a seven items were all wrongly priced. They were three times the priced marked. Worker scanned the items and said some times they put items in the wrong spots. Seven different items in all different places all marked the wrong price and in the wrong spots! Really Walmart! Always doing your best to rip people off!!!

I purchased a bunch of equipment to go camping. Unfortunately, the large shade tent I purchased was missing everything but the frame, and the frame was broken. I even opened the bag before I bought it and it and the frame had the original cardboard wrapped around it and seemed fine. It’s not like I can set up a 10x10 tent in the middle of the store to check it. It’s very inconvenient to drive several hours and discover your plans are ruined. Thankfully they at least refunded me. I will never shop at this Walmart again. They have permanent police and security patrols throughout the store, it’s constantly crammed, and you may spend several hundred dollars only to find out you’ve been put in a terrible situation.

Not a bad shopping experience. This location is stocked well. They had tons of Clearance items on my visit. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and efficient! I observed an off duty police officer as security. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing some groceries, clothes, shoes, home decor, electronics, and more!

Don’t try calling, they NEVER answer their phones. Never had a problem until last week & it has yet to be resolved. I spent nearly $500 to have an order delivered. My order was dropped. No one contacted me, I’ve had online chats, have been given the run around- have been told different stories- and still nothing. Order for deliveries at your own risk with this location and I’m still out of almost $500 for nothing. Nor do I trust this will be resolved and other actions will need to be taken. We order almost all the groceries we get. It's so convenient, but they occasionally give us stuff we didn't order or don't get some things we ordered. Walmart has almost everything you could need at a reasonable price!!

In and out just like I like. Went in for instant coffee expecting to pay more than what I actually did pay. Cheap and good instant coffee from the store brand. Always my go to store.

This location has not denied people entry who wear a backpack which I love. The pharmacy staff and service the second day were great. The store has a large selection of products in stock. Found nothing I did not like while I was there.

It's only self checkout with 4 actual people to physically check you out. I wanna know when WalMart I'd sending my w-2's since yall want me to bag my own stuff.

No overnight RV parking allowed. They knocked on my window and said too many people got murdered here. Inside the store was pretty dirty. There were no shopping carts when I walked in. I had to grab one from a person who was leaving. The greeter said there was nothing they could do. Furthermore a basket would have done the job and they didn’t have those either. Shopped here to justify parking for the night on the journey, and now I am packing up to leave when I was almost asleep. The lot attendant was friendly but I was not interested in conversation at this hour.

My husband tried to return a bike here last night, and even though the corporate office gave us the ok, the employee Jolene flat refused. She was so rude! When we went outside we also found MY bike was stolen! Jolene refused to contact anyone for help, and she told other employees not to do anything either. Said they weren't allowed. Officer Dobbs just happened to be there and not only helped me but bought a new bike for me! He really saved my livelihood because I need a bike to get to work! Thank you again Officer Dobbs! I won't forget your kindness!

(What can I say? WalMart carries my FAVORITE ice cream on a stick, Creamies. Creamies Inc must add crack into their recipe, I’m so addicted I’ll shop Walmart! But I digress.) This Walmart is ALWAYS jumping no matter time off day. I’m talking about: a miserable parking lot situation. Who signed off on a shipping container in prime parking territory?? Just park way out towards Thomas. Don’t drive by the front of the store - it’s it’s own parking lot. ALL checkout lines at least 15 people deep. Pack your patience. Christmas season should be interesting. Forget about asking for assistance. Rather than deal with visiting the dreaded customer service counter, I opted to donate my return to a worthy cause. On the upside: This Walmart has consistently had my products in stock. Their prices kick Fry’s a$s! While this location is crowded with shoppers, those people are courteous, pleasant people ready with a smile if you smile first. Yes of course I’ll be back. Not because it’s convenient. (It’s not.) Not because I’m a Walmart shopper (gasp, not me!), but because I’ve got to have my Creamies! We all have our weaknesses, right?

I came to print out photos for my nephew birthday party but the machine never works then I received a texted saying" we call you when your photos are ready for pick up. So guess what? I never heard anything back from them...I also needed a costumize birthday cake from the bakery " Nobody was available to help! And I saw one black women on night shift she didn't want to deal with it! Also they put a sign up saying they're not doing costumize cakes becuz a machine is down...So I had get a birthday cake from somewhere else..

Not good at all. Shelves half empty. Unless your willing to work for free and check your own groceries out on a self service check out you will wait at least 30mins. Carpark is a disgrace with shopping carts all over the place. Think it will be target from now on.

Process aren't even that good, I hate this place, constantly followed around by Walmart SS to make sure no one is stealing their billions, cheap rich people always the dollars

Picked up a few items but the first self checkout didn't take cash. It should have been tagged better. However a young man working there was super nice and helpful.

The cans I picked up were all damaged. It looks like Walmart uses the online pickup service to dump all their bad cans on customers. I worked at a local food bank that wasn't allowed to receive or distribute cans like these because of potential health concerns.

Great shopping great discounts but if you forget a bag at the registers forget about it. They don't ever answer their phones. Sionara to my stuff worth only 10 $ but it was clearance stuff. That sucks.

So for a Walmart as big as this one I have not been more disappointed in the back electric counter. There was only 2 people working the registers. And there was about 12 people in line myself. Included the employees would walk away with another customer and leave lines of people standing there waiting on them, and they didn't appear to be in any kind of hurry or rush to get through and get everybody out of there. Very disappointing for a Walmart supercenter.

I don't usually post for these kinds of places, for me it's the customer service. I've always have a great experience with them,keep up the good work. The employees work hard for their money. Most non employees don't realize how it can be difficult to work in customer service. Be kind and smile.thank you

It's good but they gotta trust people a little more, I mean, it's already locked up, and you ask for an item that you gotta sit there and wait 15 To 20 minutes for somebody to come. They should at least trust you once They open the case and give it to, you know, instead of having to go through the inconvenience Of looking for It at the front Of the store? God, you guys make enough money. Just trust us a little bit of consumers.

Always have security follow me around!! So I put on a show for them, you would think that they would have caught on bye know... I get the last laugh on them every time. Try it out... it.makes them look busy at least

Great gas prices every day. The only thing is the fruit isn't always great. Still shop there for food though every week. They also have delivery to your door so easy as a membership and super cheap.

This is not our local Wal-Mart, but we still found everything we needed. Today we were looking for cake pop ingredients and found dipping chocolates and cake mixes a plenty. Shelves were stocked, clean isles, friendly associates, bathrooms were in good shape, AND this one has a Cheese steak shop instead of the usual burger or sub sandwich place so that is worth half a star. Since there was extra security in the parking lot, it may not be the best place to leave things in the car unattended.

Well stocked, extremely busy location. Parking lot is usually full of patrons. Checkout is average Walmart speed. Vagrants will be in the parking lot at times. Security and police sweep regularly. Online pickup is easy to get to.

This store does not maintain their electric carts for handicap people. I guess the people who retrieve shopping carts feel it is beneath them to make sure the electric handicap carts are in the store and charged at all times. I was in an electric cart which I was told was fully charged. This cart had been run over or something because when I would let go of the throttle it would keep going. Then it stopped working all together. I was told there were no more carts. When in reality there were electric carts accumulating in the parking lot. Listen management I have bone cancer I cannot walk all over your store.
