Had a layover flying through Miami and have to say this admirals club was nice. They had great options for breakfast, they served pineapple mimosas and kept the facilities spotlessly clean. The showers were not open but they had quiet areas for sleeping and lots of lounge chairs. The Presidential lounge does have showers. The staff kept the bathrooms cleaned and sanitized after each patron. Had a great view overlooking the airport down below if you like people watching during your wait. I'd definitely recommend.

One of three, this location is near Gate A7. It’s on par with what I expect of the lounges. Same food on buffet style is available. Bartender. Restroom spotlessly clean as always. Worth it if one travels frequently.

This AC was recently remodeled and looks great. Very clean and modern. Has new complimentary beers - Fat Tire, San Tan pale ale and others. The food is adequate and tasty. Two soups of the day are tasty and hot. New coffee and soda machines are great as well. Bathrooms are clean. Chairs and bar sitting area are also new.

Too small for this airport, so it can be very crowded.

Very clean and surprisingly empty for a holiday weekend. Only downside was them not having Freestyle Coke machine like most other locations.

Very busy when I visited on my return flight from HNL! Comfortable seating with lots of natural lighting. It is standard food served in any other clubs, replenished frequently and cleaning. They come to clean your table frequently to keep seating area nice and comfortable!

The server/bartender was good, and as was the person making fresh guacamole, but not too much else to take home otherwise. I went on a Friday afternoon, and the place was crowded with barely room to sit. I sat at the bar and ordered some food...which was poor to put it mildly. Decent drinks with an upcharge, poor food offering at the self-service bar...so, a mixed experience. I think a 3 star is somewhat on the high side but the employees working deserve it.

The staff were super nice and wonderful! However the entire space was extremely packed and cramped. The bathrooms could have used some touching up as well. The green peas being served should have also went in the trash instead of being served as some were not fresh.

Admiral Clubs have lost their luster over the last few years due to overselling of memberships by a greedy airline who are driven by profit rather than customer service. The services offered have been watered down to the point of not being worth the price of the membership.

Giving it 3 stars for the food, the front desk employee Paula was SO rude...did not offer to help us out in our situation not being able to find our voucher on the phone. We had to buy another one. Came back to tell me i had to use ear buds for a short family video I Just started watching( not loud at all) DEFINITELY should not be dealing with the public if you can't be nice.

If you are looking for healthy options in a clean environment, this is NOT your place. NOT a fan and definitely not worth the $79 day pass. The only food option that's not saturated in fat and salt is the small "salad bar".... cucumbers tasted like bad water, and the lettuce was warm. Apples and hummus was not bad, so thats an option. Only 1 chicken dish and soup available that were both over salted. Gross !!! Waited quite a while to order a beverage at the bar, and dirty dishes all over ... and when they did eventually pick up the dishes, they didn't wipe down the tables.. so essentially you are eating in another person's mess. On the flip side, the draft beer was cold! not recommended. 4 stars to the women greeting you at the front .. very helpful. 2 stars for the food (for the lack of healthier options) 2 stars for the service (maybe consider wiping tables)

Overrated not a lot of food options in the evening. The fresh guacamole made to order was good but no protein I thought the place was small and especially the bathrooms with just one stall in the men’s. Would expect a little more from AA. The staff was friendly. They should take a page out of Delta’s handbook for what to do which is by far the best in my opinion. If your a member great but skip the $59 one day pass. Not worth it.

There was very limited seating - had to wait to sit. Women’s restroom had only 2 toilets. Very basic compared to most Admirals lounges. The staff at front desk very cordial and helpful.

It is well appointed for a small lounge near gate 7. Offering pasta and a bisque that can be doctored with chicken, small caprice salad and hummus around lunch. The bathrooms are clean but also snug (2 stalls. My kids give the marshmallow bars 2 thumbs up!

It's a little small compared to most Admirals Clubs, but it's removed from the noise and congestion of the terminals. They had very generic food items when I was there, but they did have a fresh guacamole and chips bar that was really good!

Great place to kick it before flts and layovers, if you fly a lot, add up food drinks and find a spot to relax, worth the club membership

Clean, small but well staffed. Decent selection of food and a bar. Great way to pass the time between flights.

This place is hands down the best Admirals lounge I have ever been to. The people at the front desk were exceptionally accomadating. Long story short I left both boarding passes on the aircraft. On top of that I couldn't find my AA CREDIT CARD, and my American Airlines app would not open. ( My issue because i desperately need a new phone). Everything in the terminal had a 30min wait and limited options for vegetarians. The people at the front desk bent over backwards to make sure I could get in on my military pass. That act of kindness and willingness to help will always be on my mind, especially after the stressful day of flying I have had. The options inside are great. There are plenty of vegetarian friendly foods and delicious coffee and a great bar. Thank you again for being accomadating. I will update the names of those who were accomadating once I walk out, but this place is a huge stress reliever.

First time visiting. We had a long layover, and I was able to use my air miles. Good food, dessert, and comfortable seats to pass the time.

I have to agree with the other postings on how great and friendly the staff is at this club. However, the club has some serious deficiencies in terms of maintenance and the quality of the food and refreshments served. The food included a white chili as the main dish with vegetables as the side dish. The club was packed when I got there so it was hard to find a seat. I do have to commend them on their on-site guacamole chef. she made fresh guacamole with your choice of condiments. That was actually cool. If you have to pay for a day pass my recommendation would be not to. Pick any of the restaurants in the airport and get a better meal and beverage while you wait for your flight. If your access to the club is free via your credit card or a partner airline, go for it and get your free stuff. Otherwise, don't pay out of pocket.

This was our first time so we bought a one day pass. Didn't know what to expect and loved it. The food was very good as well as the drinks. A much better experience than sitting at a bar waiting for flight. We will do this every time!

AA club in terminal B (Phoenix Airport), by far needs major improvements and training for staff. Upon entry the rep at the desk requested an additional AA card. Stating that we had too many adults in our party. We corrected her by informing her that two individuals in our party were minors. The staffer replied oh sorry they look like adults. One they did not look like adults. They look like teen girls 16/17. AA should try training staff on making inquiries, first. Instead of assuming and making an a** out of themselves. After entry I noticed that we were the only African American family in the club. I don’t play the race card, but it made me wonder if that was an attempt to keep us out of the lounge. Onto other areas where AA failed. The club is outdated and could use a renovation. The bathroom could have been cleaner and contain more lighting. The food appeared old and picked through. The coffee machine was out of order. I inquired on getting hot water for tea and the staffer said she could get it out of the spigot. What a horrible suggestion as a remedy to get hot water for tea. AA definitely failed here and corporate will hear about this.

Nice lounge up the stairs on the mezzanine level of the terminal between A7 and A9. Food was good and I could spread out. Bar had Truely on tap! Well lit and had sports on all the TVs

Made the mistake of paying $59 to have the privilege of paying $6 for a beer. If you want comfortable seats, then this is the place for you. If you want inclusive beverages, look elsewhere. P.S. The food sucked.

I am an AAdvantage card holder. Upon entry into the club I didn't have my card with me. Usually they just use by boarding pass to look it up. The receptionist refused to do it and told me I did not have access. This occurred on Nov 22nd at 9:00 a.m. in the morning. Very poor service and the women was rude.

Lots of space but can become pretty crowded. The one I am reviewing is in terminal 4 near the B4 gate. The bathrooms are clean and it is always nice to get the complimentary hand made guacamole! Nice desserts and quality espresso and steamed milk as well as a fully stocked bar. Sparkling wine is extra.

A busy lounge with a pretty good food options. Bar staff are helpful and friendly. Though they did run out of tonic so were offering a new one for me gin and ginger ale. Definitely worth a visit. Things just got a whole lot better when they started making fresh made to order guacamole.

WAY too small of an admiral's club for the traffic at this terminal. Always great when you see a look of mild panic on the face of the door attendants. This is my first trip through Phoenix... A pretty tired airport, very crowded. AA just started direct service from my airport (XNA), not sure I would prioritize this route over DFW when going west.

I can’t say I particularly enjoyed my time in this lounge, but it is better than waiting in the main terminal area. There are some items of food on the self-service buffet but it was all pretty poor. There is a menu to order from the kitchen although it’s not advertised very well and easy to miss. Other than water, drinks are ordered from the staffed bar. It was annoying to see everything in the lounge being plastic - plastic cutlery, plastic glasses for water etc. The member of staff on the reception desk however was truly amazing! It was a bad day for delays and cancellations and she was relentlessly helping hoards of people with rebooking and explaining options. As I left she remembered which flight I was on and proactively mentioned I was heading to the gate a bit early, all while holding on a phone call and dealing with other frustrated passengers. Incredible service. There’s a number of lounges around the terminal building but I’m guessing they’re all pretty much the same and would recommend you eat elsewhere first if you’re wanting something substantial.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Nicole, the bartender at the lounge across from A7 (around 1:00pm 10/5/23) was VERY rude. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say things. My husband was joining me at the club just like the ladies sitting next to me. They held a seat for their family member (who still was not there) so I held a seat for my husband. I asked the previous bartender because he was walking in within the next 10 mins. He actually walked into the club as all of this was occurring. The bartender prior was kind and courteous and told me it wouldn’t be a problem. Such a horrible way to treat someone without asking any questions (though she did NOT do the same with the ladies sitting next to me). She just told me to “move my things so people can sit.” The guys that were standing behind me didn’t even want to sit. I asked them and they both said they were just ordering and going back to their seats. I definitely plan to escalate this beyond this Google review.

Great place to stop in and refresh between flights. Friendly Staff, fresh food, clean facility. Great private business center. Also loved the guacamole bar in the afternoon.

First time here and will say it was a pleasant experience! The only downside was how packed it was, can be hard to find a seat. Not their fault they are popular! Buffét style food setup, had lemon herb chicken, roasted potatoes and some salad items. Desert was Rice Krispie bites, brownie bites and bread pudding bites. The lemon herb chicken was GREAT 🙌🏻 had two servings. They also had a girl making guacamole to order, freaking awesome. Food was great, soda machine, coffee machine, bar and outlets everywhere to charge. Definitely worth it! Oh, and a nice view of planes landing while eating the delicious food! 👌🏻

I fly out of Sky Harbor 3 times a week, used to be that the Admiral club was open much earlier then 7am. I have flights during those times. Hoping the club hours will change to accommodate people who have early flights.

Always excellent service from the counter. The candy bowl always has plenty of choices and always full. The food at the bar is usually good too. Tullie's Mac n Cheese. Stacked salad fixings on Mac n Cheese.

The club on concourse B in PHX is medium size. I visited on a Friday afternoon and it was crowded but seating was available. Service was great; cheerful and prompt. Lots of power outlets, both USB and AC.

As a legacy club from America West and US Air, the club lacks amenities like showers and is always fairly crowded, but it has been much improved by American. The breakfast taco bar and the salad fixings are a good touch and the service is very good.

This is a great sanctuary to get business done. Gets a little busy sometimes, especially when lots of flights are delayed. Would like to see more healthy food selection, like egg whites instead of scrambled. Cold cuts, cheeses are good. Much better than hanging out in the terminal.

This is the perfect place to chill and get work done or watch the game. The staff is exceptional every time. The well vodka could use an upgrade but the food is very good and the buffet service is pretty good as well. Let's remember where we are too. They do avacado on Texas toast often. I love that.
