The food saved this rating! I placed a phone order and they told me 20 minutes. I wait the allotted time and gave some extra as I’ve worked food service and know how things are in the kitchen BUUTTTTT when I go to get the order no one is at the hostess stand. So I wait 5 minutes to give them time. The bartender isn’t busy(I watched her make her rounds at the bar as I waited) so I asked her about it and she brushes me off. I go back to the host stand and a server walks up with rolled silverware and placed it UNDER the stand and doesn’t say a word to me. Two more staff members are seen and there is now a line starting to form and we aren’t helped. It took the woman from the back bringing another pickup order who was already there waiting for them to address me. Disappointed for my first visit. They need to do better and work on customer service.

Wow. What a terrible experience. We go to lookout at least once a month. We love it here in fact. Now, I hope you go out of business. We ordered food online and said it would be ready at 840. We were told the kitchen is busy with all their inside guests and they will call us when it’s ready. 35 minutes later, our food is ready. We get home, and this is the $5.50 side salad we get?! What is this? Fries are ice cold, needed to be microwaved for over a minute. Wings were not even close to what they have been, and to top it off, when I called the manager to rightfully so complain, he said “it’s a simple salad. Nothing special.” The conversation ended by him hanging up on us. We live right down the street, and I promise we will never, ever be back.

My family and I took advantage of a Groupon for the Lookout Tavern. A sports bar of sorts with attractive female servers and live entertainment. We went for their Happy Hour, which runs 3-6. they also have a reverse Happy Hour as well. They have a nice menu with craft burgers and cocktails flat bread pizza sandwiches and wraps. The live guitarist was very good. The food was great. I had the massive American burger, which was served on the softest brioche bun. I really liked it. They were pretty busy; our server, Victoria was great. We had a good time, and we will definitely be back in the future.

Food was horrible cold brown guacamole , chilaquiles were soggy and cold like our food was sitting for a while! Never again will I go back horrible experience!!! Carrots and celery was old , carne asada taste like meat was in the freezer for a long time just nasty!!! We had to keep asking for our hostes /waitress to bring us more drinks , napkins. This place really sucked !!! 200$ wasted

One of the best Groupon vouchers I've redeemed! Waitress didn't make it seem weird or treat us differently because of it, and she knew how to redeem it. Which has been an issue other places. Food was pretty good also. Everything came out fast and correct.

We ordered from this restaurant tonight and the experience was terrible. We had an issue with our order last time we went Lookout Tavern. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and so we ordered again and even left a comment on our order to make sure things like sauce were included so they wouldn't be forgotten. Well they received the order at 7:12pm and we didn't get our food until 8:45pm. The food arrived cold, cooked incorrect, and missing half the order. We called the restaurant and the manager was so unhelpful and would not even recook our meal or help compensate the meal in any way. This was such a terrible experience and even the manager had horrible customer service. I would love if they reached out to me to fix the issues they have caused.

The Bartender was not very friendly but she did get everything we ordered accurate so one star there. The guy sitting next to us was obviously intoxicated and overserved. She made no attempt that I saw to slow him down or suggest food or water. It is irresponsible to continue to serve someone who is drunk.... Has she ever taken a tips training class!? Granted he was not driving but it doesn't look good to have intoxicated patrons at your bar. The food was actually pretty good so another star there. Where I am most disappointed is the fact that we were charged $6 just for ice!! $2 rocks charge every time we ordered on the rocks. I also simply ordered a vodka cranberry to start off and she decided to pour "premium" Titos which is another dollar more without even asking me! I would much rather tip more for good service then spend my money on ice! It upsets me because it is the principle of the matter, you are running up the bill even more without me knowing it since the bill is not provided until the end. There are plenty of other great places nearby I would rather gladly spend my money, and they don't charge for ice!

Excellent happy hour! The bacon wrapped jalapeños were in the top 3 I’ve ever had , and the flatbread pizza was top notch also.. I recommend you go! I’ll be coming back

This was one of the most memorable restaurants I have ever visited. To say everyone went above and beyond is an understatement! Jeff the manager was phenomenal. He was hands on and interacted with everyone. Chef Jay came over to talk to us and tell us about the items on the menu. The macaroni and cheese bites are to die for! You must try! Fancy Pants (as I called him throughout the night because of his bartending skills) had the best customer service. It was UFC fight night and the place was packed wall to wall by the time we were leaving and still the customer service never wavered! The food was great the drinks even better. I highly recommend this place any day of the week!

The "flat" bread pizza is more like a pizza definitely thicker crust than I have seen before. I was good . I had the BBQ chicken flat bread and tots . Wings are decent but I have had better.

They are allowing all customers in without masks, during a global pandemic. I'm out on the patio, which is thankfully deserted. Beer is cold, it's been a minute since I had a draft.

Decent sports bar. It's not the best area. Banana bread French toast was really good. Interesting drinks. Worth checking out, but won't come back.

I have ordered from here before and not had issues, but tonight I had a Postmates order that sat for over an hour, and when the driver showed up to collect it, they were told it'd be another 30-40 minutes because they had to focus on patrons inside the restaurant, so those take priority. Not impressed. If you can't handle the volume, don't do take out.

I ordered the spicy hamburger and MAN! The food was spot on. Fast service and great food (and amount of food too) for your $! I would suggest eating here again for sure.

I don't know who owns this bar but I would watch your staff. Our service was not bad, however in my time of being here I have seen a bartender pocket cash (tips) and pretend to put it in the tip jar. I have seen a bartender drop a white claw and serve it after half of the drink foamed over the top. After that the same bartender dropped a Modelo, which I remind you is in a glass bottle, and put it back into the fridge along with the other Modelo’s without ever checking to see if the glass is broken. With covid being a huge factor in if a bar is open or not and a lawsuit possibly being filed, I would keep a close eye.

My first time trying this place out, I was super impressed at first, It is AZ not the East Coast. They brought the great customer service from the waitress, ok music, and shockingly the security gave excellent customer service too! They made me feel safe, and answered my questions even though it’s not their job, they were happy to help. I was ready to give a 5 star rating up until the minute I politely asked the DJ to switch it up sometimes. Playing rap 10 songs in a row was getting a bit much and driving a few parties to leave. Don’t get me wrong I like all kinds of music including some rap, but just not 10 songs in a row lol. Anyways when I politely asked the DJ to switch it up please, he gave me the nastiest look, as if he wanted to kill me, super crazy! Such a shame, so it’s a 2 star from me. The rest of the staff though was great!

Every staff member- including security were incredibly kind and welcoming! I can’t count how many times they stopped by to make sure we were good and happy throughout our visit. My boyfriend and I called in for a reservations to Have a few drinks and snacks, the atmosphere is really upbeat and fun. I came to USA for a week to visit my boyfriend and this was definitely my favourite place by far! Highly recommend trying them out!

This is a good spot to just chill and have some drinks/food. I ordered the loaded nachos with fries and grilled chicken as well as a peanut butter cup martini which both were good. I would definitely order both again. I went on a Sunday and they were out of pulled pork as well as jalapeños for the stuffed jalapeños which is understandable but you may take that into consideration that Sunday may not be the best day to go in terms of being stocked up on all items. They had music playing which created a good vibe. Overall not a bad spot.

Great service and good food. Nice seating outside to soak up the sun on a 68 degree winter day. Great menu options. Cobb salad nice. Lime chicken was delicious too. Great strawberry lemonade alcoholic drink. Would definitely visit again. Nice bar with different menu choices. I got nachos with some alcoholic drinks. It is a cool bar to hang out with friends. Looking forward to another fun night with my friends!

I doordashed my meal, but it was a 5 star experience! My food arrived in a SEALED bag! It included a little baggy with condiments, wipes, cutlery and a coupon!! The food at Lookout Tavern is so delicious! I’ve had there Cobb salad, wings, and a burger there and my husband and I have been impressed the 4 times we’ve been there. Really nice ambience and very friendly staff with fast service.

They were practicing social distancing and had some basic regulations clearly posted. Though I had my own mask, I noticed they had some outside at the door for those that may not, which I thought was an nice extra step! Sadly, I think there was only the one waitress (she was visibly stressed and short), and they appeared to be very busy with patrons as well as pick up orders. We weren't quite ready to order the first time she came around, but then visits were far between. Service (including getting a drink) was very slow, but our food was still delicious! I'd definitely go here again maybe after all this craziness has died down, but I'd certainly order food for pickup or delivery any time!!

OK, was the worst service, slow. Even sat at bar with hopes of fast service. Had to Flag down bartender. Covid - well we went in with 4 people, we were told to separate at the bar, so we did. 'regulars' showed up and moved the chairs to sit next to each other, when we asked, we were given some excuse about 3 of them and 4 of us. I call BS. Food, they burnt a flat bread pizza. REALLY .. come on, my 12 year old can cook one. Timely, nope, not even, They probably forgot about it, that is why is was burnt. This place WAS great, now run by 'good ole buddies' . what happened? Parking, Handicapped is on the other side of building, no where near front door, how can they get away with that. Hope you make it during this pandemic, but if you don't. No big loss

Always a great environment. The patio has misters and heaters for whatever time of the year you need either. They recently remodeled part of the restaurant and it looks great. Board games on the patio are great for kids and adults. I come here frequently. Love the food too!

The wife and I received a coupon invite from Lookout Tavern as we are new to the area. We decided to check it out last night, Saturday. Great service we had from our waitress Melissa - a very beautiful young lady. She was very attentive and we appreciated it. We tried the burgers and they were awesome. We will definitely eat here again.

What a awesome place ! I have been here a few times over the past year & the food is some of the best I have had along with the customer service & prices $$. They have one of the best LEDvideowalls in the NorthWest Valley to watch Sports events. I had a small party watching the Daytona CokeZero NASCAR race last night great time. The best part too is easy parking front , side or rear even when they are busy. I highly recommend trying their Grilled Salmon or Pulled Pork Sandwiches two of my favorites.

This is such a great spot! A modern comfortable style, and they have plexiglass placed all over for covid to divide the sitting areas. The waitresses are gorgeous and so nice! At times they have a DJ playing music that really gives it a fun feel. Lots of screens to watch the games. A higher price for grill food, but the happy hour is the best time to go!

The first time we ate here we loved it, the final 2 times were not so good, strong tasting oil in my fries, then soggy with oil onion rings and cold burgers not acceptable.

I love the vibe and decor of this place. Went with my husband and 2 kids. Huge tvs inside and weren't playing inappropriate stuff which was nice. Server, Shelby was very nice and attentive. We ordered the jalapeño poppers which were probably the best i ever had! Also the mozzarella sticks which were on point. I ordered the buffalo wrap and i loved it. My husband tried the bacon burger and loved it as well. Portions are a good size. Bathrooms were clean.

First-time customer, probably the last. We are looking for a decent sports bar to watch the games at. We tried this place because it had a DJ for music and such during breaks. He did not add to the fun. We asked the waitress to just switch two screens so that it was more comfortable to watch while we sat at the bar. She said she would ask, but she never did, even after being reminded. The only saving grace was that the breakfast skillet was delicious!

I love how they have board games for the kids and family outside at the table, with nice window shades and awesome water misters above.

They have a great cocktail menu so we tried a couple different drinks including the Malibu Sunrise which had a nice amount of booze in it. My niece tried the "They Must Be Nuts"; amazing how you can taste the peanut butter in that one! I had the lunch quesadilla, ample portion and VERY tasty. I substituted the tater tots and they were delicious. The other girls enjoyed their choices as well, both Lunch Half menu items which is a great way to order. The service was okay, could have been a little better though... a little more wait time than necessary I think. Also I got presented the bill and to pay it without really having a chance to review it so I felt rushed as I signed off.

My wife and I came here to watch ufc fights. The whole experience was great. The food was super good. I had the half chicken. She had a steak. Both were amazing, but the best part was our server, Brandi. Brandi was SO sweet to us. She checked on us regularly and the place was completely packed but she kept up her sweetness the whole time and made the experience the BEST. We didn’t realize this place turns into some sort of club on the weekends but it seemed really fun! That’s not our kinda thing but a few years ago, we might have partied into the night there. We will be back sometime for sure.

Our server, Sydney was friendly and checked in often even though she was busy. Hubbys Pastrami was amazing, my patty melt was great but too much food. Fries were tasty but didn't stay hot.

The menu looked very interesting. I did have the hot wings. They were awesome. The take out orders flowed out of the kitchen as fast as the staff could shuttle them. Leading me to believe the rest of the menu is delicious as well. Happy hour was great! Live music and good vibes. Apparently they do a high energy evening. As it starts at 9:30 me and the rest of the wrinkled happy hour crowd may never know. Great time.

Steelers Bar! Trivia! And all sorts of other themed nights. Staff are amazing and food can be good. Sadly they now have a new brunch menu with zero vegan things on it. So no food until after 3 for me. They also do game specials, or did, but they also start at 3....typically after the Steelers game is off. Great atmosphere, but can be pretty pricey and not too vegan friendly anymore.

Only reason I gave 4⭐️ we came long way to try this place and three of the menu items we wanted to try was out. Brunch on the weekends was what I was told it would be. The atmosphere was great…Food was delicious. Great flavor. The Short Rib Huevos Rancheros was my favorite. Jalapeño crème not spicy at all and the onions (which I hate onions) was pickled which went perfectly with this dish.

I highly recommend Lookout Tavern, not only is this place beautiful with all their big screen TVs and LED wall. They have awesome games and a dartboard. Kids trivia on Monday on Tuesday they have bingo and on Wednesday they have adults trivia. They have something for everyone. Their food is so delicious. And all of their staff I came in contact with was super friendly. This place even turned into a nightclub! It’s amazing I celebrated my birthday there, they made me feel like a celebrity! I love Lookout and I will definitely be back..

Pretty cool place. I did lots of dancing, that's for sure. The employees seemed to be fun & on top of things. Lots of lights & loud sounds, so if bothered by such things, I wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, it was a pretty fun atmosphere. I'd go back.

This place was so good! If you’re looking for reliable good bar food this is the place. I had the Cowboy burger and my friend has the loaded nachos, DELICIOUS! I was so excited about the burger I forgot to snap a picture of my kiwi margarita! Also delicious!

Have visited a couple of times now and have enjoyed it every time. The food is pretty good and the staff is super friendly. The TVs are huge and the interior design is pretty cool. The live music is a treat. You can get a sense that the regulars enjoy stopping by.

The food was great and u get a lot of it,went for mother's day, wasn't crowded shockingly, easy to park, Food was really good and the drinks was also. Staff was very friendly and pur waitress made sure to continue to check on us to make sure we good. Didn't wait long for out meal and it came put hot. The dessert was a raspberry cheesecakes with ice cream which was sooo freaking good worth all the calories lol. Definitely will be going back.

Stopped in tonight around 7, and we were greeted and seated quickly. Anahi was our server , and she was AMAZING. She made recommendations and took the time to build rapport with us while we ate. She was very attentive and she checked on us multiple times throughout the business. While chatting with her, she expressed how much she loved working for this establishment, and she truly enjoys what she does. This is so refreshing to see; as a former service worker, this is huge to me. From the servers, to bartenders, to managers.. each person cares about the customer experience and they treat their employees well, and it creates an awesome atmosphere overall. This is our GO TO bar for sports, five nights, fun, and nightlife. You won’t retreat visiting here. The food and people are amazing, and it radiates through everything they do.

Really cool spot, especially to come and watch the Steelers play. The place is wall to wall for the Steelers, which is awesome! Definitely has a 'club' vibe to it, which it turns into at night. It's not a very large place, so definitely make a reservation - especially on game day. And parking is limited, too. They have massive TV's everywhere so you won't miss any of the action no matter your seat. Food wise, very good! The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich was delicious and would get again! They also had a great draft beer selection as well. My only disappointments are that I would have liked if the DJ was more involved during the game to get the crowd hyped. It's very pretty inside! Lots of booths, tables and bar room. Very good amount of TVs for watching sports. Slightly frustrating that people sit right at the big screen... It makes it difficult to see scores and not feel like you're Staring at the people sitting there. The server was Very casual and seemed slightly annoyed with us. I cringed every time she gave us thumbs up. The food was fantastic for bar food! Yes you Can mess up bar food and no they did not! Great quality. We had a fun time but the food didn't outweigh the service and atmosphere. Great spot to bring family for a fun dinner or to meet up with friends!
