Shopping with children can be hard, I had a lot of heavy stuff difficult for me to pickup, and met a wonderful young man, Adam. So kindly offered to help, he's definitely a keeper.

Hands down this is the best Costco location in the valley. I like the lay out and how the store is organized. The staff here is very friendly and the store is kept so clean. I also like the way the parking lot is laid out. I feel like i can be in and out in no time. If you are on the fence about a membership i say go for it, it is totally worth it.... Update. Still worth it 👍

First time visit to this store today. Overall it is okay, I showed my member ID and entered the store, I just purchased a couple of items and tried to use the self-check lane, an employee stopped me and asked me to show my membership ID. Costco, may I ask you if I can enter your store without an ID? I hope it not about my face is different and not about a discrimination.

I will preface this by saying I love Costco. I love the products and all of my shopping experiences have been pleasant until today. While checking out with April S., she was extremely rude because my mom and I asked for 2 separate transactions. She gave us attitude, rolled her eyes, acted as if we were a huge inconvenience & snatched money out of my mom’s hands because she didn’t hand her the cash fast enough. When confronted she denied it and acted as if she did nothing wrong. We pay to shop at Costco, I am not putting up with any of that. You are literally in the customer service industry, If you don’t like your job then apply at Amazon and enjoy packing boxes.

So sick of the Costco experience. Long lines. Terrible quality with fresh fruit. Moldy after 3 days. Customer service is useless. The fact that the customer service line can’t do price adjustments is ridiculous. Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be told I need to “find a supervisor in a red vest” by the self check out line… uh, what? I’m the customer. I shouldn’t be hunting for a supervisor. Terrible customer experience.

OK, I like Costco!!!! All of their warehouses are big, bright, clean and employees are friendly and helpful. You can just about find anything you would want in one place. It is like going to 12 different stores under one roof. But I was so disappointed that I could not get a hot dog at their food court. BUT THE GOOD NEWS is they are remodeling the food court. And I look forward to seeing what it will look like. I think it is suppose to be done around middle of May? Call and ask if food court is done.

I am 78 years old and had the rudest checkout clerk I have ever experienced in my life at this Costco. Mangement and supervisors need to train their personnel better, and not allow people at the checkout registers with no customertraining. Go to Costco on Hayden if you want a professional and friendly staff.

Yesterday I dropped a container of hummus outside the door. An angel (customer) entering the store came to my rescue and helped me immediately. I was dressed up and she told me to not get down on the ground and clean it up. Another gentleman customer brought me wipes. Out of nowhere a Costco employee stepped up and said they would get me a new container. Another Costco employee said he'd clean up the mess. Thank you all for your kindness and swift help! So very nice to be helped in an embarrassing situation.

I love Costco because they pay union wages and treats her employees well. I love it because you get the best eyecare Villa optometry, not ophthalmology, but streamlined exam with that. The glasses and frames cost are a lot less than other places in the valley, I can usually pick up comfortable clothes very easily, and I’m always happy with them, I haven’t been exploring the food lately but until they build a Costco closer to me, I may not

Getting worse each week. I shop multiple Costco stores around the valley and this is the only one that wants to see my id when using self-check out. i've been shopping at this store since 2012. Don't appreciate being looked at with skeptism and that I'm suspect of cheating Costco. This ain't Netflix, I have my membership and paying for the items in my cart. By this store's logic they should be checking id at the gas station also since that is self serve. And for customers who bring small children to the store either put them in the cart or train them not to run in the aisles in front of people. I dislike dogs being brought in to stores but honestly they behave better than most of your children.

Tina In the clothing department was awesome! She noticed what I was looking for and directed me to an awesome deal on stuff she had just marked down. This is my first time at this Costco and won’t be my last because of how GREAT Tina was. Thanks for going above and beyond for Costco customers.

It is so busy it's almost intolerable. The car park is packed and spaces tight. The store is busy but the checkout line was surprisingly fast. I think the store feels really busy because it's smaller than some other Costco stores.

I had a Great experience with the optical department, the sweet lady her name is Lyn,was very thoughtful and patient with me she did not push for a sale,and this is why I decided to purchase my prescription and frames. Costco always has what I need and at a very fair price. They always take returns if needed. Love this place.

We've been shopping at this Costo since it opened almost 20 years ago. From our experience, the staff provides the best service out of all other locations. We've been to stores in California, Colorado, TX and others in AZ. The staff in this location is excellent and always helpful. They're always willing to help resolve any issues and have an excellent understanding of customer service. The store managers should be recognized for maintaining such a consistently positive customer experience. As an example, yesterday I bought a pair of pants and when I got to my car, I realized they dropped out of my arms between the store and my car. I went back to the store to ask if someone turned them into lost and found. The pants were not there so the manager gave me a credit to buy a new pair. Also, anytime I've had to return an item, there are no questions asked and they refund my purchase. I have yet to find another company that is as customer focused as Costco. My family spends an average of $12k per year at this store and we'll continue doing so as a result of their excellent service.

Samantha was a huge help! I came in looking for a pellet space heater and she was able to locate one and even had Nick and Ryan help me load it into the car! Great service!

I just love this store. If you have a family go there. Don't forget to pick up your Costco magazine so you can see your daily deals. The staffs are so nice and caring. I can just stack up and go on about my day. Simple the way I like it.

I appreciate what Costco does. Went in today to get a membership with Korina. She seemed nice at first but when I asked a very simple question about the membership, her voice got extremely patronizing. I found that to be very disrespectful. Then she barked at me to "Get in front of the camera!" Yeesh. Don't know if she woke up upset but you cannot be that way with customers that are calm and not being provocative in any way.

Can anyone live without costco? This place is out of control awesome! The staff are always smiling. Jewelry, mattresses, kitchen supplies. It’s nuts. You can get a battery or tires for your car. Decent clothing. The best quality steaks and seafood. Rotisserie chicken all day!!! The cheesecake here is delicious. Try the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. You won’t regret it.

Very busy store today. Expected checkout to be a problem, but it wasn't. When I pulled up to the counter, there was one lady just finishing checking out. Someone who looked to be trying to keep things moving, had me go to the next counter which was empty at the moment. Those two young men whisked us through in record time. I've never seen the checkout area move as smoothly in any other Costco or anywhere else with that much traffic. All checkout counters were moving like that. Very impressive!!!

It's always a good experience at Costco. Great selections year-round with fun seasonal surprises. If you see something that you like, get it as items sell quickly and not everything is restocked. An asterisk (*) in the top right corner of a price sign indicates the item is a deleted item and will not be restocked.

Recently went in for a set of tires, got an excellent deal on 4 Michelin tires. turn around was pretty quick. Happy with the work and quality tires I received, they were reasonable priced, so I couldn't pass on the offer.

The person checking receipts was so rude that it ruined this location for me. She was absolutely consumed in a conversation with the other receipt checker at the exit, and didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever when I said hello and showed her my receipt. She continued on with her conversation and completely ignored me, other than marking the receipt. I understand conversations with co workers but this is still your job- at least respond when someone says “thank you.” Won’t return to this location if I can help it.

This Paradise Valley location was not as busy for a Saturday like other Costcos. Although the sample carts were almost non existent (I think I saw 4 total).The food area was very clean and organized. The price checker at the exit helped get an associate to load my 6 cases of water into my vehicle. Kudos on the customer service

The space is so big and super clean. The most comfortable Costco in Phoenix. Only wish this Costco is by my house. Everything is so organized.

Shop here alot and I am never disappointed. The staff is super nice, the prices are really good and it’s pretty large so you don’t feel crowded.

I love Costco! There is no better place to shop, in my opinion. I cannot think of anything negative to say about their food, products, or services. Everyone that works there, from the entrance to the exit, is friendly, helpful, & respectful. If it weren't for the crowds, it would be an absolute pleasure to shop there every time!

Our closer Costco was out of stock of the portable air conditioners, but they let us know that this Costco had 7 in stock. We desperately needed one since our air conditioner wasn't cooling and we are waiting for repairs. This Costco seems to have more inventory, as this isn't the first time we came here to purchase something that was out of stock at our closer Costco warehouse. The associate was very helpful locating the item we needed.
