I usually come here with my kids and family. The food is always good and my kids love the cheese ravioli. My only comment about this visit was the wait. Other than that the food was delicious and our server very kind to us.

Angela was super great with us and the best server I’ve gotten ever honestly *loved her* and food was great as well. But managers had a meeting next to us being awfully loud and unprofessional and didn’t talk nice to the worker. Managers should know better than to have that kind of energy in a dining room next to tables and by kids . Have a change of attitude with your workers and do better!

The food was Amazing ! The service was horrible ! When we came in we waited about 10 mins for our server( usually when you sit down someone Is there to server you)but she was busy with a party table. We ordered appetizers & entrées and a bottle of wine. So first the wine came out along with the breadsticks and the salad two seconds later came out our entrées about 20 mins later our appetizers were coming out but at separate times. Our table was filled with plates! In a restaurant it should never be like that! Our appetizers & salad should have came out first then give us time to eat alittle & then bring the actual meal out. Why is it called an appetizer if you’re basically eating it with your dinner? Besides that our waitress was trying her best & was very respectful! The food is really good but probably recommend to sit at the bar or order to go!

very good food but you have to wait for your turn 30 to 40 minutes since they had many empty tables and the staff was not very friendly only once they asked us if we needed something

I’m only doing this review so that the manager sees it. We got sat and waited 25 minutes before stopping a hostess to ask for a server.. after another 10 min we finally see our server and we placed our order that never came. We asked to be moved to another table after our server was MIA for another 20 min.. the second server was better than the first but we still didn’t get our appetizer.. and when our food finally did come out, it was cold and wrong.. we didn’t want to argue so we paid our bill and left. It was the worst experience at an Olive Garden we ever had.. and we won’t be going back to this location. The manager didn’t stop to ask if we were ok or if we needed anything and every time I looked over he was just at the host stand standing there.. maybe he was afraid we’d ask for free food? We just wanted to have our dinner but I guess that was too big of an ask? We should’ve just left after we were moved but giving them the benefit of the doubt, we stayed.. maybe they were having an off day which happens, but there were people all around us getting their food. Whatever the reason, this is an example of why we will not be choosing to go out and staying home to make our own pasta..

My brother and I came Noon on a Friday, not busy, several empty seats. Our service took 15 minutes to take our order after my brother asked. Our drinks and food did arrive in a few minutes. However a hostess came to our table as our server was serving us, they spoke for a few minutes before we asked if they could continue the conversation after our food was given to us. Hopefully someone in management sees this and discusses the issues during our visit.

    - Dirty Table with no silverware - Only received one drink with no refill the entire service - Food was mediocre at best the majority of our party was not impressed -Had to ask multiple times for a simple water refill/silverware. Food had been getting cold by the time we got our spoons. -Food was served unevenly and had long lag times between members of our party being served. Overall it’s was very disappointing and turned me off from the idea of patronizing a Olive Garden for the foreseeable future.

I hadn't been to Olive Garden in awhile. Jessica was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was very attentive and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. I will most definitely come back because of the service.

Fantastic lunch as always, however, I've discovered I no longer like Italian Dressing... Can the dressing be changed out on the Soup, Salad, Breadstick deal? If so... I am definitely doing that next time. 😊

The other night I visited this location with a friend for dinner and both of us ended up ordering the Never Ending Pasta Bowl. Overall I gotta say that for the price it is a great deal and definitely worth the value. The only thing I felt wasn’t up to par would be that on all the bowls I ordered it was lacking a good amount of sauce for the amount of noodles.

I just got the lunch, salad, soup and bread sticks. I go with the chicken gnocchi soup, it is really good. And for $9.99 you can't go wrong. The waitress was great. It's hard to keep up with how much tea I drink, but she was right there with a refill when I needed it. Excellent lunch. I go to the he one on 75th Ave south of Thomas. They treat you great there

Our server was the most patient a server could be! I was given a very customized experience and I couldn't help but tip big. Will go again. Dessert was absolutely delightful. My favorite among many

We made reservations on the Olive Garden website for 2 people. We drove across town in the rain to eat at this specific location. The gals at the front prepared a table for 6 which I immediately realized they confused me for another customer. I told her she probably had the wrong person because we only had 2 people in our group…not 6. I somewhat noticed a bit of attitude but I brushed it off. We went to the front again and I told the gal again “maybe you have the wrong person. We only have 2 people not 6.” She rudely said “don’t worry I’ll fix it” as she taps angrily on the reservation screen. I told her “there is nothing to fix.” Why not just sit me down on any table and move on with your day. But no…she had to let me know I was “wrong” which at this point I was so over this bad customer service. Never coming here again.

Walked in on a Wed night. They were not busy. First, when we walk in they tell us that we had to wait 20mins for a table. That started rough. Once seated we ordered our drinks which were very flat (no carbonation). We requested different drinks and again got flat drinks. We went ahead and ordered. Our soups came out and were suppose to be tuscana soup, instead we were served potato soup.... 😡. Once we flagged the manager over the waitress said oh did I bring the wrong soup. We were so angry and disappointed that we just canceled everything and left. Red Lobster next door was amazing!

Ask to be seated in Devin's area. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is enjoyable. From the food and sides to the friendly conversation. He's very informative about all the meals and appetizers too! It made the meal selection easy.

We went here to have dinner before a concert. We picked The Olive Garden because they have some gluten free options for my friend who has Celiac disease. There was no wait for us since we were a party of three and that was very nice. It was REALLY busy though so the restaurant was really crowded and loud. The lights are really bright and the light fixtures hang really low above the table so it was pretty overwhelming to dine there. All three of us were feeling pretty overstimulated throughout our dinner. It was so busy that it was taking a little while for service throughout the dinner but our server was actually amazing. He was super busy but he kept up as best he could and was in a good mood the whole time. The manager came by our table to check on us as well and he was pleasant and cordial. The food was okay. It wasn’t over cooked or anything like that but it’s mid, and that’s what we expected so we weren’t disappointed in the food. The prices of the dishes are quite high for the quality of food that is being served. I would gladly pay $22 for seafood Alfredo if it was made with better ingredients, but these prices seemed pretty high for frozen seafood and Alfredo sauce (even if the sauce is made in-house, and I’m not sure that it is). We definitely will not eat here again…it’s just not worth the money for us.

I took my son here for his Birthday lunch. Our server, Hannah, was incredible. She is the epitome of how a server should be, she was super nice, on top of all of her tables, truly cares about hee customers & doing a great job. I was surprised that the prices are very affordable still....we haven't been to Olive Garden in 15 years & I expected the prices would have been higher, I'm grateful to have been wrong. Our food was delicious; we both had the "Build your own pasta" (Angel Hair pasta with Creamy Mushroom sauce & Chicken Fritta), Toasted Ravioli appetizer, Iced Tea & Brownie Lasagna for dessert. Everything about our visit was wonderful, and we definitely will return soon.

Avoid this location if you can. We only stopped by this location because we were on that side of town. We got seated right away but took a long time to get service. I don't know if it was the location of the booth or just the waitress. The restaurant wasn't super busy. After taking our order, the waitress never removed the menus, so we had to eventually put them on the empty table next to us. My son's lemonade didn't come out with the rest of the drinks, it finally came with the salad and breadsticks. We had to ask about our appetizer a couple of times. It finally came out after our entrées were half eaten. When my husband asked what took so long, the waitress said the kitchen was backed up. He asked to speak to a manager, and we waited for her for more than 5 minutes. When the manager did finally come over (with an attitude), she didn't give her name even after my husband told her his. She stated that "the food is prepared by all different staff (which we are aware). The appetizers staff must be behind." She did offer to take the appetizer off our bill. The women's restroom was a disaster! Water all over the floor, one faucet not working but did have a constant slow trickle. Again, I advise all to steer clear of this location. We definitely won't be back!
