    Bar method Phoenix has become my happy place. The bar method workout itself is hands down the best overall workout I’ve ever done. It is a very personal workout in the sense that you are pushing yourself to complete muscle fatigue so when you finish you feel beyond accomplished. The after bar glow is a very real thing for me. I struggle with hormone issues and this type of low impact workout is ideal. I leave every class feeling a better version of myself. The staff is awesome, welcoming and humble. You do not need to be a ballerina or a former dancer. You just need to show up and embrace the shake. If you’ve ever wanted to try a bar class this is a great place to start! They frequently run promos or Groupons so check it out! Love love love!

    One of the best fitness studios I've ever worked out at and enjoyed returning too! All of the instructors are so welcoming and friendly. They take the time to learn everyone's name and are very hands-on in class, making adjustments so that you know you're doing the moves correctly to get the maximum results. Everything is very clean, bright, and energizing in the studio and lobby. And the workout is phenomenal if you're looking to tone up, strengthen your core, and FEEL BETTER after sitting at a desk all day. Can't say enough good things! Thanks for the wonderful workout experience.

    I've been going to The Bar Method for 7 months and I love it! The owners and instructors are very friendly and provide helpful personal cues so you can get the most out of the workout and stay safe. I have a wrist and knee injury that make many workouts tough but I'm able to modify in still challenging ways. I think my knee is even getting stronger from these workouts. They even offer childcare for some classes. When i go 3-4 times a week, I quickly see results.

    I started at this studio almost a month ago and I absolutely love it. I always dread going to the gym but I actually look forward to barre classes! Everyone is extremely friendly and every instructor is great! They help with form and technique to ensure you get everything out of each class. I highly recommend The Bar Method!

    Started the Bar Method 6 weeks ago doing the challenge. It’s a great way to start your weight loss journey and the other ladies in the group are a great support. It’s also a great way to introduce you to classes at the bar. Over the last 6 weeks I have taken over 20 classes and not a single one has been the same! That’s with the some of the same instructors too! The classes are geared towards every level of fitness and everything makes you sore and sweat a little. The instructors each have a different way to motivate you to keep going and shake! They spend time making sure your form is correct and you do not cause injury while working out by verbal and physical (touch) methods. Then you feel the burn in the right places. Great energy and great studio!

    I cannot say enough good things about this place! Who knew such small movements could be such an incredible workout?! I have limitations that make typical cardio workouts unrealistic and I was worried I’d never find a workout that would push me while being safe for my body. The bar method was that exact thing I needed! The instructors were incredible, taking my needs into account and providing encouragement for everyone throughout the class. The environment is also so welcoming for all ages and fitness levels and I love that they help you to modify so you can find the perfect balance between pushing yourself while keeping yourself safe from any injuries. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been and I have the bar method to thank for that! Not only will you find your shake, you will learn to love it. Thank you bar method!!

    I started with The Bar Method recently and am so glad I did! The instructors are excellent - I love the personal interest they take in making sure my form is right and that I’m getting the best work out I can get. I think I’m the oldest client (64) but I’m perfectly comfortable in the Bar Method environment. Everyone is very, very nice! The work out itself is full body and very effective!

    I was introduced to the Bar Method in Richmond, VA. I loved everything about the experience. I recently moved to Phoenix and was so happy to find a Bar Method in the neighborhood. Everyone at Bar Method Phoenix/Arcadia are friendly and helpful. The facilities are beautiful. The workouts are challenging, but very doable. The instructors are encouraging by giving cues to keep you safe, but also keep it fun. The owners, Elissa and Sean, have created an encouraging, supportive, and positive environment with Bar Method Phoenix/Arcadia. I’m grateful to have found this community of support in my quest for health and wellness.

    I love this workout and have been doing it for years... first in Long Beach, CA, then in Austin TX, and now - my favorite studio in Phoenix, AZ! The instructors are fabulous, location is great, and the owners are amazing and caring people. I took a break due to some health issues/injuries but am so glad I'm back. This is the best complementary workout to runners and other athletes for core strength and stretching (my fastest marathons with the least amount of injuries were after I started taking Bar Method classes regularly). I have taken the other barre classes from "competitive" studios and they don't hold a torch to this workout.

    I love The Bar Method! The Studio is absolutely beautiful and resort like- all the accommodations are there for the studio to feel like your own. I feel very comfortable and at home here. The Instructors also make personal effort to know your name and welcome you. Barre studio itself is large, and the carpet is soft for floor work (some studios I've been to have hard floors or commercial carpet that tears up your elbows and hurts your back) THEY ALSO KEEP IT AT A COMFORTABLE COOL TEMPERATURE FOR CLASS. I've been to other studios where the room is tiny and it's like a sweat lodge in there. They offer child care for certain class sessions. Mic drop. Super helpful for moms like me to attend. Also they're pricing is very competitive. And they offer month to month "club bar" rates of varying options which makes it more affordable than paying several hundred dollars up front. Lastly, they even offer free community classes on a pretty regular basis so everyone can come and check it out for totally free. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. Workout is incredible. I leave feeling great.
