The
drive-thru
employee
April
was
extremely
rude
when
approached
the
window.
As
I
said
“Good
morning”,
for
one
she
didn’t
even
acknowledge
it,
secondly
she
didn’t
even
make
eye
contact
&
thirdly
when
giving
her
my
rewards
code
she
said,
“Next
time
give
me
your
code
at
time
of
ordering
because
this
is
suppose
to
be
fast
paced
&
you
giving
it
to
me
at
the
window
takes
too
long”.
NEVER
has
anyone
been
so
disrespectful!
I
have
5
companies
here
in
AZ
&
I
like
to
treat
my
employees
to
breakfast
&
that
experience
was
uncalled
for.
I
already
had
the
code
up,
all
she
needed
to
do
was
type
it
in.
But
instead
she
spent
her
time
giving
me
a
lecture.
I
even
told
her
thank
you
&
she
didn’t
even
smile
or
said
thank
you
back.
Instead
she
closed
her
window
on
me.
Look
at
the
cameras…
she
should
NOT
be
working
customer
service.
Nobody
should
be
treated
with
that
kind
of
disrespect.
I
wouldn’t
allow
my
employees
to
treat
anyone
that
way
especially
someone
who
goes
out
of
their
way
to
tell
them
good
morning
&
treat
them
fairly.
April,
is
not
a
kind
employee
&
you
can
see
it,
feel
it
&
how
she
treats
you
speaks
in
volume.
