    Edit 2022-09-20: forgot all hotcakes sides, and hash brown. How lazy. Ordered a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken, and got this nasty thing instead. Thank you employee #1 for explaining there is a new name for the sandwich I was expecting. And a big slow-clap for employee #2 who stated “the menu is right there.” 👏

    Over charging on debit cards and not giving receipts to verify amount through drive thru.i Called, the lady just laughed. I said I'll call corporate she said good luck, they not a corporate store. Never again. Employees think they can do whatever they want and speak to you with no consequences.

    Enrique manager very rude high school employee. Don't go here. Rude in front of my child . Employee Jorge high school kid laughing. I will talk to a real manager. And do bad reviews everyday. Sad who you hire

    We been going there lots of times. They have to check the tea and soda machine please. Tea taste like water and the soda machine needs to be change in back for syrup or something. We told some lady but she acted like it wasn’t her job when she works there.

    I go here almost daily to get my coffee, there usually is a line but they are faster than other McDonald's in the area. The staff is normal nothing extraordinary but efficient. For as much as I go there I've had limited problems. I would say for this area it is the best.

    The manager roller her eyes when I said it was open @6 I was standing on the North side when I called this morning so I could see her eye rolls that's when she hang up on me and nowhere on the doors does it say drive-thru only at 6:00 on both doors on the North side or the South side shows it in both pictures I took below sorry man you couldn't haven't into the picture oh well !!!

    Cashier went from using the register to immediately making food without washing her hands. I stopped her and asked her to wash her hands after touching the dirty register and she looked me dead in the face and said "No, it's too busy". Good luck everybody, may the odds be ever in your favor that you do not get food poisoning here!!!!!!

    The drive-thru employee April was extremely rude when approached the window. As I said “Good morning”, for one she didn’t even acknowledge it, secondly she didn’t even make eye contact & thirdly when giving her my rewards code she said, “Next time give me your code at time of ordering because this is suppose to be fast paced & you giving it to me at the window takes too long”. NEVER has anyone been so disrespectful! I have 5 companies here in AZ & I like to treat my employees to breakfast & that experience was uncalled for. I already had the code up, all she needed to do was type it in. But instead she spent her time giving me a lecture. I even told her thank you & she didn’t even smile or said thank you back. Instead she closed her window on me. Look at the cameras… she should NOT be working customer service. Nobody should be treated with that kind of disrespect. I wouldn’t allow my employees to treat anyone that way especially someone who goes out of their way to tell them good morning & treat them fairly. April, is not a kind employee & you can see it, feel it & how she treats you speaks in volume.

    Attn: General Manager or Franchise owner. I’ve been to your store today 9/9 @ 2-3pm and your manager ANA ( maybe that’s not even her name) is soo rude! No management skills at all!!! She refused to talk to me and I heard all the conversations, the way she ignore me and my Concerns. I ask for Ketchup and I got blame because I didn’t ask for it!!! You should maybe remind customer to ask for it? Thank you Ana for being professional . Very Rude Female staff . - I will escalate this concern .

    I love to come here and just have a cup of coffee and do a little work on my laptop the staff is always very friendly if a table needs to be wiped down they were quick to do it and most important the fries are always hot and crispy

    The food here is always good. I have always gotten the good fries, fresh burgers here. The reason chain fast food is successful is because a customer knows the food, no matter what state or city they are in. This McDonalds knows this and knows how to do it right.

    The place says it opens at 6:00 a.m.and when I tried opening the door at 7:08 a.m. all doors to the entrance were locked and workers just stared at me as I tried asking what time they open. No response, so I left and gave this review, horrible.

    Literally sat outside in my car for 10 min for an ice cream cone just so they came come outside and say we have no ice cream no one in drive through line so don’t understand why took so long to tell me no ice cream always rude and always have a problem the few times I come here rather driver extra to another McDonald’s for better service

    Awesome customer service..she was out on the floor, big smile. Brought me a glass of ice water. As a Letter Carrier we cool down for 30 minutes for lunch. That A/C is a lifesaver.

    I really like this McDonald's location. Fries are always fresh. Food is always delicious . Staff are friendly. I go here on Friday/Saturday night because I get off work at 11pm and they are open late. My fries are half gone before I get home.

    Stopped by on my way from work for a quick bite to eat. I had a hot and spicy mac chicken lite lettuce extra mayo and a sweet tea. The food was very good nice and hot just how I like it. The staff at the first window greeted me with a smile and was very professional. The Gentleman at the second window handed me my food with awesome customer service and was also professional. Appreciate the excellent service I received as it was my first time stopping there and my experience was awesome. Keep up the good work!!

    Fries were piping hot, the burgers were pretty good and well sauced but not excessive. Overall positive experience... Good place for some good ole' Authentic Scottish cuisine!

    Just walked there. Had to get work done on my car. It's 46 degrees out. Was looking forward to a hot breakfast. As they ran out parked orders, I asked if lobby was open and no idea what the person mumbled to me and proceeded to walk back into lobby and lock the door. The site states lobby opens at 5am. It is 7:19am. Hours of operation is very important to honor. If this is how this location is operated, I can only imagine how the food and staff are treated. Especially for a huge corporate name like McDonald's. Made this complaint in hopes that corporate will actually do something to help during these times. We all know how much money "upper" management makes. I won't hold my breath. I don't want to die this young.

    5 min wait to order, no being asked to park for my order, refreshing change. Food hot n fresh. UPDATE 11/23/22 Every subsequent visit through drive thru Park n wait regardless the time of day. 1st time must've been a fluke.

    Had to go to the location because the app doesn't let you use McD's gift cards as payment. I wanted my lunch delivered. Also I ordered a Double QP w/cheese and it looked as small as a regular hamburger. Fries needed more salt. Over all meh.

    Ordered my food and use the app to order and pay like I normally do but when I got to this McDonald’s they refused to honor the app And charged me for the free fries I was supposed to get. Then they refused to refund me for the fries because I did it through the app and not with them. To top it off the food was cold and they didn’t put any of the sauces I asked for in the bag. I will never eat at this location again.

    Classic big Mac pack order thru uber eats the meal was so bad one big Mac had cheese and sauce other did not and have no cheese or sauce and patty were so small that it looked like only a big Mac bread very disappointed with my meal

    Note to self: ALWAYS check order before leaving restaurant. Purchased two #7 combos (2 breakfast burritos, hashbrowns, drink), got to destination and opened bag to find NO HASHBROWNS. Nothing infuriates me more. McDonald's - you owe me two hashbrowns.

    I literally waited 15 mins for a hot n spicy and fries while the other vehicles behind me in the drive thru got their orders and were long gone.. the line was long when I got here but I took a chance and here I am about to drive off just about 20 mins later with no order

    It is tues June 14 about a little past 9pm , went to mcdonalds for ice cream and fries, ordered deove to the first window, first young man was talking on the headset using curse words and taking long to give me my change, disrespectful. When i pulled to the 2nd window my order was not ready. I drove up to the 1st waiting parking space. About 2min another young man juat brings up my fries and says thanks you, and im like what! I orderes more, he said what did you order i said don't you see the receipts and he said no. I said the one with the mcflurrys, left came back and just with mcflurrys missing the shake. Fro. There i asked whats going on. He left and didnt say sorry or anyrhing. Called mcdonalda and were very rude i just wanted an apology and stated couldnt give me managers name. Honestly nights at that McDonald's are young and rude. Didnt like the way they treated us.

    It was great to see the dining room open again. I do love McDonald's, this McDonald's was really great and very clean. They're great about getting my order taken care of and getting it to me.
