    Food is burnt, dry, and disgusting. The food here was good for a while but the new management has terrible customer service. The last few times I have ordered pizza it has been almost inedible and chewy. The food consistently feels and tastes like it has been reheated. When I called to have the problem fixed, I was disrespected by a worker and had to argue in order to have new pizza sent to my home. I do not recommend eating here, go somewhere where the staff respect their customers.

    My husband never comes home with an edible cheesy bread (it’s either undercooked or a grease sponge) nor a cooked through pizza. I do not know why he keeps going there. It’s the grossest dominoes i’ve ever experienced

    This location has zero customer service or moral decency in dealing with their customers. Today I placed an order online, ordering lunch for myself and my two kids. When the driver got to my house with the delivery I informed her I had misplaced my wallet and accidentally left it in my fiance's vehicle and she was unfortunately an hour away from returning home due to a doctor's appointment. I asked if I could pay with my teenage daughter's cash app card instead of with cash as I had previously anticipated. The driver said no and then called the manager who seemed to be frustrated with me the second I answered the phone and told me the card wasn't approving the transaction after giving her the numbers twice when I had just looked at my daughter's cash app and saw there was just under $50 on the card.. I asked her if I could provide her driver with a copy of my ID and promised to come in and pay for the food immediately. When my fiance gets home and she refused. So instead of making accommodations for a several year customer, she had the driver take the food back only to throw it away once she got back to the store. Leaving my teenage daughter and adolescent son without the lunch they were looking forward to and me beyond embarrassed over the unfortunate circumstances. Clearly, this domino's location has no sense of decency or customer service and understanding. I will not spend another dime here again and if you have a family you might not want to either, they don't care about you.

    This is suppose to be an extra cheese with “robust tomato sauce”. I don’t know what changed from the past but you guys are not doing it right anymore. I feel like I warmed up a Digorno in the oven. Had to edit, forget to put NEVER GOING BACK.

    It was ok. We ordered delivery because of the special 50% off. We ordered a large thin pepperoni pizza and marbled cookie brownie. Our pizza was delivered cold. The cookie brownie was delivered hot. The pizza barely had cheese on it. The sauce was delicious. The cookie brownie was delicious. We had not ordered from here in a while and I don't think we will again. I recommend that you order at your own risk from this location.

    Assumed I had fake money on me. Assumed my next dollar was fake. Would not let me pay for the finished food unless I can magically run to change my bills to a smaller amount!. My total $43? $48? My cash 50! 100 only on me my card broken only can check out cash! I did an even if the atm gave smaller bills I would have gotten smaller bills. I am newly walking with a cane!! I’m in pain from my day wanted to relax!! Grab pizza and go home! Feed the children! Nope! Said sorry we got fake money and I said mines from a bank! Straight here and nothing my pizza on the counter my drinks on the counter! My change would have maybe went into the tip jar!! If it was under 10! Dollars if it was under 5 dollars I would have taken the 5 and left a 10 oh yes! My smallest amount of cash I had 11 bucks! Had to get my food else where when I wanted dominoes!!! Just assumed my money was fake an said sorry. I left with disappointment! An annoying tiredness

    1st and last time we will have Dominos. Pizza wasn’t cut , wings were stuck to the paper and Cinnamon bread twist were more like burnt hard flat cookies.

    The first and last time I go to dominos on 51st Ave and Southern. I pre-ordered on the app. This was horrible nasty cold and burnt. Pizza wasn't cut. Pizza was hard could not eat it over cooked and the lava cakes was hard as a brick. Wings (chicken nuggets) were stuck to the paper burnt. I called dominos three times. No answer. I emailed them no response. That was a waste of time and money. I took the pizza back they said no refunds because I didn't have a receipt. I said I have an order online I paid for it I have a copy of the online receipt. They said they couldn't take it cuz it wasn't an actual receipt. I said I'm calling corporate they said I don't care. What is corporate going to do. I want my money back $33.35.

    Worst customer service ever. Lost a customer for life. Double charged for bread sticks. Would not give us meranera sauce without paying extra. How sad. When we brought them back one employee grabbed them from in front of us and threw them across the lobby.

    I Can’t Believe management is allowing food to leave the doors to this place. It seems that management don’t care about the customer service that goes on here. We live right around the corner and when we got home our Pizzza was cold. We ask for extra cheese, and it barely had any. The taste wasn’t like an Authentic Domino’s pizza.

    Ordered two pizzas for delivery. The pizza tracking app said it was ready at 5:30, the delivery guy didn’t even leave the store until 6:15. Got to my house almost an hour after the pizza was done. It was disgusting. Cold. Didn’t have the garlic butter on the crust. Never going here again.

    My family and I always have had good experiences from this Domino's. The food is always good. Sometimes the pizza isn't cut perfect but that's okay. It all ends up eaten anyways :) We've received the wrong pizza once but they were able to promptly get that corrected and delivered right away. Thanks for always being awesome!

    I’ve had dominoes for a long time and most of the time it’s a hit and miss on the flavor and service. I can tell you this is probably the best Domino’s order I’ve ever placed and I’m super happy with the outcome. The food was very fresh and hot when it arrived at my house, and the delivery kid was super nice and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant experience

    pizza was ice cold while the bread bites were piping hot...????? No tracking on our pizza, had to call to find out where our pizza was and the driver left it by the door, door wide open and never did that person let us know he left it at the door....so we waited and waited....just a weird order from Dominoes, and we usually have great service, not this time. But it was Suns game night so we just reheated the pizza. But like I said usually it is great!!!

    Since I don’t eat red meat, I ordered two pizzas with no meat. But somehow I ended up with a pepperoni pizza. After calling the store, when asked to upgrade the pizza size since it was their mistake, the person on the phone refused. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

    They gave us burnt pizza after telling me they had no delivery it was burnt , the dog didn’t even want it I complained nothing was done and so I never went back, there’s a lot of other restaurants opening on 59th ave baseline, I’m not missing anything here at Dominos except the Noid 😂 2 new pizza 🍕 places opened up going to give it a try on 59th Ave Baseline and lots more .

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! They should fire all of the employees and go out of business. I've received multiple orders in a row now that were completely wrong and cold/burnt/old. When I called in I was told that "New employees were making mistakes and I wasn't the first order that called in wrong today". How does that correct/fix anything? Was then told I could "come pick up a correct remade order because they are short on drivers or take a store credit (gift card purchase) for a future order". I will NEVER be ordering from here again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on the previous multiple wrong orders. Trash customer service, trash location, trash food.

    Called the Laveen location, unfortunately they hired some middle east company to handle the phone orders, so instead of Laveen handling my order I was sent to a different store with the wrong address and now have to wait for my 100 dollars to get back on my card, what's worse is I have 3 babies to feed, and waited almost 2hours when I was told 30 minutes, not calling them again

    Everytime I've ordered fron this dominoes, right up the street from where I live they fail to make it. Also, I spoke to the manager at the store and she gave me the impression I could ask for correction or go online and never get a solution. I do various reviews on restaurants and such and this was the worst service I've had. Maybe this will reach someone that can do something.👎

    Food is always either cold, undercooked (doughy), or burnt when it arrives. 17 mins from order to door = not properly handled/cooked food. I’ve ordered from this location on at least 4 occasions, twice just this week, and I’ll NEVER order from them again. Cold pizza left on the ground on my doorstep one time and I always check the “hand me my food” box when I order online. I recommend Barro’s Pizza instead.
