There's bugs crawling on the walls and everywhere! Please solve this problem right away restaurant management please! On Friday August 31st, 2022 I've ordered 2 filet-o-fish 1 medium fries 1 happy meal ( plain cheeseburger) 1 Pokémon 1 Apple juice 1 Double Quarter cheese Plain 1 L Coke 1 M Mocha Frappe. The lady that took our order had a bad attitude while taking our order by asking What?!? with a aggressive tone of voice whenever she wanted us to repeat ourselves about our order, most places like this employees usually reply by saying, excuse me, can you repeat that please? nice and professional unlike this lady rude and unprofessional, she also didn't give us the kid thats with us his apple slices and Apple juice until I had to go up to her and tell her. Yeah my opinion she's not McDonald's material, she's needs to find another place to work that fits her behavior.

Went on Saturday night and had to wait forever to get through the line. We were completely still for almost 10 minutes. Got my food to see it was made wrong. Told them NO Onions due to food allergy. My food had onions. Needless to say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Been trapped in their drive through for TWENTY MINUTES it's 9pm on a Sat.. If you can't handle two lanes, close one!!!

When you walk into this location, you already know the kind of service and quality of food you will receive. It's ashame the management let's the environment dictate service and quality. Public officials should be contacted on a daily basis until this part of town is cleaned up. It's such a disappointment when walking down Northern to the tram. McDonald's, being such a big corporation should be voicing there opinions.

I ordered two sausage McMuffins, three Sausage McGriddles, four sausage breakfast burritos and three hash browns. They did not give me my sausage McMuffins or the sauce that I asked for. It's quite frustrating getting home and realizing the order wasn't completed right. Food that I paid for in a car that I provide gas in. In this economy, it can be very frustrating.

I've gone through the drive through twice since this new McDonald's has opened and twice, they got my order wrong. New young staff is showing their inexperience. Although very friendly and personable, I wonder what the management is doing?

Got 2 happy meals for my kiddos. Obviously those turned out great. Kids loved them. I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee with extra caramel. When I took a drink of it, It was so strong (no caramel) and worst of all, a mouth full of coffee grounds. So took it back to have it remade, I received one that tasted better, but they didn't add extra caramel, so it really had no caramel flavor. With what they get paid, a little care would be appreciated when getting orders out. Went there another tome and they gave us old fries. And the last time we went there, gave us the wrong order. Was super slow. Drive through employee was super rude. Had an attitude. Had to keep asking for our items cause we were missing things. This mcdonalds has gone down hill a lot. To make at least $15 an hour and that's how the place is ran is just a joke.

This food was so incredible that words can’t describe it. It was so good that my soul spiritually ascended to god and touched his soul. My life has changed for the better since this experience. I am now a multimillionaire and own multiple billion dollar companies. If you eat here, prepare to get your life changed for the better. 10/10

The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. There's a handicapped entrance for customers using wheelchair. There's also a playground for kids.

Take the kids to the play park inside. It's clean in the mornings and early afternoons and service is usually great. The cashier had mixed up my order but they were able to resolve it almost immediately. The outside is populated w a lot of unhoused folks but they leave you alone for the most part.

Today I ordered a Medium fry and McCafe Frappuccino, and I began to eat the fries until I tasted a strange taste in my mouth. It was ether the taste of 2nd hand smoke, their trash can, or whoever was handling the fries didn't wash their hands after and before returning to their station.

management on every shift puts in extra effort to do the absolute least in terms of customer service, accuracy, and honesty. shameful. false advertisement, lies. employees are loads more competent than their supervisors. you work at mcdonalds its never that serious to lie about.

I simply ordered a large Dr. Pepper soda, after I had ordered my soft drink people who came in after myself ordered food and another customer ordered a cup of water. Somehow they were served before me including the customer whom orderred the water! When I finally did get my soft drink (after waiting at the pick up window for about 8 minutes...) the employee slammed my drink down on the counter giving me a dirty look! And to make it even more of a fun and exciting experience (NOT!) I had to call the employee back over because they forgot to give me a straw with my drink, and there were none available outside in the lobby! Oh what a fun and memorable experience... Ha! Yeah right!

Was bombarded by homeless people asking for money for a drink so I bought 3 drinks and had 1 of the homeless people freak out because I didn't give him the money he threw the drink on ground but the other ones were polite and happy to get a drink. They also apologized for the way he acted. As far as food goes unfortunately my fries were clearly old and not edible and my MCflurry wasn't made correctly either

Decided to use Ubereats today for dinner, ordered a Big Mac deal , plus extra Big Mac. Meal comes with nuggets and didn't get any of our sauces, nuggets aren't good without sauce. Very disappointed.

Yo I have been to a lot of McDonalds in my life I’m sure every one can agree. They’re everywhere so you always encounter different employee attitudes. This location has left me speechless. The customer service and cheerful attitude of the workers here is excellent and not going unnoticed! I enjoyed my big hot cake breakfast and with a great environment this visit was so nice and peaceful.

Of all the McDonald's we have been to (I don't even want to guess how many!) This one is the best! They say "hi" they make sure your order is right. It's like they actually care. I think most McDonald's have decided we will spend our money there no matter what so why bother trying? But this McDonald's does a great job. There are a couple of their people that could use a personality change but for the most part they are friendly accurate and the food is "good' -good for McDonald's. At least your big Mac won't be all over the place and you won't have to "remake" it! And you don't have a hamburger that has so much mustard or ketchup that it seems through the paper! If you are going to McDonald's anyway....this is the one to go to! They get a bit busy sometimes but that is because they are good and it's worth it!

This mcds was quick and friendly. Got a simple breakfast sandwich and coffee. Sandwich was hot and tasty, coffee was hot and fresh. I enjoyed my drive thru visit.

Lately, in the past few weeks, there has been two guys running the drive-through. They are very friendly and attentive, and I really do appreciate that prior to this. The females they get on there are kind of snotty, snarky, and I swear I would never come back again but the two guys here change that they say thank you and a smile at you and they treat you as if you’re somebody

I like this McDonald's it's close to my house but recently they stopped the drinks and tissues not left out have keep asking someone to give them and they take forever to hand it

Do not come here during traffic you will have a really hard time getting out if tryna head west bound… food is fresh hot and good. Service is great

Security guard in Dining room. I get a 99 cent large coffee everyday in the McDonald's app. Wonderful McDonald's employee cleaning the dining room. Wonderful McDonald's employee cleaning the parking lot. Internet fast and free. God Bless America

My little ones absolutely love the play place. It's not the greatest area so sometimes the bathroom is closed (usually always the women's) but the lobby is almost always clean and the fry's are always HOT

I was through the drive through very quickly... food was hit ice cream was good and they didnt mess up my order... so that's always nice...

10:30pm on a Saturday night and they only had one lane open for drive-thru...it was a ridiculously long line, but I waited anyway as it's the closest one to my house. I ordered an ice cream cone and a double cheeseburger. The cone was delicious, while the double was the worst I have ever had from a McDonald's. Even with extra ketchup, it was SO dry you couldn't eat it... even if you wanted to. With such a long line, I figured it would be fresh, but I'm pretty sure it sat under the warmer for several hours. Seriously disappointed! It must be a new rocket science to make sure food is fresh before serving it...maybe they should start teaching that in school...🤔😒

Cold fries. Asked for plane burgers for my kids and got them fully loaded with the stuff we didn't want. And it's coming to a point you can't go to any McDonald's that have any standards in place. If you can't cook a fry properly your not doing your job and McDonald's is better than that or atleast they should be after 80 years

My visit yesterday was great. This Mc is quick, friendly and keep safety procedures in tack, most of the times. Apparently professionalism depends on which manger is working and who really likes thier job. I don't mind paying more as long as what you order is fresh and not been sitting under the lights for half a day. Bravo for those employees who would rather be working than standing at the exit asking you for money.

Good service , and good fast food . Good when on a budget and got kids
