I was the only person at this location. I ordered 1 burger and some tots. I waited for 20 minutes before finally getting my food. Once I got home I realized they somehow managed to burn the bottom bun?? It smells awful.

The food itself was good but after ordering for delivery off of uber eats for $21 I got charged from the restaurant itself as well. I thought maybe it's just a mistake but no one wants to take responsibility so I'm putting it out there. Check your accounts, who knows how many times this has happened and just not been noticed.

One thing I don't understand is that they do the small orders first then worry about the big orders last. I get that it's makes it faster but people waiting outside especially in the heat can take so much heat outside. Why do you think customer get rude with you and to top the off employees were so disrespectful I wanted to ask a question with one of the employees but stood far away , having me speaker loud without it making it rude myself. And the kept coming to us with different orders which we didn't order. I would not suggest this place if it was last resort to eat when it's busy. I would think they would mess up the order.

First off we sat on the patio and we hit the button to order we waited and waited and waited so after getting our food which was so so, I ordered what I always get cc from every other sonic was a soft serve vanilla ice cream with nerds which is just a nerds blizzard but the guy told me he couldn't do that because the nerds would break his machine.... Bullcrap!!!! I mean he didn't just so no I'm sorry he wanted to argue with me about how he couldn't do it kinda funny how every other Sonic does it( guess he has a different machine, Haha😄) Overall not worth going to that Sonic due to having to wait just to order them waiting to get your food if they decide that they want make how you want your food!

After arriving at 7am, I pulled into a stall and used my app to order. After waiting 20± minutes I pushed my Red Sonic button and commenced waiting almost 15 more minutes. NO RESPONSE. While waiting I contacted corporate office and advised of situation. I was promised a refund and after waiting 3 weeks still haven't received my refund of $9.78. I was a long time customer but since this fiasco I will take my business somewhere else.

We just order drinks when we go to sonic. The diet Cherry limeade is delicious and only a few calories. It’s cheaper too if you order through the app.

My stomach hurts. I pulled up to order some simple cheese fries and pop corn chicken. Now My stomach hurts. I recommend the hici fruit punch 😭

Good food, fair pricing, wonderful service. Love their fresh fruit strawberry slushies, with peach flavor added.

order came out wrong, could not understand the strong accent of the order taker, cherry limeade was not a cherry limeade, they ask if I want my change, while waiting for my order I noticed two of the employees putting each other in head locks and clowning around. It used to be a good Sonic, now it seems poor management has infected another location. Only a matter of time before they board this one up and remove the sign.

I placed an online order for almost 40.00 and got all the way home and was missing product. I called and spoke with the manager (Brendin) and had to go all the way back to get my missing product. While back I ordered a large tot and told him that I felt he should comp it since they inconvenienced me. He refused and pretty much said that I was the one who was stupid enough not to check my order before I left. I am a General Manager for a fast food restaurant and when we make mistakes we make it right to the customer. Obviously this manager didn't want to do the right thing. I will not be returning and will be filing a complaint with corp.

Hadn’t eaten there in a long time, stopped and got a couple of breakfast burritos, they were not bad, 2 burritos for under 8 bucks. Worth it

I always start my day eating breakfast here. They are very attentive and the coffee here is the best in town.

This location served the most fresh sonic double bacon cheeseburger fresh dressings crispy bacon and nice and hot ready for dinner time.

If I could leave negative stars I would! This was the worst experience I have EVER had. For MULTIPLE reasons. 1- We waited for almost am hour for food 2- We were told our order was canceled because we ordered in the drive thru and moved to a side spot. WE NEVER MOVED. Our order was taken in the side spot where we sat waited for we to long. They tried to victim blame us because THEY don't known how to do their job. When you have it posted on their signs that they give "same day pay" really shows the kind of staff can get. We just left without any service because if that's how things are ran, you don't deserve our time.

I come to sonic for one thing, the diet cherry limeade. If you haven’t had it, it’s definitely worth getting. If you don’t like diet drinks, or don’t drink diet drinks opt for the normal cherry limeade.

It took us 4 tries to get our order placed. 2 times it seemed no one could hear us. Once we tried the app but it was temporarily not working. We moved to another space and placed it. When we got our order it was missing cheese sauce for the pretzels and the nerds in my grape slushy. The young lady that brought our food was nice. The food was good.

A simple question just and yes you would, or hell no. The only reason I gave them any stars is because of the convenience !

Sonic is usually really great - and we love their drinks!!! But today was challenging to pick up. We LOVE ordering through the app. But we had to go to 3 different spaces at the Greenway location because two of the 3 spaces had black monitors - so they weren’t working. But normally love stopping here.

been here too many times to count and still never got sauce with my order. despite the non-binary worker rudely interrupting to ask what sauce i want. this the epitome of employment for high school dropout who does drugs in the parking lot on break. be careful they might slip a xanax in your food

Amazing little place to grab a quick bite and get super friendly service. I've been going here for years and it just keeps improving! Audrey is amazing and super friendly! I messed up and ordered the wrong thing a while ago and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this location and the chili cheese coney!!

So we love sonic. Everything. However, lately I have been getting rancid tasting cheesecake in my blast and shakes. Beware. I have not had problems with food. Only shakes and blasts.

Jalapenos added to burgers and corn dogs! It's like going to the fair in a drive thru. So many drinks. Roller skates must make people happy, the smiles are abundant.

The staff are friendly, busy, and have wonderful attitudes. Food was delicious and fast.

Great food but their double cheeseburgers and grilled cheese are tiny now. I thought I was getting a sausage and biscuit lol

Ordered a chilli cheese tot and recieved a chilli cheese hotdog with 2 bland limeade slushes. Sent it all back.... THEN.... they gave me the same blandly made slushes again. If the way you made it the first time FAILED..... HELLO!?!?

Service was quick and thorough. Burger was as I ordered it and tasty. Fries were not very fresh, which makes them inedible. Hot fries get 5 stars!

This is my go to spot for dinner and lunch because of the easy and discounted way to order through the app. Great slushies when it is hot as hell out.
