Some of the best Mexican food in the valley. Best pozole in hundreds of miles if not thousands. Do yourself a favor and try it. Your palate will thank you.

Pozole could be a bit hotter (warmer)it is definitely a good pozole. I also tried a pambaso, and that one was great. It's an old place, but it goes with the saying of a good hole in the wall. Service was polite. I will go back!

Best Pozole of my life!! The meat is incredibly tender and the Rojo broth is packed with flavor. Would highly recommend this place!! Great prices & huge portions too - tacos only $2. Ingredients seemed really fresh! Friendly servers! Sketchy neighborhood though. Do NOT walk from the hotel even if it’s five minutes.

I've been here four times now and it's always excellent. The pozole is my favorite in Phoenix, always very clean tasting, good portions and flavor. The establishment itself is also tidy and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. Service is always very friendly, whether I've sat down to eat or taken food to go.

They truly have the best Green Chile Pozole! It's so delicious! Not to spicy, and not salty. Location isn't the greatest, but it doesn't keep us from going to get Pozole.

Delicious pozole! Tacos not as much. More onion than meat. Seating limited on a busy Sunday at 11 AM. 15 min wait for food to go after ordering and paying. 3 tacos 1 pozole. If you go to a restaurant with a food dish in its name go for that. Get the pozole not the tacos.

I had the giant quesadilla with carne asada. Hand made tortilla,green salsa was good. Service was friendly and prompt.

This little hole in wall..doesn't look like much..mainly because of the erea...But if want the best pozoleand or menudo for those early morning hangover cure...this is the place the servings are more then enough and the prizes are not pricey at all....this is my spot on early Saturday mornings

Whenever I am craving Menudo, I can always count on this place. It was fresh tasting, had a little spice to it and steaming hot like it had been cooking all morning. Hands down the best Menudo I had here in AZ so far. Two thumbs up.👍🏽 👍🏽

Happened to stop by for lunch after flying into Phoenix. Service and food were absolutely amazing. This has set a high bar for the rest of the restaurants on our trip! Price was super reasonable, $30 for 2.

I’ve driven past this place numerous times and never noticed it at all. My sister had pozole from here and recommended it. It’s two minutes from my home. We will definitely order again. The red and white pozole are so flavorful and delicious! 10/10 recommend!!

I had the menudo and it unfortunately was not for me. It was a red menudo and I prefer white, but even for a red menudo it wasn't good. It was too spicy and it removed the menudo flavor. I also tried a bite of a fish taco and it wasn't good. My husband had meat with rice and beans and he liked it. Service was good.

I've only had menudo here and it was delicious. the wait time was a little long but not to bad it was busy for a Sunday. If you choose to eat inside it's a little cramped. Overall great so far. 👌

Delicious!! Don’t judge a book by its cover. My guy didn’t feel safe in this area.. but we decided to stay and good thing we did! Food Was AMAZING. Flavors, wow. Service was great! Make sure you get there in time. It gets VERY busy. You can also order to go. Fire! We will be back!

This is the place for pozole. We had the red and green. Both were great, not skimpy with their portions. It might not be in the best neighborhood but don't let that stop you from getting great food.

I was in town visiting a friend, we picked this place because it is close to the airport and has great reviews. Oh boy, the reviews were spot on. The food here is fantastic! I had huarachon with carnitas, my friend had asada - both were so good. I was quite hungry - we asked if they had chips and salsa or something quick I could munch on while we wait. They brought us some tostadas and salsa - both the red and green salsa were great! I will absolutely be back here next time I am in Phoenix. I have serious doubts about finding a place in Denver whose huarachon are as good as the one I had at Pozoleria.

Not too many food options within walking distance of our hotel, we were looking for comfort food and stumbled on their family-run pozoleria. How do you want your pozoleria (Mexican soup). Red, green, white, with pork or chicken, it’s a healthy serving for not much $

The food was amazing. However, the location was not very good. Lots of homeless outside that were obviously on drugs and screaming at each other. I still would go again though because the Pozole Rojo was amazing.

Huevos Rancheros delicious.my usual. Yesterday tried the Enchilada style burrito very spicy and delicious. Be nice if better location very small parking area with trucks blocking while making deliveries and the homeless surrounding the area. Their store a little small and with they offered fountain drinks. The waitress always nice helpful and checking to see if they can bring anything and food is good.

Finally!! We found menudo that made my husband very happy. I had the Pozole Rojo and it was also very good. Although the portions were hearty, we still ordered a huarache and it was the best I've had. The reviews are right. Delicious food, good price and definitely worth the wait for a table. We'll be back regularly.

Yum great Mexican food!!! But had to wait 1 hour to receive my order and horrible parking lot. Otherwise great. :)
