We've had good experiences here in the past, but tonight was a huge bummer. We ordered two pizzas online for pickup and when we went to get them, the store had closed (at least) two hours early. I understand that stuff happens, but they should have updated the online ordering system to prevent us from placing an order and driving over there. We received no notice of order cancelation/error.

They need to teach their staff what the toppings are! I always order green bell pepper and they never get it right. They end up putting roasted peppers (pickled) or jalapeños. My most recent order was missing toppings I paid for too.

As a black patron of the establishment ... I was treated so rudely by a black cashier and was asked to leave because the new black male making my pizza could not hear me over the fans in the background. I proceeded to point at the toppings i wanted on my pizza and they took me as being rude. After completing my pizza the young black female cashier said "we don't need your attitude". After asking what attitude was given ... she said could leave. No other persons were in the establishment. So left with no pizza. Normally there are 3 or 5 persons working and I have never been treated like this.

What happened to this place? It use to be wonderful. Last night was terrible. The place was dirty, lights burnt out, bathroom was nasty. The staff was very rude and offended that we wanted them to wait on us. The staff eating and drinking on the front counter. We will not be back.

It was my first time at this place and I can say that I absolutely loved it. I love that I can create my own pizza and add unlimited toppings and there is no extra charge. The pizza in the picture I have attached has a protein substitute and it tastes amazing. This is something that no other pizza place offers in terms of meat substitutes for vegetarians and vegans. The cost is reasonable and it’s a very short wait while they cook your pizza. I definitely recommend this place and I will eat there again whenever I am in Arizona.

I love fired pie pizza! I have not tried their specialty pizza yet. Every time I have visited I have tried to build your own pizza. Even during lunchtime when it is crowded the service is pretty fast. Their salad menu looks pretty good as well I may try that in the near future. I love there a thin though and the pizza has always been cooked perfectly. It’s never burnt crispy. The place is organized and clean. Parking is pretty easy. I have only tried another pizza joint that is similar to fired pie until recently but after going to fired pie it has become my favorite pizza place! 🤍 lovely place for a quick lunch take out!

I love the pizza at fired pie. Pizzas are always hot, fresh, quick and the best indegredients. I also like how they offer specialty pizzas on a regular basis. If you haven't tried fired pie, you are missing out.

Tailah made the absolute best veggie pizza for all times and the girl who answered the phone did an amazing job of making aure my pizza was made at the time I requested and picked up hot. I order alot of pizzas but this one has got to be my favorite of all times.

This location is neglected. Staff is friendly, but you can't use rewards here. They leave all the toppings in that fridge, just cover and close it. I went late one night and then again when they opened the next morning, and the toppings didn't look like they were in great shape. When I asked if there was different garlic or ham available, was told there isn't. I'm just concerned about food poisoning and my inability to use or earn rewards here.

Delicious food AND the pizza was a cauliflower crust! So good. Price was perfect. I'm full AND had leftovers. Wonderful service!

Fernando manager was awesome. I drove 20min away from the closest one to me bc the manager doesn't put all I'm asking on my pizza. I will definitely be coming to this location! Great job 👍👏 Fernando 💯

Went to fired pie today and received terrible service from Kalicia. Management feel free to reach out to me! New experience on 10/6/23. I have no idea what’s going on here. The staff almost seems to hate their customers. Thankfully the manager or whoever he was saw that nobody was assisting me, after making eye contact with me and decided to assist. Unfortunately his pizza making skills were terrible. Attached is a pic of their pizza for your own consideration. The guy just squirted a couple lines of sauce and threw a few toppings on there. Save yourself the money and frustration and do not visit this location.

Thanks guys, for another yummy pizza! I've been away from the valley for a few years, and the craving was fierce. The place had nobody when I came in and I don't know about you, but I love when I don't have to deal with a bunch of people! Win win! 😆

Will not be returning to this location and would not recommend coming here if you are gluten free. I have been here twice, both online orders. The first time was a few weeks ago and I had a poor service experience. It was a non-Friday weekday afternoon and not busy at all. When I walked up to the counter to pick up my order, there were two employees, one of whom was a man behind the register who literally ignored me. I stood there for several minutes before he walked to the back and then the other woman employee helped me. I got my pizza and it was tasty. I decided to give this place another chance. Again I returned tonight having made the same online order. I picked up the pizza and was walking away from the counter when the employee told me that the pizza was not the gluten free cauliflower crust I had ordered. I could not eat this regular non-gluten free pizza crust. (Granted I would have noticed this wasn’t cauliflower crust by the time I got home and tried to eat it.) Then it was unclear if I’ll actually be refunded because the system said I paid with Amex, and I don’t even have an Amex card. The employees also implied it was my fault they couldn’t reach me even though my phone number is on the level up account (??). This place seriously needs to educate its workers on food allergies, and if they don’t have a product available, customers shouldn’t be able to order it online.

The Place Is Wheelchair Friendly. Great Place To Have Children Parties. Food Is Made Fresh To Order. Prices Are Right. The staff is friendly.

Orderd online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there 20 minutes later our meal hadn't even been put together. The store had no line and 3 workers with no since of urgency. If your going thier for pick up just place your order in person other wise its a waste of time. Just go to mod pizza for quicker service.

The pizza was spectacular! The price was comparable. The staff was really friendly and the food was fresh. I enjoyed the smoky taste of a good fire baked pizza. The location is great. Can't say much more than that. Highly recommended by this guy!! You gotta go and have a great pie!!

I bought a margarita pizza and large drink the pizza was okay but they had no plates. So we had to use napkins not only were me and my party not okay with no plates so we're the couple next to us. I do not plan on going back unless I take it home because I feel if you eat at the restaurant you should be able to eat on plates not napkins...

I used to come to this place all the time to get their salad I come in todayAnd the young lady tells me that they cannot warm up the chicken for the chicken Caesar salad all this time I've been getting this and then she gets an attitude with me I feel that they need more training And the last time I was here the young lady was doing everything with her gloves on touching the phone moving the pizza stick and she was going to make my salad with the same gloves on by reaching in getting the salad by me saying something to her she was offended by that I won't patronize them again

I ordered 3 pizzas online for pickup at 11:55 for lunch. It's 12:40 and I am just getting my pies. I will never order lunch here again.

I love fired pie but this location is absolutely the worst no one ever works here seems like the close every day, they close the one on 19th that was the best so this os the closest to our house, went here last week at 6 they said they are closing because the ran out of dough, can back yesterday said they close at 8 got there at 7 and it was locked, came back today had a paper sign up says their closing at 7:30 got there at 7:20 they were already closing didn't have the crust we need and the two guys didn't want to go in the back and look, her shrugged his shoulders and told oh well, don't go here. I give it a zero

This location has really gone done hill! I'm assuming they're under new management. The employees always have an attitude, they're very stingy with the ingredients, they always burn our pizzas or rotolis the tea is always watered down and the short girl with the glasses is extremely rude! I remember when the blonde girl was the manager all the employees were always in a good mood, respectful and everything seemed to be in order. Now this place sucks! you just walk in and you can feel the negative energy.

Every single employee was so helpful and full of joy! A smile really does go a long way! It was truly a pleasure to be treated with authentic customer service. I told them I was a little extra with my order and they accommodated with no issues and just provided amazing customer service it was refreshing and just what I needed. Thank you Fired Pie :)
