They just threw half a tomatoe on the burger, they took an order with attitude at the ordering station, the cashier murmered and seemed mad for no reason. I'm pretty sure they did this on purpose, but I don't blame the regular employees entirely. I think the supervisor is responsible for poor employee behavior leading to poor customer service. I was with my family and just threw away the food since I can't trust this McDonald's after seeing that. They ruined our evening for no reason. It's really messed up on their part.

Everytime we have been to this location of McDonald's we always get bad service. Rude workers. Customer service is a loss cause. My husband talked to the manager 2 times. We honestly believe the management do not care as well. It's not like we're trying to get people fired, but at least talk to your co-workers to your staff about how to give good customer service. At least fake the funk. So we no longer will go to this McDonald's.

I ordered a Caramel Frappe with some food and when they delivered my food they said they were waiting on the frappe. Well its been 30 minutes so I ask them where its at and they tell me they don’t have caramel frappe’s. They refuse to refund me or let me get a different drink for the same price. Im never coming here again.

Not impressed with the people at drive-thru the evening of my visit.. had to repeat order four times before it was correct.. either had the only two people at the drive-thru working that night or speed of service that seemed highly attainable with basic effort at this location

Ordered a Big Mac, quarter pounder, and fries. The fries were over cooked and old. Just gross. The Big Mac was at least several hours old, maybe days. All 3 buns were as tough as shoe leather I one side and like stone on the other. It appears they were trying to get rid of food rather than make it fresh for the paying customer. Now, I had to go back, spend my time and gas to go get a fresh burger. Do they care? No. Any compensation for their deliberately giving me bad food to try and save a dollar? No. Who ever is running that smoke show should be fired, possibly jailed for potentially poisoning the public. Is McDonald’s that hard of a job? Losers!

Never have things that add up, no soda, no straw's cheese no burgers, the service is very poor, too many homeless people sitting inside, there's an nasty smell of old mop water the list goes on. I'm sorry it's in a good location for me but I'll drive the extra mile to get happy meals. This location is trash!

This McDonald's probably needs new management they are so unorganized. The leadership I just witnessed wasn't leadership at all instead of coming to help their employee at the front she was cackling in the back and ignoring customers. There's no way a mobile order should show its ready for pickup if it isn't even prepared yet. Hopefully the managers can get more customer service training

I was in the bathroom this morning and an employee was also using the bathroom and a manager (I assume) came in and started yelling her name as if she had been in there forever it had literally been a few minutes. I will definitely make sure corporate knows how this location treats their employees. It is ridiculous a poor girl can’t use the restroom without being yelled at. The girl was in tears when she came out. It makes me so angry that she was treated this way. Usually when I see her she is smiling. The manager needs a lesson on how to treat people!

I waited in line for 10 minutes waiting to order while 3 cars from other lane passed me. While waiting a cop was walking by the cars apparently investigating something. I waited another 5 minutes to get to first window. When they gave me my food they said they never got my smoothie. I specifically said I wanted a medium Mango Pinapple smoothie when cashier asked if there was anything else. Then they repeated back to me. But when I got to second window they said it never went through. I asked for a manager, we talked for a minute then they disappeared. Meanwhile a homeless guy comes up to my car. 5 minutes later the manager comes back and says smoothie machine is broken. This was the slowest fast food restaurant ever. The service was poor, and outside restaurant was unappealing. If I could give lower rating I would.

Order my food in the drive-thru only to get just my fries had to wait 25 minutes to get the rest of my order and when I got my burgers were cold from the waiting I went back inside to get fresh Hot burgers felt like they just warmed the same burgers I gave them gave back to me! I will not be going back to McDonald's!!!!! Plus half of the staff was hanging outside in the park a lot with garbage all over the sidewalk. One was smoking her hookah walking to the bus stop with another coworker with his headset on his head to the bus stop! The owner of this McDonald’s establishment needs to see how his employee's customer service and the quality of food that is given to paying customers.

I go to this McDonald’s a lot. Usually in the morning to get a sausage burrito with mild sauce. When I do this most the time, this location always tells me that they do not have mild sauce. It really makes me upset because they always give me hot sauce and I do not like hot sauce. However, this morning I just want to point out that the lady at the drive-through despite everybody else telling her that they didn’t have any she found some and she just made my day! Thank you so much to that lady who kept looking and found some mild sauce for me!

Fast service, fresh meal.

Just the worst ever, purchased a big mac hamburger and got one with out the top bun . It looked like the thing was flung across the room to be put in the box. You just can't make up these things.

Cashier was not pleasant at all to me

Worst food ever! My double quarter pounder was super dry and burnt. And it was not even the slightest bit hot. Plus there was only a dab of ketchup and mustard. The fries were just barely warm. They had no good flavor and were unsalted They quickly turned cold and stale. The only good thing I got was hot chocolate and at that temperature you couldn't even call it HOT, Luke warm chocolate. Having just left the hospital where I didn't get to eat we stopped at this location before getting on the freeway. Never wasting my money there again!

It was a good location and friendly service. The place was clean and food was fast and good. Though there is nothing over the top about this location it maintains its standard.

Service was quick. Restaurant was very clean even though it's a high volume location. Larry at the front counter always has a smile and goes above and beyond to greet and take care of whoever walks in the door.

So, I came into this location trying to order food.. weren't busy or anything and I was trying to place order cause paying cash. Well they kept insisting on me using the kiosk, kiosk doesn't take cash, and would have to use employee anyways. Not that employees were busy, the Manager on duty was Christina, very rude and disrespectful toward guests, told the employee that explained I wanted to order at register, no he needs to use the kiosk... Very disappointed.

I was hungry but not anymore. I went through the drive through to get breakfast, the staff didn't listen to what I asked. I had ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffin without cheese and 2 hot n spicy patty. I got a Mcmuffin w/ cheese and 2 sausage patty instead. This isn't the first time they mess up my order its an every time I go to this location. Horrible service!

The Manager Angela (very pretty Spanish women with blue eyes) customer service is amazing above & beyond. Angela is if not one of the best Managers I've experienced and seen at work. SHE IS AMAZING. It's busy at lunch she is fast and accurate and servicing EVERYTHING she's every where super helpful caring efficient and with a genuine smile you can feel the quality. She makes the community look great a women Manager I will always be proud of and remember. She's magic no wonder shes the Manager🤯😃

They have a lot of stuff out of stock. Food came out fast but you really need to do your own order on those machine. If you’re not familiar or stuck behind someone not used to it, it can be wait. Overall clean place but could be run better

I requested a fresh pot of coffee, as it's 3pm, and didn't want old coffee. Got old bitter coffee anyways. You can't brew coffee in 50 seconds. Anyways, this location has seen better days. Used to be my favorite.

Ordered and paid through the mobile app. They were out of 4 items, and directed me to request a refund through the app. The McDonald’s mobile app team says that the store is supposed to give me the refund. Now this store won’t answer their phone, and I cannot get my money back.

Order food through drivr thru and they make me wait in curbside pickup. So they can keep there times down in drive thru.

Drive thru ordered and paid for one McChicken sandwich THEN WAITED 25 minutes for them to bring it out to us, but since they never brought it, had to go inside to get the sandwich!! Had to wait in line to tell them. There excuse was "we don't know what happened to it" and had to remake it. But it was not what I ordered! 35 min later I finally got my drive thru chicken sandwich.

Not only did they lie and try to say they dont serve lunch at eleven but you cant even get refills. Im guessing both of these are not bwcause you cant but because theyre just to lazy to do either. What mcdonalds doesnt serve lunch at 11? A awful place. Someone called it a prison mcdonalds. A real awful store dont go. Theres a taco bell down the street. Id give negative stars if i could. Anytime I've ever made the mistake of coming here it's a 30 minute drive thru experience if no one is in line. I suppose I deserve it but for your sake skip this location and go to any other McDonald's. This one is subpar for fast food and that's saying something.

Like several of these reviews, I ordered around 5 meals with fries and the fries were COLD, they almost didn't give you frozen ones. It doesn't make sense for them to take so long with your food if its doesn't gonna be warm. We ask for sauces, no sauces and they mistake my cheeseburger meal, and the staff in general doesn't seem to care or seem annoyed when you ask the for stuff such as straws or napkins that they are supposed to give you with your order.

Everyone was friendly. Pick up was orderly Manager fixed the error in my order. Family loved their breakfasts, extra expresso shots and macchiato. Customers are friendly too.

The food was okay nothing special. I remember the fries used to be better. I think Wendy's has surpassed them in the fries department. According to taste... But to each his own some people may still love McDonalds. No hate here just an opinion. I'd eat here again.

McDonald’s has really stepped up their games these days. For instants, they have added additional business —not only from there a drive-through and a 24 hour service, but also a ton of door Dashers and GrubHub-ers flocking through their golden arches. Very busy as you come into the entrance as the employees are more in the back then in front of the cash register. Though the quality of fast food order Delivery has gone down, the smiles in those McDonald’s fries are something to always cheer. Add a Big Mac and a shake and “I’m loving it!!”

Ordered 2 happy meals and the lady taking the order was so cheerful and nice. However, the order was missing items. I was already home by the time I realized that. Whoever is packing the orders didn't do a good job.

I have to be honest. Usually I don't comment of fast food chains because it is always the same thing that you can get, but I went to grab a Sunday and first of all, they don't have Sundays (it's a McDannalds, how can you not have Sundays???). So I changed to a McFlurry M&M's and they were able to also mess up that one by only mixing the first inch of the Flurry.... come on.. you have the machine, just swirl it all the way.. don't make me do it and mess up all my ice cream.... What a shame... Never coming back

Good McDonald's branch. Excellent service regular McDonald's menu and great value food for a quick meal breakfast lunch or dinner. Easy parking and professional friendly staff.

This McDonalds is clean, comfortable, and efficient. Lots of helpful staff on hand. Kiosks are available for those who wish to place their order without social engagement. Food quality is typical McDonalds, so I guess you could say my expectations were adequately met.
