We ordered noodles, sweet and sour pork, sesame and orange chicken. Mija says she rates it 10 stars! Traffic was minimal to none. We were in and out for dinner at 7pm in 10 minutes. Servings are extremely generous and we are never disappointed. Try this hole in the wall that I've been coming to for more than 20 years. U wont regret it. Best egg drop soup ever. Those crunchy things that u can add to it are so good here. Sesame chicken was so fresh and crunchy. Noodles are always amazing. Broccoli is 🔥🔥🔥 its my 7 year Olds favorite. Try it. $12.00 for this friendly spot to go plate of gold. Great customer service. 10 stars!!!

I drive to location from Mesa. Good food. Better if you eat in or if you do Carry Out open your tray so food don't get sweaty. Prices have gone up and understand.

Best Chinese food that I’ve ever tried! I’ve been going since I was in my moms stomach before I even born! Hands down the most amazing food I’ve ever had. My mom said that most kids wanted McDonald’s after a doctors appointment but I would always tell her, since I was young that I wanted May garden. Every time I want to think about my childhood I come here and enjoy their savory food. Always going to be a fan of May garden

$12 per person (lunch, dinner is more expensive) but there's only about 10 items to choose from & half are not even Chinese! (fried chicken, onion rings, Pico de Gallo) Chicken was bland, you could just taste grill...

May Garden is an absolute staple of Chinese food restaurants and the best in my opinion. We've been eating here for 30+ years and it's as good now as it was back then! If you've never been here it's an absolute must and the employees are the best and always friendly! Now the food we always have take out and its $13 per plate but don't let that hold you back if you're on a budget one take out plate feeds two people till your full and you might have some left for later!

Definitely not a place I would go for the price point it’s kinda high but understandable if you frequent cheap mediocre Chinese joints. Was starving and just pulled up here on a whim and I honestly got persuaded Because I read all the great reviews and it was nearby. Upon my first play I noticed that some stuff was watery low quality or unflavored fall. I gave it another shot and still went on to get more food to try. It was a busy hall at the moment too but the more I looked the more I unfinished plates I saw. For example the phrase zucchini was all soggy an undercooked of the egg drop soup tasted watery. The more I tried new plates the more everything on display in the buffet looked like horrendous grotesque carcasses. I kid you not I bit into the egg foo young and it looked gray and scary. The only thing I would come back for was the Sesame chicken but even after my third play of a small portion I’ve been to a joint/bone in grossed me out. Friendly service but very low quality food and establishment. Definitely not a place to go for 14$ but I would deadass only play 7$ or be way happier with fresh fake Chinese like Panda Express.

This will probably be my new favorite no frills Chinese buffet. Staff were very kind, food was hot and fresh on the buffet. The whole place, while the decor was a little dated, was extremely clean. The floors were immaculate and in the 25 minutes I was there I think they wiped off the buffet 2 or 3 times. And to top it off, all you can eat lunch was $14 with tax and with a drink. Honestly not sure how you could beat that. I like 30 minutes away but will definitely be back.

My family has been going here for YEARS & we never get tired of it! Each time I’ve gone the consistency of the food has been the same (which is great especially because it’s all buffet style). I love it so much I decided to have my birthday dinner there this year (: their egg drop soup is amazing, but the eggrolls are THE BEST EVER. Sweet&sour pork, sesame chicken, & their rice are always out go-to entrees. The price is actually really good considering the amount of food you get. For $1 more you can request a takeout box instead of dining in & let me tell you, you’ll definitely get your moneys worth because they stuff that To-go box to the rim. (: same owner for years and he’s so sweet, and kind. Last time I was there he was physically helping a woman in a wheelchair get her food and brought it to her table. He could’ve easily asked one of the waitresses to do it but he did it himself. He really is a nice man and is so great to all of his customers. It’s in an older building & the inside hasn’t been redecorated since 1999 but trust me that won’t change the taste of their food. Absolutely one of my favorite places to go. Family atmosphere, sweet people working there, and great food. What else could you want? Highly recommend this restaurant!

This has been one of the harder posts I've had to rate personally. For me, this was like the McDonalds version of an Asian buffets. Limited options as it only contained one buffet line and vanilla ice cream. You purchase your lunch or dinner at the front with the drink of choice. For lunch it's 12.95 and for dinner it's 13.95. As you will see, in the below pictures, they will charge a 2.5% fee for using debit/credit card. The other reason I put this rating is you can see the wait staff eating (nothing wrong with eating as they do deserve it for working :-)) around the drink and serving area. I am glad I got to experience this, but I won't be back.

Low cost but very, very limited food choices for an all you can eat. Beef and broccoli, sweet and sour pork, ginger chicken, fried chicken, orange chicken and that is all other than some salad items and 2 soups. Sticky table too

The service was great but the food in my opinion wasn't tasty at all!! Food quality of this place has went downhill tremendously since my last visit 3yrs ago Definitely won't be returning.

I've been eating at this buffet for 20 years. Unfortunately it seems like the quality is definitely suffering, taste is just not the same! 😶

My wife and I just ate there with our baby girl. The service was EXCELLENT. This place is a hidden treasure. I'm a server at Denny's, (Link), and I'm telling you, they were attentive. Not overbearing. As soon as our drinks were almost empty, they were filled quickly. Great soups!! Thank you so much.

Chinese food buffet (all-you-can-eat) type restaurant, decent taste, bid postion, reasonable price (price may subject to change in future).

Always fresh and hot, always clean and organized. Customer service is top notch! Their genuine care for the community is amazing, ( if you look at their corner by the register, you can see what they have donated) 🥳🥳🥳 * TIP* If you want ribs, that's dinner time!😋😋

Decent price, especially with a drink included. It's a small buffet not a lot of choices, BUT what they have is so good (maybe take a look at the selection before committing). Everything was fresh they were busy so I'm not sure how fresh it is on a slow night. It's a nice little hole in the wall spot that I'm glad I didn't pass up. Oh and real vanilla soft serve not the ice milk most buffets have.

This is my husband's favorite place to get Chinese cuisine. I personally can take it or leave it. However, it is a pleasant family experience. The food is delicious albeit limited in choice.

Terrible service. They are a buffet for goodness sake. Why does it take 25 minutes to get a to go order when they have the food sitting right in front of them. Poor management. Its not like your getting the food for free. if you see your customers are waiting a long time then hire more help.

Will never be back, ate half a plate after paying $30 for 2 people. Food has zero flavor. This is my first time leaving a review at any restaurant/fast food store ever. If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. I don’t understand how it was so busy while the food is no good.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. It has always been my favorite Chinese buffet choice of place. I love the egg drop soup because it also has healthy veggies: peas, carrots, water chestnuts & mushrooms.
