Went for dinner. Had S'Mac & Cheese double patty, delicious. Smash tots. Water cup. WiFi was speedy. Waitstaff friendly. Dining room & restroom was clean. I'd definitely go back

Great Burgers and Fries. Service is good and outdoor seating. Standard prices. Messy food, but in good way. Parking is somewhat challenging during rush hour. Easy menu to read. All safety covid protocols are in place. Well lit and surrounded by a lot of other options. Great webpage and delivery available.

Burger had pink spots which could lead to Illness. I paid for the Aged Swiss but instead received regular Swiss. The fries were not great. Just thrown together without much rosemary & Garlic. These are both usually good. Could of been A bad day for the staff there. Still not A bad place to grab A burger. Prices are still over priced with the amount of quantity they give. UPDATE! I decided to give Smash Burger another shot. This time they delivered. The fries were tasty again & the burger was not pink. I changed the rating from 3-4.

This was the worst, I mean WORST place if you want fresh, clean, non contaminated food. Of all people the MANAGER on duty Dirty blonde hair. Screaming to her kids on the phone while cooking burgers for guests. No gloves!! Switching hands to hold her phone. Hair is all over the place not pulled back or in a hairnet! Touching the meat bare hands while on the grill. Touching hair face and again her dirty phone while cooking. Never once washed her hands! She then walks to the back I’m guessing to take a bite of her lunch because she came back to flip the burgers she left cooking and was eating something over the meals she was preparing. Then process to call another person still no gloves. And then serves the guest these meals!!!! This is absolutely disgusting. The cashier was very sweet and cleanly. She was on top of things her station was sanitized and tidy. I want to say her name is OLOUSER That’s what the receipt says but she was amazing! This manager needs to learn from her staff!

I think they take the name Smashburger a little to literal. I've never had a smashed sandwich so flat before. The grilled chicken was so thin. My poor little sandwich was placed on the very bottom of 2 big burgers. They places 3 sandwiches and 3 fries in a small bag. Skills lol.

Garbage. Ordered the smoked bacon brisket burger. Brisket was way over cooked and the burger was assembled by someone wearing mittens. Couldn't pick it up. Counter girl was helpful. Only reason for one star. Concept was there, but when the kitchen staff doesn't care about the food you get what I got. Literally had to spit it out

Ordered online for the first time the other day. Just a double bacon burger with fixings wasn't bad, tasted pretty good. Patties weren't overly cooked. Just a bit pricey for one burger in my opinion.

Ordered Smashburger and didn't receive what I ordered. I took pictures of my order and of the receipt. Where's my Root Beer? And hoping this is truly a Gluten Free bun ... because it looks completely different than the GF buns I've ordered in the past. I'm looking at a smashburger with different cheese, I'm looking at smashfries when I ordered regular and I'm missing a root beer. I have a feeling this is not my order and I probably won't risk eating the bun ... which means I probably won't be ordering from them again. Bummer. Guess it's Culvers!!

I must say, this particular location wouldn't have gotten this review in the past, but they've slowly improved, and with so many locations now closed, I'm happy this last visit was a success! Keep up the good work smadhburger! We had their limited time only Mac n Cheese dbl burgers, w/fries and our favorite Brussel Sprouts appetizers, everything was delicious!

Use mail coupons to bring the price to a reasonable amount. They no longer mail out coupons. 😞

This place was clean and the service was good. The burgers took about 15 minutes to arrive and we paid almost 25 dollars. YES ITS BETTER THAN FAST FOOD BUT YOU PAY FIR THAT ‘BETTER’. If you don’t mind that stop by this place

Not bad, not great. Not cheap, not expensive, better than burger king though. In and out is fresher, Lenny's is the best. Great French fries though 👍

Overall ok experience. Not busy at all. Service was good and food came out fast. The food tasted good but it was too greasy for our liking as well as being very expensive for what you got. We tried the Reese's shake and it was good. The restaurant was very clean.

Good burgers for sure. The only thing I would like to change is, I like my burgers to be cooked, medium - medium rare. Apparently I can't have it that way here. Other than that I really like the Truffle mushroom swiss double. 🔥

Amazing spicy chicken sandwich! More chicken than bread which was nice. It was hot n fresh and I made a mess! 😝 The only downside was the sparse toppings ... It needed more sauce/pickles!

You'd think service is a protected commodity as I stood in front of the order desk several minutes while the order taker ignored me. Once I was greeted the communication was labored by failure to listen, completency, and arrogance. Disturbing. Had I been the franchise owner and been there, that person would have been fired on the spot. Food was good. Clean and presentable.

"Food is always great by my soda was flat and warm." This was my door dash review but because it's negative it was declined to be posted. Makes me wonder how many negative door dash reviews for them have not gone up.

Food was great, but the staff was kinda rude and my order was wrong. I ordered ahead of time using Grubhub. I walked in and the girl behind the counter said she “just put in my order” and I needed to wait 10 minutes…. Fine …. I wait and my order is wrong. I showed the girl my receipt and she said that her ticket was different than my my receipt, which took another 15 minutes to correct. By the time I got my food some of it was cold. If you want to waste your time and eat cold food, this is the place to go.

I've been before and found them, mmmhh. But I stopped in to give it another run and Wow. The burger was outstanding. It was the lunch rush, so the service was as good as could be expected. The atmosphere is adequate, better than big chain, but still.

My first time getting some grindage from Smashburger and they did not disappoint. I wasn't extremely hungry so I decided on the single Colorado burger. It wasn't very busy so the burger was delivered pretty quickly. It was nice and hot fresh from the grill. I was extremely satisfied with it and as a veteran, I greatly appreciate the fact they offer a discount for veterans and first responders. Thank you very much for a delicious burger 🍔🍔🍔 Smashburger.

another fantastic burger, but I did learn an important lesson: before you place your order, check to make sure there is not a HUGE phone order ahead of you so that you don't have to wait 45 minutes to get your food

Average burger, not terrible, not great.. Tried a couple of different burgers, and none blew me away. When you want to try something different and don't want to wait in lines from in & Out or Canes, this isn't a terrible option.

Danial, who I think was the manager, was outstanding. I get it, you walk in ti a smash burger and kinda just expect a run of the mill burger chain, but Danial elevated that experience to something completely unexpected. Professional, welcoming, and on top of it. The whole staff was great, but Danial really upped my opinion of smash burger.

Their burgers are awesome! The burger patties are smash seared, which gives them a little crispy-crisp on the outside and also keeps them juicy in the middle. I don't know what it is about their buns but they are next level delicious. The toppings seem high quality too. I wish they had more locations.

Went to try the bacon brisket double burger. The Smash fries are good, but having them in the same tray as the burger results in a burger bun soaked in oil, meaning you're best off eating with a fork and knife. The burger was alright, but the brisket was underwhelming. The truffle mushroom burger was pretty good. Totally would get that again.

Ordered food to bring back home. 5 mins away. Fries seem to get cold fast. I need a "hack" to keep them warm. I recommend eating in the restaurant.

The other day, my husband and I were craving a good burger. Smashburger came to mind, and we headed straight over there. We have never been disappointed with any of their burgers, but the Colorado burger rules. They use a Chipotle bun, grilled Anaheim chilies, pepper jack, AND cheddar cheeses. 😋 I definitely wanted a double, but I didn't need the extra food since we were going out with friends later. Their smash fries are to die-for, but we shared an order of haystack onions, with ranch, that are equally amazing. Please note that they serve Coke products and beer!! Burgers and beer......mmmmmm Thank you, Smashburger, for quenching our undeniable hunger for a burger.

Dine in area clean, order staff courteous, GM professional and courteous and took the time to clarify a misunderstanding in our order (very long order for 7 people). Food came out great. Excellent quality and taste. (Love their smash fries!!) Would definitely recommend and return to location.

The chicken came just as I ordered it. I am on a restricted diet so it had to be exactly right. The food tasted delicious and it was made gormet style. I also had Sweet Potatoe fries. They tasted perfect. Not too salty or crispy or soggy. The atmosphere was inviting and family oriented.

I had the black bean Burger and it was wonderful. Good service good food good atmosphere. Kinda pricey but the food is good

I haven't been in a while. Started going and this poor place. First a round of an applause for Melody. Great service and apologized for the lack or menu items because the fryer was down and they ARE UNDER STAFFED.. we're paying for that and the cooks mistakes. Smashburger is a big corporation, you guys have got to help get this place together. I asked for only cheddar on my turkey burger and got everything on it, even EXTRA onions..... SAD FACE. Tonight's visit was after 7pm may the 4th 2023. If it wasn't for Melody and the amazing side of pickles, this would have occurred 1 star. I think we... me definitely are being patient. Help this location out. Hopefully I can do a follow up!!

Freezing cold temps inside and waited 27 minutes to receive two burgers and 2 sides. We ordered for dine in but ended up changing to take out after the 27 minute wait in 60° degree atmosphere.

What is this????? Ordered through Ubereats and this is what Amanda packed herself she stated! Must be blind! Had to call and get my full refund.

Perhaps I was a tad impatient today, getting our order seemed like it took an eternity. Although the wait was worth every bite. My oldest was very happy with meal and that is rare. Clean through out restaurant. Fountain drink area was easy to navigate with needed items easy to obtain. Will be returning soon.

Are running a promotion today (12/19) purchase a classic smash burger, get one free. Love their promotion because I love their burgers.

I’ve ordered delivery personally and waited on delivery orders for doordash. Food is never ready when you arrive always takes them 45-60 minutes to get a small order for 1-2 people ready( 2 burgers 2 sides) and upon delivery or pick up the food is always wrong and always cold. But somehow they have lost of working hands so either they don’t have good management and training or they aren’t good at in house and delivery order management. Either way not a place I will ever pick up or order from again.

The food was delicious, although they were out of haystack fries. At some point, the rugs at the fountain drink area were rolled up which created a slippery mess to walk up to, to say the least. One of the employees also said they do not receive any of the tips the customers leave-- the manager gets the tips.

Brisket burger was fantastic, but the lunch rush made service to slow for them to be blocking off all the seating. Covid is a respiratory virus, we're all already in here together, come what may just let us sit down.

The food here was great! Ordered a spicy baja burger but the staff works extremely slow! The hostess Tanis is not friendly or hospitable at all and I watched the manager load ketchup packets into online orders ONE BY ONE. Nobody in this restaurant works with any urgency and for there being NO customers in the dining area the floor was freakin filthy! Food was great but not enough to come back and go through that again.

My family and I had lunch and the burgers was so plain. The burgers were greasy, the buns were soggy and the pull pork was plain and had no flavor, the pork was cut so thin that you could not see it in the burger. It was a waste of $33. This was the first time I did not finish my burger. I am so disappointed and will not be coming back.

I redeemed my free smash burger from the Metro Smash Burger, & paid for a side of deep fried brussel sprouts, & it was terrible!! If I could give no stars, I would! The brussel sprouts were rock hard, (if you weren't careful, no lie, you could chip or break a tooth, there's no way they were deep fried/cooked), as if they were just dunked in the oil to coat them. The ranch dressing wasn't fresh either. They used to be my favorite! The smash burger was terrible as well. I was expecting my usual crispy beef patty, & it wasn't. I won't patron the Metro Smash Burger again. The best Smash Burger that I used to go to is in Scottsdale on Frank Lloyd Right, they have the best Smash Burger, & deep fried brussels.

The staff at this location are awesome. The food is prepared well, is always fresh and hot whether dining in or ordering from the app. Of note, every time I've had tea at this location it's tasted fresh. For fast food that's worth 5 stars alone.

I ordered my burger from Grubhub and was very specific that I wanted NO CHEESE OR BUTTER on my burger. With delivery meals, subtractions can be part of a person’s allergies. I cannot eat this now because it was covered in cheese on multiple layers. Very disappointed.

Been here five times. The burgers are all made to order with fresh ingredients including grilled onions which I always order. I've never been disappointed in their quality out there service. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I look forward to going back there. A little pricey for a burger joint (compare to In-n-out, which is probably better and definitely cheaper). However, I can't enough of their Arizona burger. Also, Smash fries are great. Worth a try and definitely better than most of the fast food burgers out there.
