    Check your silverware. Check your food. Check the check. Mistake after mistake, It took 4 sets of silverware to come up with 2 forks. After the 1st dirty fork the waitress said oh did you want a different set? Finding a chunk of food between the tines had me asking for a manager. They did not have a manager but a senior waitress tried to help. She asked if I wanted some boiling water to wash the silverware myself. Then she offered me plastic. Then she suggested I should just bring my own silverware. I was stunned. We should have just gotten up and left then. I tried my food, then saw some foreign object in the potato pancake. It was halfway out of its shell. I can't eat this. I leave an entire meal on my plate, but noone asks if there's a problem. Then she brings the bill and it's wrong too. I ask her about the check and she says let me go get the manager. I wait while he goes to the wrong table. He comes over and asks if I want a box for my meal. No, I'm not eating that. I tell him everything brought to me is wrong but he tunes out. He takes $3 off the bill and the nasty silverware. They made me feel like a Karen for wanting clean silverware. I paid under protest, but he didn't care. Never again!

    I never write a review but after today’s experience it’s a must. I came in with my daughters for a mommy daughter day. As soon as we walk I should of known. They didn’t greet us told us to wait while 3 worked talk in front of the counter. Other people came in and where seated before use 3 other groups. When they finely sat us down. Server walk past by use got the other other orders and disappeared we sat and waited patiently for 30min!!!!! Had the front booth in front of us dirty since we got there. This was beyond ridicules!!!! They were. Well staffed and not packed so I don’t understand why this treatment…. Update I got a email from the Manager from this location. Talking bout how he was sorry about the Miss understanding about some senior pancake discount had nothing to do about my complain!!!

    Great breakfast 2x2x2. Ihop gives you plenty of time to sit and visit. No rush here. Alicia our server is excellent. Ask for her by name. You won’t be disappointed.

    Broom and dust pan was left out near our table. Dirty tables around us. Old menus that don't have the new fish and shrimp plates available. Had to ask if they served them. Waitress had to ask the manager if they had it, they did, but no one will ever know if it's not on their menu. I ordered the fish plate and the fish was brown, not white. It was gross! Complained to the manager, and she only gave me a 50% discount because I had eaten some fries! Half the staff sat in the back with the manager and talked and carried on like they didn't have customers. This was a super Ghetto IHOP!

    Ihop has an app only restaurant called "thrilled cheese" and I ordered from them. The sandwich was good. Fries are horrible as they arrive cold (nearly impossible to get fresh fries delivered, I understand) but the real thing is...delivery only...the price was over $40 without a drink when all fees were paid and a tip for the driver. Way too expensive for what you're getting. The food itself was $23 so nearly double to get it delivered isn't reasonable. I was able to get reimbursed or if have never tried it.

    I believe they were short staffed waitresses. Ours was trying hard but seemed a bit frustrated when we asked for something. Missed some items in our order, brought us avocado with black spots, when we brought it to her attention, she didn't like it and told us avocado was good in spite of the spots...we don't like it with spots... she took it and still up charged us for it. Besides that, everything else was good.

    We went for my birthday. We were seated right away our server Margret was so kind. I was able to order gluten free choclate chip pancakes and all of the food hit the spot. Perfect for out family of three and our toddler loved it

    My mom & I were seated quickly, yet 10+ minutes passed by, no one bothered to help or even ask if we had been attended yet. I got up and asked a nice lady for help. Said there was a mix up in the tables. Once our order was taken, we got served in a timely manner. I was missing a sausage and my moms hashbrowns were burnt. We didnt even bother to complain. Ate, paid & tipped our very nice waitress. Customer service needs to be better addressed.

    Honestly, I was hungry! I had just picked my daughter up from the hospital where she stayed the night without a meal, and we didn't want to spend the time searching for breakfast. Ihop was a convenient drive, and service was fast. My expectations were low, but surprisingly, the food was better than expected. I especially enjoyed the potatoes, which were very flavorful. The eggs weren't special, but they were prepared the way I like them, and while I'm not a huge pancake guy, I can see why they are the International House of Pancakes. I went in hungry and came out full and satisfied. Mission accomplished!

    We started with a blueberry muffin crisp and dip for a starter. They were delicious. I had the steak and eggs, my husband the an omelet. Both our dishes were cooked to perfection and delicious.

    Who entir order was missed up did receive all most non of my food the cheeseburger pattern burnd the sampler was all nasty waited more then 45 minutes and thay never answer the phone or take responsibility of the situation

    Waitress is awesome, I love the French toast but this time I got the cheesecake pancakes with strawberries. Delicious! Crowded but great in all!

    It's a busy IHOP regardless of the day. I have been there 3 times, and there are 2 waiters that have been there for a while, and they are amazing. A younger kid and an older lady. Hands down, best service! The food was ok, asked for chicken steak and eggs, and my daughter loved her crepes. whent mid-day Sunday, and I was lucky and didn't have to wait, but it was a full house and extremely loud. So if that's not your thing, then rethink coming here.

    This location was empty. It was very late when we went but I ordered the slasher a lemonade drink mixed w sprite and topped w fresh fruit. Sadly there was no trash fruit and I was told it was out of season. It is not. Our waitress failed to ask me what I wanted we my food and didn't offer me any sides I was not happy w that. And the bill was crazy expensive. If I knew it was gonna be that much I would have went to a nicer restaurant. Crazy expensive staff was not attentive at all.

    I'm currently in a restaurant that has 2 tables with people eating and there are 9 of us standing in the waiting area been here 5+ minutes. The Host comes to tell us we would still have to wait 10 minutes more. Basically I felt like they wanted for us to leave especially because. I asked if we could at least wait at a table and she didn't say yes but rather that I'd be waiting at least 10 minutes. Overall not a good experience.

    I'll start with it was new Year's Day and it was busy but, I had ordered my food and gave ample time of notice before my arrival. I tried to let someone know that I was there but there was nobody to ask. People came waited and left complaining and I still waited patiently in the lobby for about 30 mins before being asked anything. By that time someone was finally at the front helping the 1 other person who came in after me. Turns out my food was ready (and so we're the others that left) but had sat behind the counter so long they had to refire it. The gentleman who took notice of myself and my child sitting on the bench did offer me orange juice for her which I took. It was a grand total of 1 hour before I was able to leave with my meal.

    It took 2 hours to get food that was ordered over the phone. There was no communication on how long it was going to take even after asking 3 servers to check. Instead of refunding my money they just offered to check on my food which I'm sure made the people cooking my food real happy. 2 1/2 hours wasted and food that went straight to the garbage.. so disappointed

    Waited almost 45 minutes for my online order. Watch people come in after me get there food right away. When I opened my food to eat at home, eggs not cooked. My pancakes from ihop were cold and not tasty. I will never eat at another ihop, I should have traveled the extra 2 miles and ate at Dennys.

    Breakfast was average. While it took a few minutes to get service, once someone picked us up the service was top notch. Duke was great. Duke was very apologetic for the delay, very helpful, thorough and prompt the rest of our visit. Would go back just to sit in his section again.

    My son and I wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast together and we decided to come here! A gentleman by the name of Duke greeted my son and I with a huge smile and was so pleasant with everyone there. We couldn’t help but notice! He was respectful and kind and we were so appreciative of that! We felt we needed to tell him! Duke if you read this my son says YOURE THE BEST!! You’re going places man 🙌🏽🙌🏽

    Seated quickly and waitress took our order quickly also. Great customer service but the kitchen service needs looked into all together. I ordered the french toast combo with strawberries and bananas and was just given the sides. Waitress said sorry for the wait and they'd give an extra french toast slice for the inconvenience. Waited an extra 15 minutes and my family finished eating also. Told the waitress to just cancel the rest of it. I know its not the waitresses fault but definitely the fault of the kitchen. And the pancakes my family got tasted horrible and were extremely gritty. Manager comped half the meal which was nice.

    Our server was kind, welcoming, and gracious, and the food was good. Unfortunately , we were slow to be greeted when we came in and slow to be served our food after placing our orders. Just as we were wrapping up our time, one of the kids in our group wanted a box and our server was bringing one as he was looking for who to ask. I was impressed by her proactive service.

    IHop is a staple we all know that but when coupled with great prompt service some praise must be given! The food was hot and out to us within 15 minutes. Our server was attentive and not overbearing. Our entire experience lasted about an hour. I will be back to this location!

    Busy at moment for a Sunday, it’s my first time here actually to be honest. Yet however it’s going ok here with my family, homeless now and then right outside but they’re harmless and the staff are nice and polite

    Good all around. Chicken and Waffles were good+. Waitress was just right. Sincere, professional and presentable. Even the "riffraff" of a very late Saturday evening (4a.m., Sunday morning), was tolerable, if not pleasant. A good IHOP memory to slot away among many not so praised meals of the like. Thanks to this IHOP location and the wait staff! -Joe B.

    Alright where do I start? My friend and I walked in and waited for I will say about 5 to 10 minutes just to get seated! We go to get seated and most of the tables are dirty and the place was not even busy! Very terrible attitude from the workers and our drinks and food took a very long time to come out. I had to ask for refills once we got our drinks and it was super hard to get our waitresses attention. After we ate we were charged wrong but that's not all. Right as we finished eating both my friend and I started feeling sick. On the walk back to the car she through up and when I called back to let them know of the situation and try to get a refund and forget about the terrible experience, I was very rudely denied a refund because the food was "consumed." After I informed them of the terrible service, food and us getting sick. I will be reaching out to corporate to further speak to someone more professional that actually cares.

    Food was very good (except the bacon was very tough and leathery) and the server was very attentive. The food took an unusually long time to arrive, but I guess that happens sometimes when a place is busy. Update: We came back the next day and the food arrived much faster that time, so I think the slow arrival the first time was just an aberration. And a shout out to Leydi and Fernando for their excellent service! 😊

    Had the WORST restaurant experience last night, we flew from Miami, landed past midnight and this was one of the only places open close to the airport. Nobody greeted us at the entrance, the server and someone from the kitchen were starring at us from the kitchen, after a few minutes we grabbed a menu and sat down, after hearing the server screaming inside the kitchen to one of her coworkers that we sat at a dirty table, we switched places, at what she screamed next: did they leave? She completely ignored us for 15 minutes, serving 2 other tables that were almost leaving, and cleaning around, avoiding all eye contact with us. At that point I called her and asked nicely if we could order, she said that she would take a while because she was alone and she had a lot to catch up to. I explained to her that we were just trying to eat something because we hadn’t eaten since 2pm and that was one of the only places open, that I’m also a server, so I understood and it won’t be a lot that we would order. She proceeded to leave again and take care of her other 2 tables, 15 minutes after a couple gets to the entrance and she quickly approached them and gave them menus and a table… a few minutes after them, another table arrived and she took their order, at this point I got up and told her we were waiting for 30 minutes, that nobody greeted us and we were only trying to eat something at 1:30am, tired after flying… She said that she was taking the other peoples orders because they were kind enough to wait to be seated, and that at that point she won’t take our order… again, nobody was kind enough to sit us down… This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, we left, and it doesn’t fit in my mind how someone working in the food industry can be that rude, not even to have the decency to approach us and tell us if we did something wrong… like sitting ourselves for example, it’s not that hard… There was no manager at the premises, and she repeated twice that she was alone so she was the manager, server, hostess and busser… that’s not the customers fault

    I'm sorry being in the food industry for about 8 years but this was the absolute worst service I've ever had I paid $14 for these shakes that were smaller than my hand after saying something to the female working all she said was sorry. I Can't do any thing about fixing them.i WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN THEY DESERVE 0 STARS!!!!!!!

    This is the worst experience I have ever had at this ihop! I was eating the chicken and waffles meal and the food came back kinda burnt but I was eating it. As I was eating one of the chicken tender it was completely RAW!!! My appetite was lost. I probably won't be eating here any time soon or at this location ever again!
