The tables here are always dirty even when they aren’t busy. That’s my only complaint. I live nearby so I’ve been here multiple times. Sad part is today the manager is here and she’s allowing the dining room to look this dirty. You’re a food place. Cleanliness MATTERS. Clean up, dears.

I was shocked that they sell this „Baja Bowl“ as a whole portion. I‘ve never seen something this ridiculously small. And it’s $10?! I can‘t be the only person wondering about that…

I reached out to PB couple of days before our monthly event in Honeywell. I was connected to Tosca and she was absolutely awesome, helping to choose the items in the catering menu and clearing any doubts. Our monthly event happens to start early in the morning, and she made sure the food items were fresh and were delivered on time. We could not have asked for anything better, as she made the whole process stress free…. Thanks Tosca !

I literally love Panera Bread so much, such great Mac and Cheese. We usually go almost every 2 weeks and have great fun whenever we go. Majority of the time we dine in but we've done Takeout sometimes. The staff is really nice and the menu is very unique, it has many options to choose from. One thing I have a problem with is that they always stock out of the Baguette most of the time. It's not really a big problem to me but I like to have the French Baguette (I think that's how it's called) with my Mac and Cheese and it's an off feeling without it. Overall, it's a very great atmosphere and I love to go. Many people study there aswell and it's a cozy time. If I were you, I would come here, it's a great opportunity and the food is amazing.

For my two followers out there, you know I like Panera Bread for breakfast so on Saturdays thats where I go. This Panera Bread is right off of I17 and Happy Valley Rd. Check it out on the way up north. I gave them 5 stars instead of 4 because the Architecture is so beautiful at this location. This reminds me of universal city. If you read this far your hungry or somethings wrong with you. Go eat! Let me know what you think.

Salad was ok. The caffeine lemonade was extremely sweet.

We came in on a Sunday evening. The lobby was super dirty and the the employees seemed quite disinterested in engaging with customers. The food was acceptable and no staff yelled at us so it wasn't a 1 star experience. But we'll probably pick somewhere else next time.

Panera is a healthy alternative to fast food. The breads are fresh baked. There is a nice selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and some very nice baked goods to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can grab a seat here, but you should expect to get back up to get your order. This isn't waitress style dining. The servers at this location are polite and the establishment is clean. Don't order the coffee....go to a coffee house for coffee, that's not their specialty.

The quality and portions of food go down as prices go up. I saw someone pouring hot water into the pots of soup and received a very watery Broccoli cheddar soup as a result. It was also a much smaller portion than in the past. It's too expensive for subpar quality. The Panera microwavable soup from Walmart's refrigerated section tastes better and costs significantly less. I will say that the staff up front is very friendly. Service was good. Just disappointed with the quality of the food for the price.

They do not do well with big online orders. Understandable, but they were 1 hour behind schedule. Tried to make it up to us by throwing extra cookies in the order and were very apologetic, but the shame of it is, they left out 2 of the 21 sandwiches and we didn’t notice until we got them to the team event. Additionally I would not buy this sandwich again. There is literally nothing on it. (See photos) It sounds sarcastic for me to complain about a place called Panera having too much bread, but this sandwich is 90% bread 😂

Great for taking your family and picky eaters to, lots of options and their drink selection is amazing! Do not skip on the caffeinated juices.

I got the half sandwich and soup. The broccoli and cheese soup was delicious. The sandwich had hardly any meat and kinda lacked flavor. My husband ordered his sandwich, more flavor. I also ordered a bagel and wasn’t impressed. Probably won’t eat here again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Chicken was dry and the sandwich was chewy. I could have made better food at home. Costs $31 for a drink turkey sandwich, chicken sandwich (dry as you know what), salad, and 1 chip. Kiosk also said ot was out many items, but I saw them at the register. ...Annoying. Never going back and do not recommend.

The atmosphere was great. I like the low lighting of the dining area. Had a pepperoni mozzarella melt. It was delicious! Customer service was great. Genesis was patient and helpful during ordering. Clean.

Last time I ordered from here they did not include chicken in my salad. "Workers" are paid $14+ dollars an hour to mess up my order. I won't be ordering from Panera again until these buffoons are replaced with automation. Which from the looks of it will be soon!

My wife and I have had lunch at this location MANY times and have always had a great experience! Their food is fresh and delicious! Staff is friendly, dinning area clean, restrooms clean!

I don't like Panera, but the wife dragged me in. The selection is minimal and tries to be fancy. The "fresh" coffee comes out of a thermos!? I know gas stations that serve better coffee.

Seriously DISGUSTING! Beware when you eat here… Panera Happy Valley/Norterra - AZ location. The lettuce on my salad was rotten and slimy. Inedible to say the least. This is not the first time at a Panera… same experience different location. NEVER again! Not to mention the smell inside this place… always smells like sewer and the water from the soda fountain tastes like it came from the sewer as well. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

BE Aware of Safety of the food at this restaurant. My husband picked up a salad on the way home for me. First I noticed the quantity of the salad has decreased about half size as I normally get. After poured dressing over the vegetables mixing up, a lot of rotten vegetables buried on the bottom and covered by fresher vegetables on the top. Those rotten vegetables will make us sick for sure. If I can give no stars, I will do it without a heartbeat.

I would give this a 4 star but I cannot believe it was $40 for a 1/2 salad & soup, a sandwich & a cookie with 2 drinks! Portions are cafeteria size & drinks aren’t anything to upcharge for. They have a special selection of lemonade & teas but I was so surprised at how expensive a cafeteria could be. The food is delicious & staff forgetful but it’s not that amazing to charge $20 a person. I don’t mind paying more if the portions were bigger but the drink prices were $1 too much. I’ll pay $15/20 a plate for a nicer environment.

This restaurant is our favorite, food is delicious the Sip club is easy to use and saves you money. Laura who is one of the partners does an amazing job managing her crew. The App is a must and very easy to use. You won’t be disappointed

I went to this Panera and I ordered a salad through the mobile app. Simple deal. Except my car doesn’t have AC right now and I didn’t want my salad to get nasty from the heat. I asked the employee working if I could get a cup of ice so that I could try to keep the salad cold in a thermal bag that I have. The employee insisted that a cup would not be good enough and brought me a bag of ice instead. This gesture made my day and my salad was cool and delicious when I got home. Thank you for going above and beyond for me. I will be back to this location !

Panera has good quality food but the build on my sandwich was not of great quality. The pickle chips were literally just tiny pieces did not even cover the whole bun. Not a lot of sauce present also the chicken was slightly pink in the middle but it did taste ok. I will go to Panera again just disappointed with this meal.
