Loved it..! Strawberry shake here is just excellent. Little expensive compared to other outlets but the food is worth it. On weekends and evenings both drive through and lounge are totally occupied and busy. Takes time to receive your order. Over all great experience and amazing food.

Very nice burgers with good potatoe fries. Order your burger animal style, which includes grilled onions, extra pickles and mustard on the patty. It's delicious! If you visit the USA it's a must try 😉... I'll be back.

My burger was fresh, served hot with hot French fries! It as delicious and yumminess. The staff repeated my order to make sure it was right. Excellent customer service and treat work is awesome too.

In in out we love it! Service is always great, and wait time is minimal. Food is always hot and fresh.

PROS: -Friendly and efficient service -Nice burger ambiance -lots of parking -Tasty burgers at a reasonable price. CONS: -It’s very bright inside, turning down or off a few light would be nice. OVERAL IMPRESSION I recommend this fast food establishment as a must to visit. It’s better than some of the mainstream outlets.

I’ve been coming to this In-N-Out for over 15 years and the food is always great. The staff is very friendly and if they get anything wrong, they will replace your food with no questions asked. we love coming here as a family a few times a year and it’s always a great experience. If you’ve never had in an hour burger, definitely check them out because it lives up to the hype. I ate way too much. I don’t regret it lol. See you next time In n Out!

Clean normal In and Out. It's a 3 star fast food place. I added a fourth star because they haven't jacked up their prices like crazy like other fast food places(as of September 2023) Still it's a flavorless beef patty with thousand island dressing. I don't order fries because I've never liked their fries so soggy lol

We've heard about In and Out for years and finally had a chance to try it. The food was pretty good but not healthy. Loved the milkshake and the service was fantastic!

The manager Kristy or she changes her name to Krystal. She tried to hit on me a customer. She was so dense, she was going through extremes washing a special knife and cutting my burger which I didn't ask for. There was so much time lost of her washing the knife and cutting the burger now I'm eating a cold burger! She was acting like only her could serve me in there. When I rejected her efforts she got everyone in there to punk me out including disturbing me while I was trying to finish a meal. So manager retaliating like a juvenile really disrupts someones else's business that's not yours! And you don't own your job!

Your typical fast food place with plastic seats and self-service as expected, so not a negative. The double-double with cheese was as good as past visits, and it is one of the fast food places where I get the French fries as they are thin and can find crispy fries thst I like.

Got a protein style burger and fries. Both were hot and delicious. The lettuce they wrapped the burger in was fresh and plentiful. All around good meal. The employees were very friendly with customers as well as each other.

Workers were well-paid, and it reflected in their service and attention to cleanliness. All smiles, and efficient work. This is what happens when you pay a living wage. Cheese was a little old, though. Otherwise, stellar.

This location is amazing just like all of their restaurants. The staff is so nice and they can handle a lunch rush like I've never seen. Thanks!

Food was hot and fresh but we had a long wait and the place was packed, mostly with loud high-school kids, I'd suggest the drive thru Also the patties are thin so the double is more proportionate and the flavors meld better, while there's also a secret menu online, including animal fries, and the chocolate shake was soooo absolutely creamy

In-N-Out Burger is truly the best for a cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake or soda: it's the #2 on the menu, upcharge for the shake but it's worth it. They employ kids and have a strict dress code, no long hairs here. And they work so good together, systematically putting orders together for us. In-N-Out Burger is always busy but on this visit, it was standing room only, I got my order to go and sat at the outside patio, so yes they have outdoor seating. 5 stars

We’re not familiar with the menu and I ordered Animal Style when actually wanting Protein Style. It was definitely my fault. Asked for clarification from the guy at the window and he made it right real quick. Not something we asked for or expected. Well done In n Out.

Came here about a week ago, I came very close to when they had to close so I felt super bad- but their employees were still so friendly! One employee in particular that was manning the drive through named Daniel was the best. The food was amazing as per usual. Love this in-n-out

I really don't get the draw or the good reviews for this place. I've been there twice and both times the burger and fries were gross. The burgers are nasty and worse than Burger King burgers. No way they are fresh. Loooong drive thru wait and they screwed up my order. Why would anyone bother with this place when you can grab a Wendy's fresh hot burger right next door if you want fast food burgers? I gave 2 stars because the woman who brought out my food was nice. I'll never go back, though.

Usually I go through the drive thru and never have a problem but today my friends and I are dining in. All of our food was cold including the French fries that are advertised as “fresh fries”. I saw our food sitting in the back fry station for a few minutes and then they threw it in the microwave? Not sure but it’s extremely misleading when the food is advertised as “fresh”. This is the worst In N Out I’ve ever had.. I’m disappointed

In-N-Out is a national burger chain that specializes in making a handful of items, with everything being fresh. They have tons of workers to make sure the assembly line keeps going and everything is made as quickly as possible for you. This location in northern Scottsdale gets busy quick, but has a lot of parking outside. Inside is your normal sized woth a few dozen tables. The staff here are friendly and get the orders right. Prices are normal across them all, and the taste always puts In-N-Out at the top of any fast food burger place around.

I got a delicious, fresh cheeseburger, animal style and it satisfied every craving itch in my body! I followed that up with a chocolate shake that paired perfectly.
