The wait was longer than explained, I check in online, made my appt online then I called to confirm and she said that the online scheduling didn’t matter. That it was first come first serve. Once there, people that were getting there before me were being seeing before me. I asked why, and she said because their online time was before mine?!?!!!!! So then obviously online scheduling matters.. it was so stupid. I saw the provider who was very kind, but didn’t prescribe me anything for a sinus infection because I was only 3-4 days in, and pregnant. So basically not suffering enough for her I suppose. This visit was not helpful, they’ve done it to me 2x already and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment for 3:30 for my daughter and still hadn't been seen by 4:45. They took in 4 drug screenings while we waited to be roomed. Really not worth the trouble of making an appointment, which is typically priority over walk-ins, and not worth returning to this place again. Staff are unapologetic and give the same status every time you check on how much longer your wait is (there's always "2 patients ahead of you"). Management should look into what the issue is here.

The front staff is extremely incompetent, the lady with the red curly hair was really rude. We waited 2 hours for a regular drug test. If the workers actually worked the wait would have been much shorter. Do they really need 2 people checking people in when there’s already 10 other people checked in waiting to be seen? The worst part is they’re telling the people walking in at 6:00 pm that they’re completely full and not accepting anymore walk in. Why do they need 2 people up front to check people in when they’re not even allowing walk ins!???! The workers literally sat up front talking about their diet preferences. They should be more focused on getting people in and out of here. Completely unacceptable! Get it together Honor Health or Fast Med

I checked in online ahead of time so the wait wasn’t too bad. Staff seemed rushed and in a bad mood. The provider barely spent any time examining me. She seemed to be just trying to get through the patients. To top it off, they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy.

If I could I would leave a zero. I made an appointment so that I could be seen quickly and I understand maybe a little over that's fine but an hour and a half just to be seen. Ridiculous I'll never come back here again GOOD luck with that location😤👎 The front lady was nice though.

Love this location staff is always friendly and the back office team is amazing. Yes there is a wait time but it’s like any healthcare place, you have to wait so be patient. Anyway I took my friend here last Thursday because she was feeling sick she wanted to go to an ER but I took her to fastmed. They were so kind, very knowledgeable and super caring! Back office nurse and provider were hands down the very best!! Please be patient I see so many bad reviews that this clinic doesn’t deserve. I usually don’t rate places, but this clinic deserves 5 stars ⭐️ plus!!!! You matter, just give them time. Thank you fast med staff for all you do!!!!

My visited this location on August 18th 2021, The Front desk representatives, made me and my kids feel not welcomed, were moody gave us a horrible service experience..just because I didn't have a mask on. I explained I had forgotten my mask and asked if they could give me one, the reps Said No with a tone that wanted to just refuse service. They even told us that they were getting ready to close at 7pm as i had arrived at 6:45pm, and when their website says at 8PM. You know everyone has no patience this days but its not my issue if you don't like dealing with people, go find a job that you will be happy. If you are on the health field you need to have the patience if not you are on the wrong career field. I recommend management to carefully selecting their people specifically if you have to service the public. Thanks to the doctor's to the physicians who saw my kids for the simple reason for 2 sport physicals. On top of this the reps pretended to Not to speak spanish, evertime we spoke to them in Spanish they replied to my husband in English. Then we asked why my insurance is not accepted and the girl replied I don't know, really you are doing a job you don't know! Wow people.

Came to Urgent care 52nd Ave n Indian School says open at 8am n it's 8:42am not open. Very inconvenient when people are sick waiting outsideFacility did not open at 8am. Opened at 9:15 with a line of sick people waiting outside. The girl at the counter very polite n courteous registering customers. I had an appointment at 9:00am n didn't get called back until 10:33. The lady taking my vitals was very rude. If there was a staffing problem then penalize the workers for not showing up if it wasn't a 911 or sickness. The weekend people party n don't want to show up for work. Someone needs to show up unexpectedly n check up on these facilities n make sure things are being done properly. Thank you

I arrived closed to noon & was done close to 2pm. I was quite satisfied with that, since few other people were here. I had a laceration that needed stitches. The nurse practitioner, Aleksandra is professional & patient, for I had my questions. Choose stitches or get my cut glued? I asked for pros & con. I chose glue. She knows what she was doing. Everything seem to be "by the book " My pain was minimal even though my laceration was on my upper lip. I trust to come here, if I get hurt at work again. They work promptly to get you out.

One of the Worst urgent cares I have been to! I went in looking for an x ray for an injury that was already looked at previously elsewhere, I was told then that if my issue and pain persisted than I should go to an urgent care and have them X-ray and go over it again but this is not what happened my arms were put side by side the doctor/ nurse rolled her eyes and said oh well it’s a bit swollen hmm I think your okay we’ll just give you a sling, I under The risk of the radiation from an X-ray but if I am the one who is asking for it then I think that is what I should get; I had also received the paperwork of the patient that was after me as I waited to receive my own but did not notice til I got home, the nurses that were there were gossiping so loudly about me and other patients that my fiancé and I heard them questioning me and my injury as if I were faking. Extremely disgusted, frustrated and disappointed that I was treated like this by people who are supposed to help heal me and keep my personal information private along with others. So I will not be coming back to this location and most likely the whole Honor Health Care system.

Went for a SIMPLE DRUG TEST! Lady wanted me to fill up like 2medium size bottles! On top of that! Had me waiting for like 30minutes! When there was maybe 2people ahead of me! 🤦 What ever happened to just sticking a lil strip of paper in your urine to test it?

It's nice to have appointments available, but if there's only one doctor, the appointments should be modified to account for the wait. Once I got in, the provider was quick to examine. Identified the root of my complaints right away, and sent in my prescriptions quickly.

They won't answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. Very poor service and considering you are dealing with people's health the people here should take Healthcare seriously but it seems these people are just looking for checks

Came in yesterday and after waiting was told they don’t accept walk ins which I’ve been doing for years but ok?? so I made an appointment for today at 2:30 pm. Mind you it is currently 3:37 and I have not been called to the back yet. A family had just walked in and was taken straight back??? I am confused on how the order of patients work and why be called fast med when it’s a minimum of 2-3 hours just to be called back? AND NOW ANOTHER person that was after me just went back and it is 3:40! This place is ridiculous

Worst experience ever. I am owner of Trucking company, we sent one of our applicants to do pre employment drug test on 9/21/22. The collector K. Baker did not sign the form before sending the sample to the lab and they are not able to process the results without her signature. I finally reached out to one of the employee at FastMed on 9/27 because it was taking so long , they told me Ms. Baker will not come back till 9/29, they have to wait for her to sign the form. The lab, Quest Diagnostic, sent fax couple of times but no one responded back. I keep calling the office at FastMed no one is answering, it is ridiculous. The applicant came to Chicago and he is staying at the hotel since Sunday, we must wait for results, and we are paying for everything. I am losing money whole week, because someone didn't did her job!!!!! So so upset 😡

Front desk staff was amazing! The physician assistant was very thorough. The wait wasn’t too bad for being urgent care and only having one provider on site. Will definitely keep using the FastMed HonorHealth on Indian School and 51st ave.

This place is ridiculous! The receptionist cannot communicate effectively with her patients because she cannot speak the language. She’s too busy gossiping and does not check insurance or put patients back in a timely manner. The back office ma was so rude. Terrible customer service! Two hour wait with 5 patients in the waiting room. Ridiculous!

And finally the Doctor is super cool and professional he give the best atención and also he recommended less video games and more extra math homework 😀 Definitely this will be our go to urgent care clinic. Thank your for take care our son

Facility was good, NP was good, and the wait time was not bad at all. The only problem I had was that the MA that took me back could not get my BP so she said she would come back to get it manually. She never did. And when I got home I realized there was a BP on my paperwork. So not too happy about that. Falsified info on a med form is definitely a no no.

I would give them no stars if I could. I went in for something very simple. They told me I had what I thought I had and put me on antibiotics. Then 2 days later they call me and tell me they were wrong and I needed to immediately stop taking their prescription and go to the E.R. obviously I get scared and I go to the hospital where I sit for 6 hours just to find out that this place never should've even called me because it was exactly what I said it was. These guys are ridiculous, couldn't tell me anything other than they were wrong and that they had no idea what was wrong with me.

Long wait times. A lot more staffing needed for the amount of people that come. Management is no where to be seen. Place is dirty & looks like their things aren’t working. Currently waiting been 1 hour, she said 3 hours

I called ahead to find out if they had the staff to be able to conduct the test my employer requested , the person that answered was short and rude.. when I got there it was a lot of paperwork and forms to fill out ... I felt were unnecessary as it seem as it was the same information over and over again .. finally when the took me in after 45 mins in the wating area , it too another 3 hours for the test,, 2+ hours just wating in a room . My coworkers experienced the same situation , I'm totally unhappy and wish the company I work for would change providers

This is the worst place for communication - trying to reach a live person - IMPOSSIBLE- HINT.... YOU CAN BYPASS THE RECORDING BY HITTING 9 FOR NOW BUT ONCE THEY READ THIS IT MIGHT CHANGE - STILL THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! They must be paying a service for FALSE 5 stars. Google should investigate.

This was September 2023. The first desk staff extremely friendly. The first desk need to have a 6 ft boundary. We had a world pandemic covid and other sickness is still around. They are extremely clean in there and professional. However, the wait is beyond to long. Under staff or not. You do your job in a timely fashion. Sick or employment reasons. Treat and discharge the patient. The goal is to diagnose and treat to keep the lobby free. Employees set in the back laughing and talking about personal issues. This is Arizona. We all know some form or fashion in spanish. Employees are friendly and know what to do in their career but it needs to be done on a timely fashion

While vacationing became very congested with bad cough. Was examined and tested shortly after arrival. Tests negative and they prescribed antibiotics and cough expectorant. Dr and all staff were professional, warm and friendly. Highly recommend to residents and travelers like me.

Super friendly staff. Front desk was really nice lady. Excellent care. Very well recommended. They were pretty quick to only have one provider in the office.

Well I was not satisfied because I was told I had covid went home did several tests and they all came negative. Meanwhile my throat was killing me couldn't swallow no medication was given so it was a waste of my time and money I am finally getting rid of it with over the counter medication I would have appreciated an antibiotic.

Because of the Mission Act as a Veteran I like coming to these FastMed Urgent Care clinics. The front office staff nurses & PA were professional knowledgeable & put me at ease. Once was seen which understandably took a while since I was a walk-in. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes with prescription on it’s way to my pharmacy. I did need to remind the receptionist to call the toll free number so my script & visit would be covered. She was very congenial & took the information & I was able to get my meds filled right away! I recommend Fast- or PostMed Urgent Care clinics as they are within our pre-approved network.

I was able to get in right away. The doctor was thorough and explained all of my treatment options. I didn’t feel hurried at all. I would recommend this place for your urgent care needs.

  • 1/5 Arline S. 1 year ago on Google
Red curly lady extremely rude was gossiping with the hazel eyes lady about other patients in front of me. Would not recommend unless you want to take an hour to check in then given attitude for making them do their job. Also they strictly speak English so if it is not your first language or can’t speak it go elsewhere because they look at you with a blank face until you leave (saw this happen) if you are a front desk worker you are responsible for being able to properly communicate with your patients that can be a liability in the future for a simple miscommunication.

Their appointments mean nothing! Even though their website recommends scheduling you visit ahead of time, it's not worth anything. When you get there they tell you that rudely you don't have an appointment that's it's preregister but it's not that either since you have to enter all the info again and write it down also. They don't know how to contact a supervisor either. I waited 2 hrs for my appointment only to find out I have to wait at least another hour to be seen because I scheduled an appointment that's not an appointment.

  • 1/5 Michael L. 1 year ago on Google
My mom went there and waited for three hours with an appointment. She needed an X-ray of her knee and they didn’t have a X-ray tech on site. They knew they didn’t yet allowed her to wait. Managment are incompetent and you shouldn’t bring your loved one here. They still charged her 50 dollars to be told to go to the ER.

I go to Fest med a lot . They always help when I'm sick. I prefer going to FastMed in the emergency has fast and it's quick and they still take care of you just as good as an emergency room.... Thank you so much for all your help..

I had a good experience at FastMed Urgent care. I went in for a new hire DOT physical and drug screening. The staff there were personable and very friendly. The wait to be seen was a little extensive but once they called your name , things got done.
