I have been going to this one for decades. Its a tad hidden and away from the main street. This is a very well cleaned place. Service is excellent and the managers are helping out as much as they can and remain visible at all times. This is a mid range cost for the menu. However well worth it. They do get packed so if u have to wait, do it. You wont regret it. Lots of parking and well lit. Kid friendly. Regina is a Amazing server

If you sign up for the rewards ... it does pay forward. I received a free dessert for my birthday 🎂. It's always a plus on Monday's because they have all you can eat shrimp 🍤. I loved how tender, juicy and flavorful the shrimp skewers on this visit. Not to say the walt's shrimp wasn't tasty. The menu once again has changed.

Food was delicious and our server was extremely attentive and quick. I believe his name was Travis, or Trevor. It was a memorable lunch with my beautiful sister and Momma!!

We had a short wait to be seated. But I must say the visit was enjoyable. Courtney working the front as a hostess made the visit a blast from the beginning to end. Our server was just as pleasant. Even the manager noticed us standing waiting and she came right up to make sure we were being helped. I'd say the staff on today did a great job, thanks ladies. I'd surely go back to this location

If you're a seafood lover but no longer live close to the ocean, Red Lobster is the place to go. Our server was excellent and even gave us a free ice cream when they found out what we were celebrating. If you're on a budget you may want to keep it in mind for a special occasion. However, if you catch their feast specials, the prices are exceptional.

The lobster was not fully cooked. Some parts were chewy. 🤢🤮 Management was very apologetic and even refunded me the total cost. Happy that they were willing to try and make it right; but does not satisfy the actual experience that my children had. I believe that this comment will compel them to be the best! We came on Mother's Day. The staff were all smiles and very welcoming. We ordered the Ultimate Feast and the Bayou Dish. Everything came out hot and fresh. It was delicious. Our server was Delaney and she was quick to meet our needs. Her service was really good and appreciated. Would definitely come back to this location.

First, thank you Red Lobster for the recognition of Teachers and school staff with your special promo. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food Amazing! My husband got the 7oz sirloin which was cooked perfectly. I tried the new menu item, seafood stuffed fish topped with a lobster sauce. So good! The fresh steamed broccoli was delicious. And of course, the cheese bread rolls are always a must to have.

We visited the location by Metro Parkway tonight (9/17/31). We had a decent size party of 9 people with some being kids. We had Roosevelt W. as our server and her was absolutely amazing. He was so polite and respectful. He checked on us numerous times and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He even made the point of telling us we were awesome when we were leaving. He was genuinely such a pleasure to have and made our night. So if you see this Roosevelt, You are seriously so Incredible at your Job and you are such a radiant individual. Thank you for making our night enjoyable.

It was a dinnertime & they were short staffed, so we did have a bit of a wait- but not too bad. ➡️ TIP : CALL THEM AHEAD OF TIME AND ASK TO BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST (they do not do reservations). ⬅️ The restaurant was clean. Our waitress was very sweet & kind. The biscuits were AMAZING, the best I have ever had. Our appetizers & entrées were great: order was correct and all items served at appropriate times & temperatures. The only reason I am rating it 4 🌟 instead of 5 is because our deserts were not quite up to par. The waitress and the management were fantastic and ended up comping us for 2 of them. Very impressed with how they handled it. I will definitely eat at this restaurant again!

This place is awesome.... Our server Chardonnay is an amazing server she was super attentive, has an awesome personality, and on point. And Corey is an amazing server as well too...We will definitely be returning. Food was great served hot n cooked just right. Portions are good for prices. Totally had left overs to take home.

We’ve been going to Red Lobster for years Mom LOVES her coconut shrimp. This visit we were treated like queens. Service was impeccable and both the waiter and another young man(possibly busier) were both checking in and taking care of everything. And wonderful treat to our day.

Foods always fantastic 😋 service can use a bit of speed, it was a slow day, very little people there during the time frame we were there, and yet we were waiting nearly 15 or more minutes just to get our drinks, no straws for the kids, we had to get some from the bar, no bread, we had to ask, while every time before, we didn't have this issue. We go often so I assume perhaps the person is new. It's okay to be new, I understand, we were all new at our jobs &/or careers at some point & time but waiting over 15 minutes for a drink, when our appetizers for the kids already came before the drinks and the kids were so hungry that they started eating right away and no one had drinks still, which is scary because I worry about if the kids can choke. I told them to eat slowly, as we await our drinks, seemed as if though it took another 4 or 5 minutes for the drinks, again mind you, this is also on top of the 15 minute wait, or so it seemed like a 15 minute wait, & then to hear excuses from the waiter, the staff can use a boost on the speed & accuracy. Other than that everything else was fine so giving 4.5 because I'm looking at everything as an overall event, as we have been there on going for years.

Haven't been to Red lobster in years until yesterday. The hostess was really friendly and sat us down quickly. The waitress was super nice and professional. She gave amazing service not just to us but her other tables. I will be back at this location again

The food is always good and the service is always good. But the wait time of an hour or more, even 45 minutes or longer, is ridiculous when half of the restaurant or more has empty seating. Open tables and maybe 5 parties waiting to be seated. Sorry to say that we went to another restaurant down the street and were seated in two minutes. And it appeared to have as many people inside.

This was my first time at this red lobster location. Walked into the restaurant nobody waiting and the host was no where to be found. It was just me as I was waiting for my friend to come. I finally got seated and asked what I wanted to drink from the bartender who was also my server that night and she brought biscuits and waters just in time for my friend to arrive. We both decided on the endless shrimp and placed our orders. It took forever for our first order of shrimp to arrive, our waitress (the bar tender) only refilled our waters once and upon asking for bread was told we’d have to wait (ps it came finally at the end of the meal) the table behind us was so distrusted with their service they gave their food back and left the restaurant. Our second and third servings came hot but again took some time but didn’t seem so bad because we had just finished first courses. When we were ready to leave we asked for boxes I still had bread to take and my coleslaw in addition to the shrimp. The price increased to $25 for endless shrimp and in order to get two sides as they used to do it would’ve been another $5 for that side and a drink included. When we asked for the boxes the manager gave us a snarky “I’ll do it this time but we don’t allow shrimp to leave as leftovers” well hot dang I spent all this money in your restaurant and you’re going to throw my food away. Not a good value anymore stay away or avoid unless your restaurant turns a blind eye and allows you take food with you the value is just not there and customer service extremely lacking. I wouldn’t want to work under that manager either because she doesn’t seem to be in the people pleasing business. Shame on you Red Lobster company for allowing this to take place.

Food is subpar and over priced. My waitress was friendly and attentive. However the manager could use a refresher in hospitality. We had a large party and the manager trying to spilt everyone’s bill at the end was such a mess and easily avoidable. I noticed an error on my bill and she caught an attitude, said to show her the menu then said she’s not going “back and forth” with me and walked off. Only to come back later and realize I was billed incorrectly and removed the whole item off my bill.

I'm going to recommend that you ask for the lobster sauce over your French fries to achieve total mouth-gasm. I know, I know. But a hear me out, a little out of the box thinking can lead to greatness if you're willing to try. Tell your waitstaff that one of the chefs are familiar with the request. You won't be disappointed! (Sorry no pics, we got so excited we just drove right in)

I have eaten takeout at many red lobsters. This one was the only one who got my condiments right. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal. But it's been a running joke in my family. Are they going to forget the butter and the cocktail sauce? This one got everything perfect and it was ready in ten minutes. Now, mind you, it was all fried food, but still. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I went to this Red Lobster today and while we had to wait 20 mins, it was worth it. The food was delicious and our waitress, Ashley, was delightful! I enjoyed our conversation and the food. I will definitely ask to be seated with her again next time!

Wasn't too bad. Haven't been here in years, but the Brussel sprouts were definitely a great choice. Everything on the menu has changed a bit, and they don't offer salad with meal like they use, which was a little disappointing. Now you pay extra for it. Over all it was a good time

I had a Mango Margarita and it was so good, a lil pricey but good. Service was Great and the food was good... I went with family, unfortunately I am allergic to all fish, but went anyway, thinking that I could have chicken or steak, but there was not a lot to choose from with chicken... So I had a dinner salad and it was huge... I couldn't even finish half of it... It was really good....

There were 2 of us & our meals DID NOT COME OUT TOGETHER. So needless to say we didn't eat together. We were sitting at the same table but that was as close as the two of us got to having "dinner together"..... I ordered the all you can eat shrimp which was supposed to have two types of shrimp (guests choice) and a side. Fried shrimp & scampi were my picks, My friend ordered a fish dinner which came with two sides. Since mine was the all you can eat shrimp, I then would have the choice to order an additional "side" of shrimp once I had completed my original two. HOPE THAT MADE SENSE! Our waitress brought my friends entire fish dinner including her sides & what I received as my dinner was a SMALL SIDE DISH PLATE with about 8 fried shrimp on it & a small condiment dish of cocktail sauce. NO LEMON, NO RICE (my side), and NO SCAMPI (which was to be my 2nd selection). When I ask the waitress what happened to the rest of my dinner she said that it wasn't finished being cooked yet and that she would bring it out when it was done. By the time the rest of my dinner did finally arrive my friend had already finished eating her dinner! Is it really that tough to bring two complete dinners to a table at the same time for two people to enjoy together?? That's the whole reason two people would go out to dinner together in the first place!! The evening was a total bust and needless to say the third type that I ordered since I never got my second choice, that third type of shrimp that I ordered never got to the table either!!! But I bet you can't guess what did get to the table with no problem.... You guessed it...the freaking check 🤬🤬! IT SUCKED!!

It seems like this location is not very open to serving non-caucasian individuals. Every table was tended to promptly except two. One was mine, and one a few tables away, both parties being African American.

Placed a online mobile cutbside pickup order. Arrived at stalls marked for curbside pickup. Called the number on the sign. Was told it'll be right out. Waited 30 minutes. Googled the number to that exact restaurant. Called that number. Was told order would be right out. Waited another 20 minutes. Took almost an hour to get my food. Sooo unacceptable. a week ago If you are looking for a place to celebrate anything WELL STOP LOOKING! Pointe of View has the best views in Arizona. The staff was friendly as well the restaurant safely follows covid guidelines. We ordered scallops, crab cake and chicken. Everything was so good plus high end restaurants usually don’t have decent portions but Pointe of View on the other hand... just take a look at the pictures.

Absolutely love the food here and always have great service here!! Just to update: I was sincerely disappointed this time around. Our server was fantastic her name was delanie, but every single piece of meat in our meal ( shrimp, steak, and lobster ) were all overcooked our steak we orded medium and it came out medium well and the seafood was definitely overcooked and rubbery. My wife and I got the date night feast for two and a couple margaritas. They were out of grand Marnier which noone told us until it arrived and we recognized the liquor wasn't the right color and then they told us. It tasted fine but they should have said that in advance. We didn't bring these issues up as i didn't want to cause a scene and as I said before our server was great, I wish the food was better though and management should know the issues we had so they can make adjustments as needed! Tonight we were here celebrating our anniversary and I thought it was weird that noone asked us the occasion, they usually do when we come in!

I only am giving them 1 star because, as hubby and I, was having dinner, the waiter started seating people at the next table from us. NOT 6FT apart! I asked for the waiter to move them, he did, but on the other side of us, AGAIN, NOT 6FT.. the manager, walks up, leans her head down right over my food, and asks, is there a problem. I asked for the check, and spoke with her at the door. I explained my concern, because I care about MY HEALTH. I ask for corporates number, she says, I don't know what they will do, but ok! Luckily, they got back to me, with my concern, and addressed my concern, with understanding, and empathy, like the manager should have done!

My wife and I ordered online and when we arrived to pickup our meal I had forgotten my phone and I gave them my name for the order. They could not find it but they worked diligently to find that my order had been placed under my pseudonym "The Wiz". The restaurant was very busy... Yet when they brought me the food it was hot, delicious and so abundant we ate for 3 days on the 2 dinners. What a wonderful dedicated staff both the servers and the kitchen staff, and all during this terrible pandemic surge. Thank you Red Lobster! 😊
