I have enjoyed their food for many years. P.F. Chang's has been a favorite of my daughter's since she was a young girl. She's 28, now. Recently, she brought over lunch she picked up from them. Very good, indeed. They're consistent with their flavor at different locations. Always accommodating if there are special requests or dietary restrictions. I highly recommend their Mongolian Beef and their Hot and Sour soup! Enjoy! 🥩🥣🥠🥡🥢🍽🥂🍻

This was a delightful place with a great staff and delicious food. Great bar area and can seat a big party.

Worst food ever... their standard has gone down so bad! Service is good servers are okay.. ambience is great... so is water and white rice. Panda Express is 100 times better.

The food honestly wasn't as high quality for how expensive it was. They don't offer menus, you have to scan something. (Which did not work) when it didn't work, I looked up their website and their menu in there doesn't offer prices. So I literally had to use the Google Maps menu. Extremely inconvenient.

This is the third time in 3 months that my husband and I have tried PF Chang's at this location. We have been disappointed all three times with the flavor the quality of the food. Is amazing to me, how horrible they have been able to make their food! Honestly, the atmosphere the hostesses and the bartenders are fantastic! I'm not sure what's going on in the kitchen, but it definitely is not PF Chang quality. It's very disappointing. It's about $350 worth of disappointing now! Honestly, unless you just coming in to have a drink which I do recommend in my tie cuz it's excellent.. just forget it. The food really is not good anymore. They also stopped happy hour specials and happy hour drinks. But again, from the hostess to the bartenders & all of the employees are excellent !except obviously the kitchen staff.

I've had P.F. Changs in other cities that needed improvements, but this one was great. The server needed some time to warm up and become more cordial, but he did okay. The food hit the spot and was exactly what was expected.

It was crowded for a Sunday, but it was mother's day! Good bar service. The staff were all pleasant and they made our drinks quickly. After waiting a while for our food, it came arrived cold. But I still enjoyed mine because I was extremely hungry. 😁 Casual atmosphere. Lots of parking. Accessible ramp and entrance.

We usually go to the one in Kierland and love it there. But I decided to come here because it's closer to my sister's house. We had Nico, our server, was sweet, kind, knowledgeable and on top of it. Food is done better at the other location but drinks were on point and Nico made the experience pleasant. Treat him well, this young man works really hard and good employees with fun personality are rare these days!! Work on the food though 😋 Thank you NICO 😊

It had been quite some time since I've visited PF Chang's, so decided to go on a whim and it did not disappoint. The salmon was perfectly done. The greens were tasty. The drinks were delish! Visited the P.F Chang's off of I-17 and Happy Valley, I believe.

My 1st ever visit to PF Chang's. A good restaurant which serves good chinese cuisine. Out of the items I have tried, the peach boba drink was very refreshing. In the appetizers, crab wontons were so tasty. The Dynamite roll sushi is a MUST TRY !! The shrimp tasted soo good and it was a blast of flavours in my mouth when I had the sushi along with wasabi (the green paste) and ginger. Be cautious if this is your 1st time trying wasabi (it is very spicy and that's the reason I loved it). Coming to the Kung Pao Chicken, it was decent. I would definitely recommend this place to others, if you wanna try some chinese cuisine.

Food is ok, but expensive for what you get. Family meal is small and not great value. For some reason there is a mural of a woman holding a samurai sword in an Americanized Chinese restaurant. That I find very confusing…. Oh well I should probably stop going here.

Stopped in for a late night dinner so just sat at the bar and had appetizers. Hot and Sour Soup was pretty good but lacked spice, spring rolls were just ok, Dumplings were best part of the meal, really good. This place is very consistent from location to location.

Sorry I don’t have pictures but we came for lunch and I got honey chicken with noodles-it was super good! The other dish ordered was teriyaki chicken which was also great. It was super busy at lunch but we were sat and leaving in under 45 min which is great for such a busy place. Everyone was friendly and responsive and I would 10/10 come back

This is one of my favorite places to meet a friend for lunch. Our waiter recommended the calamari as an appetizer, and it did not disappoint! Wow! Delicious! The unsweetened Mango ice tea was so delicious that I drank four glasses over lunch. We were there talking for over two hours and never once felt rushed. I just wish that they served espresso, but everything else was excellent.

PF Chang's is reliably tasty with a great menu, Friendly service, and nice ambiance. The portions are healthy. The wait for a table could be long, but service is efficient once seated. I like the variety of dishes, and the kids menu is wonderful too.

The food was good service, and it was okay. I had to look around for the waiter a little too much, so I gave them 4 stars for that. The table was sticky and the plates on the table before we got there were dirty, that's why I gave them 3 for the atmosphere. Oooo and the price for the food was way off they should lower the prices. At least, that's my thoughts overall a good place to eat

My Chicken lettuce wrap was perfect. Plenty to eat and leftover to take home. Great friendly customer service with Stephanie

The atmosphere was nice but the food was not as good as I've expected from PF Changs. I normally go to Peoria location and Vegas location when traveling and always had a great experience. This Phoenix location had eggshell in the fried rice, lots of meat gristle in the beef and broccoli and the Singapore noodles tasted off and not as delicious as other locations. Our server was good though.

Food is ok, what you'd expect from a big chain. Need a little more variety on the main menu. Never very much sauce with main course for rice to soak up so always ask for side or extra if you like it with your rice.

If you're looking for a food adventure, then P.F. Chang's is your go-to destination! The dishes are packed with flavors that will make your taste buds dance with joy and will make you crave for more. The portions are huge, so you're guaranteed to feel full and satisfied. And let's not forget about the lettuce wraps - they're not just food, they're like a whole new experience! Every bite is a burst of flavors and textures that will stay with you for days. But that's not all; the service is also top-notch thanks to Ramon and David, who will take your dining experience to the next level. At P.F. Chang's, you're in for a culinary journey that you'll remember for a long time!

They were out of paper menus so I had to do qr scanner. But the chicken lettuce wrap was awesome and so was my server. And it was super clean. Second time was great. I had lettuce wrap again but had a spring roll with the most delicious dipping sauce and brought home Mongolian beef for hubby, which he loved. Waiter tyree was very attentive and spot on for everything. Great place for lunch or dinner

Wow this used to be one of my favorite go to restaurants for Chinese food what the heck happened everything is swimming and salt and MSG the meat is grizzly the rice is lumpy the chicken is just grizzly too there is nothing but salt and msg. So sad this used to be such a great restaurant I'm never going back again and they have the nerve to charge the prices they charge forget about it. We sat at the bar had a happy and drinks and took the food home at least the bartender was absolutely lovely he was such a nice guy but that's the only thing redeeming about this place PF Chang's has certainly jumped to shark

I love PF Chang's and I have gone to many but this one beats them all at food, service and atmosphere. The host and waitress were so inviting and friendly. The food was Amazing! It was the best food I have ever had at PF Chang's. It was so good I told the waitress to tell the chef how impressed I was. The head chef even came out to talk to me. This is now going to be the only PF Chang's I go to.

We have consistently received excellent service at this establishment. The ambiance is truly enchanting, and the flavors of the food are always exceptional. I rate this place four stars for the satisfaction it provides in terms of satiety and pricing. Although the food is delicious, I find it peculiar that I feel hungry again within an hour, which is not the case elsewhere. There seems to be a lack of substance in the quality of the food, but I can't quite pinpoint why. I'm not necessarily suggesting that something is wrong, but typically, nutrient-dense meals tend to be more filling. Considering the amount I eat and the variety of dishes, if I'm hungry just an hour after dining, there must be something unique about this restaurant. Additionally, the price point is quite high for Asian cuisine when considering the level of satisfaction. I believe P.F. Chang's justifies their prices with their delightful atmosphere and exceptional service and great tasting food. But it isn't filling. While the taste of the food is excellent, it needs to have more substance to warrant a five-star rating. A+ to the manager/owner for responding to their Google reviews. A great practice.

We just had the best experience we’ve ever had at any of the MANY P.F. Chang’s locations we’ve been to all over the country! The waiter Johnny was excellent; very attentive, professional, and the food came out quickly and was perfect. Thanks for an awesome experience! -Shane & Kevin, Phoenix

Most of the servers here are really good. For this particular visit, our server showed a little cold behavior even though we were celebrating my wife's birthday. Overall the ambience at this place is just awesome. We love going here for all special occasions. Food is good unless we screw up our order. Happy Dining.

My wife and I were thoroughly disappointed with our visit to P F Chang's in Happy Valley. We started with the calamari which was acceptable, if somewhat oily. I had Chang's chicken and she had honey shrimp with fried rice. Both entrees we're identical in appearance, taste, and texture. They were super sweet and gluey, more like a desert than real food. The fried rice was cold and dry. Neither one of us ate more than half our entree, and the server never asked why. The service was also slow and unacceptable. You order your entrees from one person and they would be delivered by another, then everybody would disappear for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. You could watch all of the server's having a confab in the corner but they definitely weren't waiting on tables. We won't be returning.

We arrived just after 7pm on a Wednesday night and were seated right away. It's clean with a spacious feeling to it. The hostess and the server were plenty nice and helpful. We were just not impressed with the food (her the sweet and sour chicken, chicken pad Thai for me). It wasn't bad - - we did eat most of it. But she was recalling places that she ate at that her dish was much better at, and cheaper. My chicken was severely overcooked and the sauce didn't have the flavor that you'd expect when eating pad Thai. Maybe it was an off night but I don't see us going back unless we're meeting others who really enjoy the place.

The food & service is usually good at most PF Chang's. On Friday I placed a take out order over the phone at Happy Valley location for 3 common menu items. They told me allow 15-20min for preparation. I arrived 20-25 minutes later. Went in to the pick-up area (only 1 in there) and pushed the button for service. The restaurant was not very busy, most tables were empty. They kept me waiting there for 10 minutes before they came over to get my name and go grab my order. Once I got my order and paid for it, I asked for a receipt. They told me just a minute, they had to get the manager. Another 10-20 minutes goes by. (I stood there so long, I was about to go sit at a table and start eating my food.) By the time I got my receipt, my food was lukewarm at best. So much for having a HOT FRESH take out meal! If I wanted cold leftovers, I could have gotten some out of my own fridge at home and saved $50+ and an hour of my time. Terrible service for a 4 star restaurant. If this happens again I'll cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.

Had good food on 1st round.. but the 2nd round was not that tasty and proper cooked. Something to consider!, had shrimp in veg fried rice which is unbelievable. Requested to take that back!!

Any time I want to have some chicken pad Thai we come to pf changs however this time I was a little disappointed because the flavor was not there, it lacked spice and the tang you look for in pad thai. I did try their duck egg rolls and they were ok I think it had too much breading and not enough duck. My husband always goes for the ribs and lo mein, this time however they used different noodles than other times. One should definitely try the dynamite shrimp, chicken lettuce wraps and the Singapore Street noodles. Over all they have good food but tonight they had an off night. Also do not pass up their signature drinks as they are pretty tasty.
